I agree due process will be followed but an expedited process was in our gift from the EU being PCI but as yet not experienced.
Wouldn't expect anything other than due process. Lot's watching the outcome.
But in the current climate, that's politicaly not meteorologicaly, who knows what deals are struck within the corridors of power. Saying that, if we do get a severe winter as is being touted, that'll focus some of them on energy security.
I have a funny feeling this may be expedited, Given current events and dependancies, also it is the minister that signs this one off. A lot riding on it from a lot of stakeholders.
So given those timescales and factoring in Christmas and New Year, sometime in the middle/end of January.
Guess we will have a few more boxes ticked by then, with any luck.
Cheers.
42 days Si
Thanks Tango. Am I right in thinking that the public consultation takes around 40 days?
I believe they have 30 days to review, so two weeks left. then public consultaion...
Thanks Radders.
So, DAERA received the updated documentation and assessments at the end of last month and released this update as of yesterday. What we don't know is hold long they would normally take to review the information and decide. One way or the other. Given that they have had the for two weeks already.
Anyhoo, it's something positive, while's we sit in the doldrums waiting on news of the OO. And other stuff. :)
Reagrds all, Si.
You are right and I stand corrected.
Apologies to all for misreading the DAERA Q&A.
Infa has obtained the 3rd party audits not Daera . They have submitted to Daera for example a 3rd party audit on the brine dispersal model with the other documents they had to submit. I read your post as if you were saying Daera has gone out for them - so apologies if miss understood your post
droderick - good positive post & it is good that Radders99 is on top of things & so are INFA. Regards.
This is very useful Radders,
It clearly shows deadlines have been met by Infa as published in the RNS and they have been on top of things. To get to third party audits, DAERA would have had to conduct their own internal analyses to be satisfied enough to get to the third party audit stage.
Excellent progress in my view. The INFA management team have done a great job in the midst of the Harland acquisition. This should be more than adequate evidence for all the shareholders that the BoD are absolutely committed to everything that they are doing and are fully aligned to our interests.
