Very low free float this will move this afternoon and breeze through the 80's and beyond.

Consider no Trading Update in Feb 23 when they should have and have decided after Sept 22 RNS to de-list. They don’t want to issue further trading / results before de-list as from the last RNSs they are expecting bumper results. It seems they’ve decided to de-list this and buy-up rest of the shares on the cheap and fend off buyers until they own all shares..was 500p just last June on talks..
The Company is pleased to report that current trading has been strong with Q1 performance significantly ahead of the comparative period last year. -- Q1 Revenue was US$74.05m (up 30% vs Q1 2022) -- Q1 EBITDA was US$28.55m (up 39% vs Q1 2022)
The business has seen growth across all verticals, in particular due to current inflationary pressures which have driven multinationals to focus not only on cost reduction but also revenue retention. Current trading is ahead of expectations, with improved margins, and the Board remains confident in the future outlook for the Company and in the expected performance for the remainder of this financial year.
bloodninja - Shares have to be equal in size. If you want more shares than the next person you have to pay for them and that's what is occurring here right now!
The owner of a company is it's shareholders. AA has a bigger slice by owning more of the shares.
Issuing New Shares is regulated according to how the company was set up and subsequently run. I do understand your thoughts, but as the company stands at present dilution would not achieve anything. You pays your money and takes your chances if the company is not UK regulated.

9th June 22 -SP was around £5 when in talks with BPEA. So buyers have shown their hand here already including few others as per Sep 22 RNS..
The Board of iEnergizer Limited ("iEnergizer" or the "Company") notes the recent press speculation and confirms that it is undertaking a review of strategic options available to the Company in order to maximise value for all existing shareholders. As part of this process, the Company has entered into preliminary discussions with BPEA Advisors Private Limited ("BPEA") regarding a possible sale of iEnergizer.
Discussions with BPEA are ongoing and the Board will keep shareholders updated as appropriate. There can be no certainty that any firm offer will be made or as to the terms on which any offer might be made.
You articulated that far better than i did....
Thanks for the responses.
HH I'm not young (but thanks), I've a multiple decade career in financial services so not new to this at all. There are no motives here, just trying to identify potential risks and understand them.
RD I appreciate what you're saying but I'm talking about new shares being issued, which happens all the time in companies (more so failing ones unlike this one). I.e. say there are 2 shares in a company, they can issue 2 more shares and whoever owned previous 2 would subsequently have a 50% s/h rather than 100% once new shares are in issue.
404x thanks for the most rationale and polite response!
