Looking strong despite sellouts
hope they are out, and not able to get back in
well done to all buyers here under 100p
patience.
ignore the noise
It's a fair question blooninja. Even within UK company law majority shareholder calls all the shots, but this company is based in India and once it delists from LSE will revert there, so it may require some brave pills to hope that an Indian private company will protect interests of minor shareholders. Let's be honest the trick is to not be holding this baby into delist. This is more a game of musical chairs.
Bickering had the whole days posts removed by the looks of it my side! Apologies just wanted an answer to a question, seems that s.994 of the Companies Act 2006 would apply if they try to dilute minority stake to nothing once taken private, so there's some comfort there. Back to the regularly scheduled talk of 100p+ now please
Now accumulation on the up!
Double bottomed, good to see
many woudl have sold out/ stopped, good to see.
We will move up nicely now.
No sorry you are wrong.
Any dilution has to happen to 100% of the shares.... or not at all.
The structure of any company involves divisions that are 100 matched.
Think of it as a cake, there are no bigger bits than smaller bits.
However some have more bits than others, that at first glance makes them look like bigger bits!
accumulation in progress following
3 x 100k buys yesterday.
I am assuming most be wetters are out with the distress sellers
HH I'm pretty sure it's not illegal here though, especially when the company is private? Appreciate the genuine discussion on this point, still unsure if the scenario I've suggested is a possibility, but if it was I figure it would likely trash the main shareholder's reputation and make future ventures of his uninvestable by outsiders.
Above does not include you Mag, obviously. You typically just ruin discussion boards with his ramping nonsense, are you EarlOfAim's brother?? Entertaining though so no hard feelings.
Since have the MMs become so nice to us…if they are it won’t be for long lol
What new shares, you fool. ha!
try another one
Sale of company does not mean issue new shares !
most dumb post i have seen on these baords
In answer to your question it's a complete gamble and no one knows what will happen.
For my part i'm in this share on both my accounts I am at 1.10 and at 0.69 I am sure we will test the 1.50 range in the next few weeks what the outcome will be is a complete gamble but this is the stock market and nothing makes sense at times.
I know that this is a share traded on a daily basis and money can be made if you have the guts to take the risk.
RachelsDad, if you issue new shares to yourself at a tiny price it doesn't matter though right? 82% shareholder dilutes himself as he's issued 10 trillion new shares, but he owns the 10 trillion new shares, so what difference does it make?
RD, good to see you here too
buy up low hanging fruit and hold well into next week
building up micely.
have buy order below just in case.
but will have to pay higher. I am sure of that, mms will stop being nice soon to buy soon as orders filled
Mag U f87945ing moron, google my scenario and you'll see that it's entirely legal, entirely unfair but entirely plausible, so please answer me this - why won't the majority shareholder just dilute the 18% to oblivion?
Any dilution would affect 100% of ALL ISSUED SHARES privately or publicly held.
Mag just shown (sadly) that he's a BS'er, I hold here and have followed with interest, I've asked a simple question multiple times but can't get an answer. oh well, back to ramping, here's a few for you morons that we haven't had yet:
the MMs have to let this go soon
there's no stopping this now
NT to buy
STFU, I hold here, haven't sold. Trying to ask a question and getting attacked. F you you f98787ing *****
bloodnihja, what are you on to spout such BS . Ha!
clearly a sell out, knew we would get some!
Could I trouble folks to stop the ramping for a minute and consider how things could play out? Not deramping just genuinely trying to understand potential scenarios. Back to my earlier post - can the major shareholder not just take this private and dilute the remaining 18% to oblivion by issuing tons of shares to himself at a notional price? Example posted earlier:
Take company private. Issue 10 trillion new shares for a total cost of £1 to the major shareholder. Major shareholder could agree this given their majority stake. Remaining free float then diluted to almost nothing. Then sell majority stake.
Price being held back went 55 to 66 in the afternoon yesterday.
Should do the 65 to 75 this afternoon.maybe 80s.
Very few shares available so when we move we move very fast.
Good buy at this price.
DYOR but remember it was 85/88 on Wednesday
With the balance of share ownership as it stands, it will make for a very interesting outcome.
I think you are spot on in your analysis GTx1.
AA will want to own as much of his baby right now as he can obtain.
Something's brewing..... personally i think a de-list may be a bluff and magically an offer could arrive before May 25th.
I think this will improve like yesterday it seems like the trend is afternoon rally
Good post GTX, hence re-rating up
Anything under 150p is cheap here, many won;t make it though
Some blaz of steal are required, the real mc'coys will do very well here.
We gad double bottom of today, with many probs sold to strong hands already. Good to see
patience is a virtue, that many don;t have in investing.
