The full year figures released last Friday are interesting. Looks like in the 2nd half of the financial year the company incurred a loss of £318k compared with a full year loss of £386k. What on earth did the company spend money on in the last 6 months? Invested £100k in some unnamed Canadian company and raised £350k by way of share & debt issues. the cash position worsened from 30 June to 31 December. Overall looks like shareholder money has been wasted or worse fraudulently spent. Also they raised £210k in march 2015; what's happened to this money and how much is currently left in the company? There are some serious questions for the board here and would appreciate it if someone would get them to give us the answers.

Corporate governance section of INC website refers to audit/remuneration/nomination committees and the fact that the 2 non-exec directors sit on all of them; but there's only 1 non-exec. Also looks like the appointment of Colin Walker & resignation of Gideon Israel on 18 February has not been recorded at companies house; is this in breach of companies acts filing regulations and is the BoD liable for any fines?

Does anyone have any details about the contracts and options for Ivan & Barry as have been unable to access the shareholders section of the inc website?

I have some questions on Merico which I hope can be answered: Merico appears to have been incorporated in December 2014 so not sure how they can claim on their website that their clients come from nearly every corner of the globe. What stake has been taken in Merico and how much was paid? What due diligence was undertaken to establish whether the investment was worthwhile? Why has there been no rns on the acquisition of a stake in Merico? Who are the people behind Merico? Does anyone have any evidence regarding what Merico has achieved for its clients to date? What happened to the agreement with QIOC and Melken announced in November 2014 as no mention of either of these companies was made in Ivan's presentation?
