Personally I would favour an American Major...JW has form, history and connections over there...could also be Australian I suppose ....BP have been here before,Shell Total and indeed Ineos have spent a fair bit lately .Whatever party comes along we were assured at the AGM that it will be a big'un .It will be and our patience since November WILL be rewarded ...otherwise we are are all in ........!!
Interesting, Ineos have been investing in the Keuper gas storage which i have only just heard of but its further down the line than INFA.

Very interesting.. Freudian slip indeed !!!
Forgot to add the Stormont Assembly collapse story really does indicate this govt is …. (involves some renewable energy grant scam)

I've a bit of a crush on the Norwegian gas producer/supplier, Equinor. And have wondered if AES, the American owners of Ballylumford and Kilroot, might join the party.
Hi Dawski, if you listen to the oil and gas conf presentation at about 1.03 https://youtu.be/lLe3zdcc8Q4 when John talks about the new equity partner John describes them as "he". Later on when talking about the equity partners describes them as "they". Could be a slip but sir Jim would definitely be a "he". A friend pointed this out to me. First post for me here but have been on advfn for a while.

......says Sir Jim Ratcliffe in today's Times,or more correctly that the Government's postion on The U.K.'s Gas Supply and Fracking is "unworkable and unhelpful ".Ineos run,of course,by Sir Jim is very much involved in developing shale gas in the UK having amassed more acreage and exploration rights than any other company. He is a major global player in the sector......how about Ineos being a suitable Blue Chip partner ? just a thought ...any more please? Should keep the thread going for a few days to overcome the gloomy price this week and previous negative posts last week !
That timeline seems to indicate between April - July. Can we have please have no bleating over the coming weeks if there is no RNS regarding the offtake agreement Tidd83 etc! Correct me if you think I've got the timeframes incorrect? I would've liked to have added more to my holding this morning, but will hopefully be able to continue to do so over the next couple of months.
I have added to my position a couple of times today, looking a great price to buy here
This looks like it has significant upside with it being over 2p just a few weeks ago and with news anticipated re. offtake agreement following a great AGM, I'm now invested and sitting tight to reap the rewards. GLA
Given the "Key Activity Target Dates", from p8, when do we think the main announcement on partners will be?
Added more today mms just dropping it down to gather shares take the opportunity being given.
The presentation has been on the website for a while.
Touché,my friend .some jiggery pockery going on this week..My family trust has also added at this bargain basement below the recent placing ..either the Mm's have a large Buy Order to complete ( nor surprising considering the background circumstances !) or someone wants out due to lack of patience or own situation ...you never know.Hold tight to the rails on the great ship !!
The timeine from the AGM is already on the website. All looking fine and very detailed.
In its absence MMs trying to suppress sp, sell at 1.088 are buys, I just picked up £3k. Clearly intended to panic nervous holders into selling
Why don't you ask JW to publish the AGM presentation, the timeline slide should be within it?
Next week favourite for news , they don't hold back .
TwentyFour, your way out.
Snowman, within the AGM presentation I seem to remember a one page schedule with timelines. I should've paid closer attention, but I think we might be looking at sometime between April - July. Perhaps another who attended may have a clearer recollection. Work on site may start earlier. Like others I will be looking to pick up more shares and not intending to sell any.

Not long to wait then
Snowman I share your theory, I personally took the middle ground so mid Feb but you are theorising the same as myself. Precisely why I continue to add during the weakness below placing price.
RNS Number : 4899L Infrastrata PLC 27 December 2018
‘A further Project equity funding offer was presented to the Company during the week commencing 17 December 2018. In order to fully assess and evaluate this offer the Board has decided to delay entering into any formal arrangements in Q4 2018, with a view to concluding its review and negotiations early in 2019.’
RNS Number : 9385N Infrastrata PLC 24 January 2019
‘The initial review of the additional funding offer that was received in the week commencing 17 December 2018, as notified in the announcement dated 27 December 2018, has now been completed. Due to the nature of this additional potential equity provider and their indicative terms, InfraStrata has agreed that they will now proceed to the next stage and undertake detailed due diligence work. Specialist advisers have already been appointed by this potential equity provider and work has commenced, which is expected to take around six weeks.’
So from this, the specialist advisors commenced their work sometime between 27th December and 24th January. In which case, six weeks should end sometime between Thursday 7th February (this Thursday) and Thursday 7th March.
This means the equity funding news could be announced anytime between 3 days and 31 days from now.
If the company were very quick off the starting block (and their is no reason to assume they weren’t as megabucks are involved and they are obviously one of the biggest and most pro-active companies out there) and they commenced due diligence work as soon as Infrastrata notified them of their interest in the possible proposal….highly likely….they are certainly not going to hang about twiddling their thumbs….they are going to be firing on all cylinders (i.e. on the 27th December, 10 days after the submission)……then it is imo possible (I’m only saying possible) that we may get the big news as early as this Thursday !
Probably not…but certainly not beyond the realms of possibility…just floating it out there !
Good luck all ?
You're right,of course spud. " The price action is what it is". And quite a few savvy investors have lined their pockets several times over here . No criticism intended there. That's what they're here to do. I hope to join them in the next round. Assuming, of course, there is one!!
