I hope you didn't have too much? I am sure you have spoken to Ivan since? I guess the conversation wasn't of a polite nature? Chin up mate and hopefully we can all move on from here's.
A goner? Not far off. The shares are cancelled from aim but we still hold the shares via our accounts. Options? Still below. Realist on AIM with a new broker and NOMAD? Zero. TW and his crew made sure at that and after recommending this bailed after a couple of days leaving investors high and dry. Not for the first time and hopefully he will stop recommending tips on SIM at £5 a month to cost investors thousands. Junior exchange??possibility but we need to a contract now. Private company? Dead in the water. Is it over for all my money? 99.9% YES. Bring Ivan and Barry to court for fraud and incompetence? Expensive and unless there is a lawyer amongst us, probably not! The accounts show massive over spending and therefore some money has gone somewhere, and needs looking at. The director who jumped before delisting? Did he care about your money you lost which is to provide for your family?? No!! A disgrace to himself and his family that he was not willing to stay and sort out the problems he was part of. Anyway I just hope everyone is ok and not too over exposed in this dog sh£t
Mate, unfortunately in life some people like the fact they have lost money and therefore gives them satisfaction to troll others. Why they don't troll the people who have done this is another matter. I just hope everyone is ok and not lost too much money. Ivan was away on holiday for two weeks when the NOMAD gave the boot. Who in their right minds carries on with their holiday during that time when its was so crucial???? He even told some shareholders it was business?? Taking the p£?) YES!! It's even like he forget his role as a director at the end telling myself that it's our fault because they we trying to be open and fair!!!' Hopefully this is the end of Ivan career and Barry's, Let's look at Ivan linkin page over the next week or too!'!!
I wish you'd leave town and not grace us anymore with your vile presence.
Who says that all the cash us gone, have you got any evidence if this?
Ivan and Barry's numbers are on the bottom of the RNS statements
why is this company registered at the same address as Insetco - Eligere Investments Plc
Seriously you are not a current shareholder and coming on here gloating?? I guess some people have no humanity.
Is there an investigation as to where the cash in the bank went. Is there a list of all current and previous directors so we can aviod them, or would we end up not buying into any company!!!
Is there an investigation as to where the cash in the bank went. Is there a list of all current and previous directors so we can aviod them, or would we end up not buying into any company!!! Over to RRL now to see how my suspended shares are doing.
Ivan has left town https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ygeWsoYYMuQ
This might be naive of me, but has anyone been in contact with Insetco to find out there plans. I can’t find a telephone number to contact them on. Or is this just a goner
Think its a glitch . Your post isn't showing either. I'm waving by to about £500 . I know others have lost a lot more the last post about the accounts is interesting. Looks like we lost money but this story is not over
Why is this showing up 9.49%? Or is it a glitch .
The full year figures released last Friday are interesting. Looks like in the 2nd half of the financial year the company incurred a loss of £318k compared with a full year loss of £386k. What on earth did the company spend money on in the last 6 months? Invested £100k in some unnamed Canadian company and raised £350k by way of share & debt issues. the cash position worsened from 30 June to 31 December. Overall looks like shareholder money has been wasted or worse fraudulently spent. Also they raised £210k in march 2015; what's happened to this money and how much is currently left in the company? There are some serious questions for the board here and would appreciate it if someone would get them to give us the answers.
Can Insetco relist if the find a NOMAD in the short future. Very poor communication by the company.
we should all pop round to Ivans house for a Q & A session - or even his personal yacht
They are the company directors and have failed shareholders. These types of directors are a disgrace to the market and should be banned from having any other director role. They didn't even know the AIM rules for Christ sake on top that didn't even know what the business was about and was unable to answer any questions on it at a presentation. Tom winnifirth should also bare some responsibility for tipping this without any real DD. Any way with story has ended. Anyone thinking this is not the end are sadly deluded. Just use it as a warning that there is corrupt directors out there who are not fully competent to be directors. Good luck everyone and good bye
Your nominee account still holds those shares, they are just not on AIM any more so you can't trade them. I had a de-listed company and ended up getting paper certificates in the end. The company now contacts me directly (they are an investment co in realisation mode). SIPPs have traditionally been more tolerant of assets than ISAs so may well be that you can still hold the shares in the SIPP. The issue will be what you do when you want to sell - which means you need them to be listed on some market somewhere so you can match a buyer
Hi Guys, id greatly appreciate someones input / help What happens next to the private investors shares. What happens next, can they find a nomad and relist ? Thanks in advance G
So who holds the shares now, mine were in a SIPP but can the SIPP provider hold de listed shares? And i wouldnt have thought they can issue me a certificate as they were bought with a pension. In reality I think its game over.
Its admission to AIM has been cancelled (it was previously suspended), The shares themselves obi haven't been cancelled, simply admission to trading on AIM.
LSE publish it http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-home.html?nameCodeText=AIM&searchType=searchForNameCode&nameCode=AIM&text=&rnsSubmitButton=Search&activatedFilters=false&newsSource=ALL&mostRead=&headlineCode=ONLY_EARNINGS_NEWS&headlineId=&ftseIndex=§orCode=&rbDate=released&preDate=Today&newsPerPage=20 If you put "AIM" into the search term it pops up. Not sure if you can get alerts for it though
No I don't believe it's on the way - I was pointing out that even if it had been, if it costs £250k to stay AIM listed it wouldn't have meant that much.
Obviously your focus today is on the delisting. However, do you really still believe there is £300K on its way? There is NO mention of November's "agreement for services" in the financial report. Even if the money had not yet been received, this was the only contract win they had. If this was still even a slight possibility, in any normal company it would be trumpeted from the rooftops. Sadly I think it's absence speaks very loudly. It looks to me like you've been strung out to dry by your Canadian partners. I wish shareholders well for the future and I hope your AGM raises some hope but I suspect you are starting back at square one. TW was belatedly right about this one but for your sake I hope the problem ultimately was in Canada.
