Edit: Great picture of H&W looking busy.
Razor, agree I've been adding as well no brainer imho gl.
We've got the news mate. ML coming, JW and team pulled a rabbit out of the hat by expanding INFA from being simply Island Magee's Salt Cavern to buying the legendary enginering firm that built the Titanic, resurrected it from administration, acquired Appledore, Methil, and Arnish, have restored the company to generating revenue, have gotten it involved in fabrication, will be picking up MOD contracts and more probably.
We will see maiden profits and dividends in time I'm sure. The company appears to still be quite low profile but clearly we are onto a winner here. I would say I am happy to load up at this price.
Agree we wait patiently for news
It would appear that the big seller is still around. He looks willing to take 41/2 for size. We need to close above 42p to confirm he has been done.
Spud. Wise words indeed. A large contract OR granting of the ML will move the SP. Today we are still in "hold".
Latest from NI Ferry https://www.niferry.co.uk/new-irish-ferries-pembroke-ship-leaves-greece-for-rosslare/. Of note is what it says about ISLE OF INISHMORE. If the maintenance work is going to Belfast that would mean a visit some time within the next two months.
Stokey
A very clever guy once told me
"Turnover is vanity, profit is sanity, cash is a reality"
We are at the Vanity stage, one decent contract and we could be well on our way to sanity....
spudtheplumber In relation to your 10.15 post while that may be true the existence of revenues reduces the risk of placings to pay for day to day expenses.
To be fair revenue means nothing until they can turn a profit....
Can someone double check the volume. If I have seen the right figure volume so far today is rather low considering the trading statement shows revenues up more than 400% on the last year end results.
ban4118,
I wouldn't be happy for you to be proven wrong!
I think we disagree Stokey. DAERA would not waste the Ministers time and would expedite the decision if it was a clear no. I remain optimistic and I bet if you look at previous applications I will be proven right. Happy to be proven wrong though.
Ban,agree with you re ML licence
Ban ,yes why do you think Boris visited Appledore, wasn't for a day out fishing !!,the clue is there load up!!!
ban4118 In relation to your 08.35 post if the Minister is the decision maker then both a recommendation to refuse and a recommendation to grant the Marine License would have to be sent to the Minster for him to decide.
I agree Chitta. I hope the protestors submit an FOI request and find a nice surprise. I don’t know the process, but I would imagine if it was bad news, it wouldn’t get recommended to the minister. We all live in hope!
All set up very nicely, regular updates tells you more news pending possibly ML license or MOD contracts let's see ,very good update imho
Twas in my researched opinion significant that the president of Nigerias visit to the UK over the last few days and the ML licence recommendations have occurred in a very similar time frame..The caverns will need gas and that supply of gas would be logistically better from West Africa and also likely a more secure source.might be nothing of course but a consideration.
Excellent news ,next one ML
Encouraging update and great to know regular updates will be forthcoming from now. Updates are the lifeblood of aim companies. Even if infa don't know, can guarantee as soon as anything is made public (leaked?) the protesters will be all over twitter be it good or bad news for us. So watch this space and no doubt we will know very soon what the recommendation is
Clearly something encouraged infa to employ Mr jessup/jessop project manager.
