I CAN - SAY THEY ARE NOT ALL SELLS
Hi All - Another useful link http://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/07667924/filing-history & their investment clearly shows confidence in INFA management.Onwards & upwards.
Atleast another 2 TR1's to be anounced I would think.
Well theie is 2 more II's very good!
Tango well played lots more interest nice to see major holdings Getting exciting now as people taking note
Tango how did you know there would be another 2 rns can you do my lottery this week
Having put the numbers into the spreadsheet the new TR1's holdings total 17.67% of the new issue of 3.5bln.
But that's only 628m of the 2bln placing shares.
Or about a third of the 2bln placing shares.
So, more TR1's to follow?
Will double check my calcs to see if I messed up somewhere.
Hi Si_Derman I am sure your maths are not that far off & clearly there must be more TR1's over the next few days.We do need more news but clearly the declared large investors have faith & so must we.However it would be good to see the respective business cases including cash flows etc etc.
Seems okay. What is does show though is that there is going to be quite a high percentage held by potential LTH's.
Depending on the numbers from the OO and PB, £1m to £2m, we could be looking at another possible 666m additional shares on top of the 3.5bln. Will hopefully all be clear by the end of the week.
Am sure heading in right direction .. but gotta think all the activity recently may just push any RNS on Nov milestones out. Hope not, but a lot of balls in the air for JW and Arun. I am preparing to remain patient and hopeful of stockings being filled for Xmas
