That is exactly what he said, which I passed on after being asked to do so. I also went all the way to Bedford to attend a meeting and passed on what I had been told to try and help I have lost money here like a lot of people and am not pleased about the situation. I didn't do anything that anyone one else couldn't have done, Ivan's details are on all the statements and has always replied promptly to requests in the past.
Totally agree. Luckily I sold a fair after that but still hold quite a few. For BoD not to know the basics rules of AIM is shocking and totally unacceptable.
Looks like Ivan strung you along?
A bullet here by the looks of things, hope folk get a chance to salvage something, not looking good, i knew something wasn't quite right from the moment Ivan appeared clueless about wtf it was he was supposed to be doing so didn't touch it after trading it in the teens. Poor show from Ivan... Watch "Insetco" on YouTube https://youtu.be/TYvXaxLNvak
That's it guys the curtain has been closed. The BoD should hang there head in shame. And to make matters worse a weasel of a board member decided to jump before cancellation, can you get any lower as human being?
Company not going bust yet though!
What bloody hope is there. Why the he'll raise equity prior to suspension. Horrendous, a complete horror story.
'Colin Walker has resigned his position has non executive director as of Friday 15th May'.
What the hell have management been doing over the last month if they still do not have a nomad in place as of 6pm this evening - they have only had a month to phone a few up. What chance is there of getting a nomad now that they are closed over the weekend - to be in place for 7am Monday?
If the company does not appoint a NOMAD by 7am on Monday 18th May the company's AIM Securities will be cancelled with immediate effect. If this is the situation on Monday Insetco will review what options are available including considering approaching junior markets like ISDX & GXG as an alternative to AIM. looks like the fat lady can come onstage over the weekend.
goes the INSECT....its been emotional....amen
Is this the case.. Our money down the drain??
What the f&@k is happening?? Ivan said in a text that they had a nomad and it was now with AIM to finalise??? Jeez I give up
Looking at RNS history on investegate AIM restorations happen at 07.30 on the day that the suspension is lifted, which would be Monday. You would expect a confirmation of the company before this, which, again looking at similar cases, tends to be after hours the day before. So from 16.30 today we should see something if they have been successful in getting the suspension lifted.
has nomad been found? any link to info if any?
Anyone know AIM regulations - new Nomad means suspension lifted same day or are there hoops to jump thrugh?
or is it time to lower the curtain for the final time
Do the business !
Looking forward to an interesting day here today .......
In my option we should be ok but let's wait for the official confirmation.
Haven't raised them with Ivan, I thought he had enough to be getting on with. One thing we can be sure of is that the nomad due diligence would have looked into them so a nomad appointment would add strength to the perception of the contracts.
Where does it say that ?
Thank god for that, let's hope we are relisted tomorrow or Monday
Any thoughts on the contracts, or would you prefer not to say ?
She will need to take a back seat - the Phoenix is starting to spread his wings ...
