Historic revenue is irrelevant. Ime will buy sprift and the existing business will be an mbo. So ongoing it is a clean property data play with no legacy cost base. Recent deals with kerfuffle and onthemarket will increase market penetration To justify the valuation of 35m we need 900 recurring users. We have 3000 before any positive impact of new partnerships. The uk housing market is desperate to reduce transaction times, reduce the incidence of failed transactions and to reduce the cost of moving house. Add to this the potential of b2c market for rentals and the future is so bright we need to wear shades
Shorters do deserve what’s coming their way
Everyone was making such a hoo har about the revenue figures in rto rns. Half didn’t even notice it was accounts up to January 20. So that’s revenue from 2019. 16+ months ago, that’s a long time for a small growth company during a pandemic that has changed the way estate agents provide data to clients. Food for thought...

Could someone with more experience kindly explain what happens? How long does a typical suspension last? Do we resume trading a company with a much bigger market cap? Thank you in advance.
Agree - on the face of it this deal looks bizarre. There must be much, much more going on in the background - I hope !
Cant see how this deal will pass shareholder votes.Only winner is Sprift.

So is IME the company Chris wanted to do the same for MAC but then bailed because the board wouldn’t play ball? No wonder MAC didn’t looking at those details.
LMAO "BACK THE BACKERS" HAHAHAHA
IME might buy you out for more than that.
Probably the least inspiring RTO i've ever heard of.
Sorry to holders.
Good value!? I turnover more than that and actually make a profit too....will someone buy me out for £35m?lol
Good value for money.
that turns a revenue of £200k? Got to be joking right?
Some decent buys showing from yesterday.

Alan Duff buying another 200k yesterday

“Speaking of SPACs, there was a distinctly SPACish vibe at Immedia (IME), with professional buying investor interest adding to the existing “All Star” shareholder register....”

3 X buys..£164k. showing from yesterday.
Akers..along with Johnson,Duff,Holiday,Horrocks love this project and news is coming soon..
Good of you to stay around after you have sold up and warn us of the dangers here. I am sure you mean well
It’s already £13m Mcap, that makes a a RTO much harder and also it looks like there is a big seller around... plenty of selling today, just hope CA doesn’t pull out of this like he did with MAC that was a brutal drop from 5p to 1.8p in a week
Good luck..everyone has to go with their own instinct..
Alan Duff hoovering , a seller yes without a doubt but distressed sellers are common for various reasons. Too much upside here and in 6 months this won't be 36p to buy that's for sure.. GLA.
From his recent "likes" on IME-related twitter posts, it's clear that he's bullish the prospects here e.g.
“#IME I get that everyone is side tracked by the hot sector (#MXC, #KNB etc) but we've had a buyer taking up even more of the free float this week despite the lack of interest on the feed. Quietly moving through the gears. Same MO as #AAA, #DEV, #ASLR etc... It'll keep going.” - Feb 17th
"#IME 166 grand buy in to go with 51 grand after hours yesterday. Block the stock." - Feb 15th
“#IME has big parallels to PIRI the big raise boys CA and co you couldn't get a peep out of um, many of us sold as thought no goer in 3s. Then it started, For me an m bagger in making. Dont think it will be too long before we see whats cooking.” - Feb 12th
“#IME another 35 grand after hours buy and some more raise stock yesterday shifted, not going to be long before shackles off.” - Feb 5th
“#IME more delayed whoppers bid never 34 or 36. Big money blocking out cheap flips and bored retail. Bloody huge play coming here soon” - Feb 4th
