Great update! Finance news weeks away, and potentially 15 more caverns. Look at the project economics for 8! Amazing. The next Rough in the making.
Nice update :- ‘completing the negotiations that are underway with three potential equity providers that have provided the Company with term sheets for equity funding (at Project or subsidiary level). The term sheets are not binding and at this stage it is not guaranteed that InfraStrata will enter into a binding equity agreement. However, discussions are detailed and advanced and InfraStrata is still on track to provide a full update in Q4 2018 as previously stated. Enabling works have been planned as the next phase of the Project, ahead of a final investment decision, and are scheduled to start in January 2019. In addition, InfraStrata has engaged Costain to undertake a Concept Development Study to consider the technical implications of twinning the pipeline that runs between Northern Ireland and Scotland including the restrictions of connecting any new pipeline into the existing network and regulatory framework. There are no guarantees that it will be possible to twin the interconnecting pipeline at this stage and further details will be provided when possible. Further, Atkins has been engaged to further investigate and provide a Concept Development Study on developing additional caverns on Islandmagee, as previous advice received indicated that an additional 15 caverns could be possible on top of the 8 already planned. However, there are no guarantees that it will be possible to develop any further caverns at this stage and further details will be provided when appropriate. John Wood, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "It is testament to the team that we are building at InfraStrata that we have managed to deliver these milestones in a timely manner. As we progress through to the end of 2018, we are working hard to close out the equity funding for the Project. We are working through the process methodically to ensure we create maximum shareholder value. We are working to ensure we hit the ground running in 2019 with many work streams in progress’
You too,John ..looking forward to our pre conference meeting with "the boys" at The Chamberlain !!!
Good one Dawski
Nazza boy any chance of giving us a progress report on activity down at the wellpad on Islandmagee considering you are able to see the site from where you live lol. I expect there's a hive of activity down there. Please be sure to identify yourself at the shareholder meeting tomorrow it will certainly make for an interesting conversation *@*ker

How much gas comes from Russia or even Europe into the UK?
Could you give a true percentage.
It looks like more worthless shares flooding this market.
Somehow I can not see even one penny more from Europe for infra as most gas comes from the north sea and is sponsored by the rich. So why do you think the tax payer will hand over money to them.
For years gas has played part in plastic production but in a few years there will be a massive reduction of plastic .
Hence a surplus of gas.
Where will all the diesel and petrol go after we change to electric cars.
We have sea around major towns let's use it for future generations for electricity and stop conning the public with a false sense of security.
The MMs are back to their old shennanigans. So they still haven't let this one go. Making little or no attempt to make a market. Just keeping the SP as low as possible for some favoured client. While that is happening it will be difficult to foment the positive support, and the proper SP which should be about double what it is today.
The shareholder meeting tomorrow could drum up some buying interest.

Always the possibility of a positive RNS tomorrow morning as well prior to the meeting.
Think this just needs some volume and we could be on our way!!!

Irish wholesale gas and electricity prices have increased by 22pc and 23pc respectively over the past year, according to the latest Naturgy Energy Review and Forecast.
They remained strong going into December, despite falls on a monthly basis.
"With relatively small storage capacity, a cold winter may see demand increase and storage tanks being quickly depleted. At this time of year, a significant share of UK gas usage is for heat generation, with temperature being a significant indication of potential demand on the system and subsequently the direction of prices," said Naturgy Energy Analyst, Lauren Stewart.
The State is a large importer of gas and oil with supplies being imported via UK ports, pipelines, refineries and subsea interconnectors.
That has put the issue of energy security in the spotlight in Brexit negotiations, with the increasing risk that the UK crashes out without a deal. Naturgy, formerly known as Vayu, supplies 20pc of Ireland's natural gas business users.

Press Release - Brussels, 3 December 2018
Gas Infrastructure Europe response to
European Commission - A Clean Planet for All
A European strategic long-term vision for a prosperous, modern, competitive and climate neutral economy
Gas Infrastructure Europe (GIE) welcomes the European Commission vision for a climate neutral Europe by 2050, in accordance with the Paris Agreement. GIE president, Jean-Marc Leroy, expressed the commitment of GIE Members, saying “We support the Commission’s objective to decarbonise the European energy systems and believe in the essential role that the gas infrastructure plays in achieving this.”
The gas infrastructure is the backbone of reliable, secure energy supply throughout Europe and beyond, enabling the transport and storage of renewable and decarbonised gases by 2050 and beyond to meet demand from the power, industry, land and marine transportation and heating sectors. It facilitates a fully developed EU energy market for all gases. Further processing to bioLNG offers almost 100% GHG emissions reduction as an essential fuel for heavy-duty vehicles and shipping.
As outlined in the vision, the gas infrastructure enables an integrated approach to be used for the optimum development of gas infrastructure and electricity networks:
Through sector coupling, renewable gases such as hydrogen and synthetic methane can be stored in quantities far exceeding battery capacity.
Through sector integration, large quantities of biomethane can be transported and stored, offering a crucial link between renewable resources and consumers in Europe and neighbouring countries, contributing to a successful bio-economy.
the gas pipelines being built into the west of the country on target. interesting chairman appointment.

Very good posts but one needs to understand that no news that is not already known will be divulged at the meeting. It would need to be notified by RNS beforehand. That does not,of course, preclude enlargement upon already notified information, nor does it prevent the issuance of relevant RNSs in the days prior to the meeting!!
Whoops...missed out the most vital word‘……as long as we can get the gas moving there is NO end until we reach the Rough volume’
Here is a revisit to some very tasty hors d'oeuvre appetizers from the conference call before we go on to sample the the main course of Wednesday’s meeting in London.
Chrisatrdg 6 September ‘….Hi spudtheplumber - Agree with your comments & I was able to add at the end questions about UK Government & Milestone 12 re samples so I am now more than happy but ringing in my ear was the potential SP of 10p…..’
The following are excerpts from JW answering questions

‘We have recieved 29 applications for EOI we will shorten that down to about 5’
‘1st 2 caverns not dependant on the SNIP’.
‘Phase 3…. 6-8 caverns but that might not be the end of it’
‘……as long as we can get the gas moving there is end until we reach the Rough volume’
‘The enabling works we want to undertake in January will derisk the project and take out the conflicts from the critical path’
‘…the islandmagee project will be just one of many projects as we become a normal infrastructure company…’
‘Our key priority is to ensure that we clients to use our facility….offtake partners and finance project partners in place…we are in extremely advanced discussions with both. It is our hope to update you about this before the end of the year.’
At the meeting, it looks like we might (among other things!) get updated regarding the financial project partners, the possible future number of caverns, (therefore an estimation of the possible gas flows) an updated estimate of the share price projection, info on the enabling works (the planning of which is obviously very advanced), more info on any future projects in the pipeline.
Wow !…..I can’t wait for Wednesday’s meeting. Everything that has been deadlined or targeted as been met with time to spare and well within budget……this company really delivers what it states on the tin !
World class….no question ?

Thanks again for the further clarity spud...read your post on ADVN just now.
Snowman he is a total mindless ramper, it means nothing and if we get news Monday it is a total coincidence
mdalos1 (on advn site) said of the RNS (the 5pm one)....'You know what this means don't you boys & girls.... new News cometh... imminently....'
Spud (or anyone) can you speculate on what he might mean by this?.....nobody seems to be posting on advn right now.
