Eu money in February , let's hope he's right .
Me I'm 2 out ten .
spudtheplumber,
I agree that hydrogen has a massive part to play in the future greening of the global economy, particularly in regard to transport. I expect more vehicles to be powered by hydrogen than by electricity in ten years' time.
Green hydrogen is produced by electrolysis using excess renewable power.
This energy then needs to be stored, salt caverns provide a solution.
Big push across Europe to achieve net zero carbon emissions. Hydrogen can (and imo will) play a major part in the decarbonisation of heat and transport

Just one example of potential hydrogen use
So why is this of benefit to infrastrata, hydrogen?
No
Are we going to store hydrogen then at barrow??
I am now maxed out cash wise so cannot add any more shares in INFA but is this the final SP lull cannot be long now before news breaks on several fronts including the EU funds although the EU website today still shows ongoing:
https://ec.europa.eu/inea/en/connecting-europe-facility/cef-energy/5.1.3-0036-uk-s-m-15
With regards the updated website for INFA good to see those cranes in full view - so not long now.

UK government starting to get behind it...
Has been updated. Home page now features H&W with a link to its own page though details are a little sparse. Lets hope with more contracts that will all change.........

only the clever investors know that, is computer-generated, under middle price goes to sell and over to buys.
did you mean you paid 0.2822p?
Buys are at 0.2822p for smaller trades and a bit higher for large ones, last one 0.2835p
sells at only 0.28p
you may answer if it is like that.
many investors think there is no hurry yet for buying due to the plenty loan and conversion left.
I have two small top ups (ISA/SIPP) both showing as sells.
Blimey, whatamess, do you want to buy a bridge?
It runs from Stranraer to Larne...
Not until I've loaded up this week
That could signal release of the funding .. perhaps this was the hurdle ..
EU demand for gas infrastructure obviously still considered key to energy security and transition. Definitely a battle being fought between USA LNG and RUSSIA pipeline for EU supply and political influence. It's just too bad they took the twinning FEED study off the PCI list (probably due to Brexit)! Looking good for FSRU project though.
I can see why JW is confident on marine licence conversion.

I won't disagree with you Tony. Any reason why Navantia and H&W were constructing so many?
They are shipped from the Middle East completely finished. I inspect the welds.
One sentence that stood out was when he said, "All those elements require investment and as we know investment comes from a good business case. Which you can only generate if their is some level of longevity of work and of contracts."
Is JW or maybe Clive going to be the new "comeback kid"?

More detail for previous post. I guess no need for RNS now!

Tony. Yes some truth in what you say. Steel supply and cutting in Middle East, but then shipped to destination for welding, surface prep and construction. But certainly not as quickly finished as you suggest. I imagine shipping the assembled item is not feasible or economical. From my research, it's possible the present jackets are the last of a contract with Lamprell begun prior to administration and destined for East Anglia ONE, but I could be wrong. Either way the linked article suggests an upcoming surge for jackets until at least 2025. Good to be in bed with folks such as Lamprell and Navantia too!

These jackets are made pretty quickly, there isnt too much work involved in making them. Imagine 12 could be done in a couple of months.
Sadly they're mainly made in the Middle East with crap Chinese steel and cheap Asian labour (that is flown in) then shipped to the UK. (so not as environmentally friendly as they'll have us believe)
If this outsourcing stopped it'd be good for UK/NI manufacturing.
Correction.........1st phase, 200 turbines - plus 220 potential 2nd phase.
Tango. A potential boost for your morale......
I suspect the jackets are connected to previous H&W contracts linked to the parent company Fred Olsen Energy (FOE). If so, we could be bound for much more work as FOE have just confirmed a new windfarm with EDF energy off the coast of Dublin. 220 turbines - 1st phase, 200 turbines - plus 220 potential 2nd phase. Quote from one of the links below:
"EDF’s partner in the project is Fred Olsen Renewables, a subsidiary of listed Norwegian company Bonheur ASA – a company involved in renewable energy, shipping, offshore drilling and cruises. A second phase of planning has been submitted for a further 200 turbines."
