Somebody got 20% of this business for £72.5k on the 10th march they get to sell @400% premium to what they paid.why has this tanked further ?
MM's keener to trade? Worth a punt (small) imo
Here we go folks!
not actual ??????????
at that spread 25%, beats working for a living.
Finish around .12-.13 hopefully today
thought the .025 would see a sustained drop yet.
ing a bit?
Great words of caution there Miller, hopefully something major will come before the end of q1 but I guess we need to just sit back and wait. I'm sure it'll be worth it though.
Don't get me wrong I think the conversion is positive, I would just caution against reading anything too short term into the timing and would see it as a broader vote of confidence for the long term prospects for the firm. There have been a number of other conversions recently that we're not proceeded by news and there is no reason to believe these will be any different other than the fact we are approaching the end of Q1 deadline mentioned in the RNS. I too believe in the long term potential and have a sizeable stake in INC to prove it.
You do know that bitterness eats your soul if you let it Anyway your not invested so it doesn't matter whether the price goes up or down! Peace brother
Sorry for the duplication's; bad internet connection. Admin can you delete the surplus please. Kind Regards
DrJenner, if you're no longer invested here why do you keep knocking the company? Re-entry at a lower price or "doing us a favour" by reminding us of the situation? Why convert to dilute without reason? Makes no sense unless it was part of a bigger picture. Yes temporary dilution comes with the territory, doesn't matter if the expected contracts come through though.

So positive that your share price is off another 10%. No money, no contracts.
Converting can only be positive. They can convert at any time but they obviously believe in the company as they would be better off having the loan note than shares. I think news is imminent.
They are probably converting because they believe in the business plan of the BOD and want to participate in the upside of the firm going forward, albeit they could have converted at any time so I wouldn't try to read anything into it. I find the idea that anyone at INC would look to tip off or give sensitive information to anyone that contacts them is highly unlikely and if true would show a disregard for other investors, let's all just wait and see. If you have bought in hoping to make a quick turn maybe this isn't the one for you.
they had to come some time and will provide a peach of an entry soon.
Is a little confused! You always get the couple of moran sellers when news comes out who hasn't got a clue what they are doing and sell. If there was ever a time not to sell its now!
Plus if the current BOD aren't successful limited debt makes us more attractive for another firm to do a reverse listing, reducing the downside on the current SP
Couldn't agree more, reduces the interest burden on the firm and shows confidence in the BOD
Of course serious, why? They are converting Why are they converting? News maybe? :-)))
into shares can only be a positive sign, even if it is having a temporary negative effect on the sp ? Comments ?
That's my opinion. Completion of monies and maybe more contracts
