My reason is simple: if P140 was going to be a no-no, our independent tester would have said so before now. I am sure they are not short of other work to take on. So the longer they keep us waiting for an interim report, (ironically) the better. No news here is good news.
One of my two other 'speccies' is starting to come right. No -one expects all their speccies to multibag ( although I wouldn't mind a bit)
Incanthera moving strongly higher today up 27% to 19p ahead of a major investment presentation to fund managers high net worth investors and brokers this evening at 6pm.
The value of Immupharma's direct holding is now approaching £1m and the warrants are " in profit" to the tune of £750,000.
Very interesting and good news for Immupharma's shareholders.

Wonder how they got on?

5 Months in....news must be close?
Simbec-Orion has been appointed as the Contract Research Organisation ("CRO"), for the P140 (Lupuzor™) Phase 3 study in SLE, following extensive due-diligence and a six month tender process, involving 3 different CROs. This was conducted by ImmuPharma's clinical team and agreed with its US partner, Avion Pharmaceuticals, LLC ("Avion")
In addition, ImmuPharma and Avion consider that a Phase 3 dose-ranging study, rather than the longer Phase 2/3 adaptive study is preferable. The direct Phase 3 route is faster to filing for approval whilst also incorporating FDA's request for demonstration of a dose-ranging in the pivotal program.
The international Phase 3 dose-ranging study design and protocol is substantially different from previous clinical trials completed by ImmuPharma. Dosing will still be a subcutaneous injection, once a month, but with significantly higher doses, which have demonstrated safety and tolerability as part of the clinical program. Two planned interim analyses during the course of the study will allow early indications of the effectiveness of P140.
As the study continues to move forward in 2024, further details on the study's timings, protocol and key elements of the clinical trial design will be communicated at regular intervals.
Hi Dallo. Please correct me if I’m wrong. but I believe immupharma own 9.9m shares in incanthera. So at the current bid price of 18p per incanthera share, the immupharma direct holding is worth north of £1.7m. This is considerably more than you suggest. ATB
INC.PL Share Price: 19.50Bid: 18.00Ask: 21.00Change: 4.50 (30.00%)
At 10.8% its actually even more valuable
INC 99,280,000 £0.20 £19,359,600.00
IMM 10,722,240 £0.20 £2,090,836.80

Apologies
Fat fingers..value of Immupharma's c10% holding in Incanthera at its today market of c£20m is £2m not £1m.
The in profit value of Immupharma's warrants in Incanthera is c£750,000.
So Immupharma's economic holding is c£2.75m.
Sorry for the confusion
On that basis IMM Mcap at less than £10m is looking super cheap? CEO here already claimed INC valuation would be closer to £100m by year end which would mean their holdings in INC would be more than the current IMM MCAP......
See the broker has dumped more shares again into the close.
Newuncle - if the "CEO here already claimed INC valuation would be closer to £100m by year end", then they're definitely not to be trusted.
No-one knows what the share price of any company will be in the future. And anyone who claims to is just plain dodgy.
Newuncle
Thanks-the timetable including, critically, patient dosage is outstanding. This, I think will be the next item in news flow. I cannot envisage IMM wanting to do a deal for ROTW until this is nailed down.
New uncle. I see now where you got the 100m projection from. It is just there projected forecast of sales which is great if it comes to fruition. Lordloadsofmisery have a chill. I bet you couldn't enjoy yourself in Disney land.
Ready for our early doors seller.....then we see what buyers can do and it goes on. Very positive update from INC was great to see fwiw.
Yorkshirehussar - I'm perfectly chilled thanks. Just stating facts
IMM dared to go blue just now, lasted about a minute. Wonder many shares the selling broker has been given to shift? Silly really because if they waited they would get more and find selling easier...
Oooh what did I miss....++++
Auction time, something or nothing?
Very close now to that 2.5p potential inflection point of interest....
Now wait for Lanstead to offload toward the close.
Hopefully Lanstead will be gone soon and Immupharma never has to resort to this type of horror funding again.
