Issuing themselves warrants?
ITV news report this evening that there has been an explosion in a cheese factory in Normandy.A police spokesperson reports that there is de Brie all over the place .....I post this news just to cheer two anxious looking Board Members up and get a smile on their faces ..maybe they will do us lot some cheering up themselves ...very soon !!!
Correct. No news, no sustained rise. It's as simple as that.
Don't know what happened there. I'm Packs, not a newby called tanda.
In the photo there are no binoculars hanging round JW's neck! So I guess Storengy is happy for others to take the need for more gas storage into construction too. Much can be learned from them, including handling all that salt...plus there are many cross overs with construction cos etc.
Larne Times reports that the East Antrim MLA John Stewart says " there are other locations more suitable not so close to human habitation and less harmful on sea life " Personally I regard the current location as most suitable and geologically proven etc ..have we been told or advised where exactly these "other locations "are ????
Did they actually go inside the Storenergy site ? If presumed so then it's good to see co-operation with the competition.

20 mins ago, looking cool and calm and with Arun taking a ganders at Stublach. Humpalumps for link?
price 40k max , seller out?
Absolutely. You got to think / remember that fracking issue up North. Thousands of thousands of protestors and they still gave them the go ahead.
This wee matter is nothing, but some locals doing their tree hugging bit.
Nothing to worry about. We NEED gas.
There is no doubt that the brine discharge "matter" will be amicably resolved. Everyone has a right to be concerned and in this case it seems the realisation that the project is very solid, has backing and will in fact go ahead has spooked a few locals. Their response has been emotional and is not unexpected. Time will pass and the project will be delivered in an environmentally responsible manner yielding gains for shareholders, employees and society alike.
Nevermind already posted didn't see
I worked on major projects of all types as an environmental engineer and can tell you we do have the tech to comply with the saline discharge limits and could if necessary work out alternative disposal options under the BPEO process, best practicable Environmental option. Critics and eco-hypocrites will say anything to derail good honest hard work to create businesses.

JFK You are so very correct .I was at the AGM and we met You are spot on the point. it will be much more efficient and cost effective to discharge the brine at sea though..JW is also looking at Salt Trading as a safeguard and is looking into it..he is a Seasoned operator !! sorry .
David, just to amplify your posting. When outflow was discussed at the AGM, JW was very clear about limits on discharge levels which he said would be a determining factor on achievable progress rates for caven creation. Thus he was looking into opportunities for separating out the salt, thereby potentially facilitating higher discharge levels of reduced salt content. I have no doubt he is on top of this.
Also a near identical project in Cheshire is on a similar scale and uses the same methodology. That project is managing to deliver perfectly well at an inland location.
and I should add that it is only my further humble opinion that the tests are good for DAREA ..otherwise they would not have been submitted -I have no actual knowledge of the tests but am totally confident as always with JW &Co !!
Do we read anything into the fact that Directors have not bought additional shares since Oct-18?
....These are the words of the day, folks .
Just to recap my humble opinion about the share price this week so far.The 3 problems arising:
1. The new discussion about the precise position regarding the Marine Licence. This was draft til FEED was was in.Model tests have been done and these have come up well within acceptable limits for discharge even with a sensitive coastline. The tests are with DAREA and they are now simply answering questions that the publlc have every right to raise and as a Government body they have to be seen to be answering in opaque and honest manner
2.The new rather unexpected vocal level of concern with the public about the project. The advance of the project under JW and his most professional team has been in the public forum for nearly 12 months now ..Those concerned have suddenly woken up to the fact that the project IS viable one way or the other and will happen, that we have E.U. and Government backing (with a significant investment already) and with enabling works about to commence and
3. AIM !! ---
Confidence and Patience are needed by all.so stay calm through choppy seas ---I still am for sure. Setanta has a point about the lack of RNS .This WILL come,be assured, and it WILL be positive as I believe that the fundamentals for this gem have not changed one bit lately or at all! So there.
There won't be any retrace until there is a RNS with solid good news, something we haven't seen here for almost three months. The MMs are not accumulating shares. They have no need to do so. There are about 90M warrants still outstanding at .48p and they are being traded to taste.Any holder can double his/her money on a whim, so why wouldn't they do so.
Solid good news is what is needed. The rest is just nervous speculation.
Cannot gamble being out another day, news can come anytime now .
