Did you realise that it was Reta that had been awarded the Feasibility Study for line 2.
Do you think the changes in Scope and costs is li led to what is required for Line 2 Infrastructure support or even Line 3. (JM mentioned that in his presentation).
6th March RNS
The aim of the FS is to produce a NI 43-101 Feasibility Report supported by a AACEI Class 3-quality cost estimate, and project execution plan. The Company is targeting publication of the results of the study in 2H 2023. The principal contractors for this work are:
-- Snowden - geology, mine design, mine planning and NI 43-101 reporting;
-- Environment Resources Management (ERM)- environmental permitting outline planning;
-- Reta Engineering - cost estimation, execution scheduling and planning services;
I can’t imagine any of the Cornerstonyinbestors selling, they bought in at 90p and 140p for many multiples of their investment. They invested for the long term A1 and A2 and. Vermelho etc and the long term Nickel price and Demand is upwards. I would be very surprised if any of them have sold down as that would drive their investment down! There was probably a a few hedge funds shorting this stock after the shock RNS.
PP, apologies your right in your figures.
The question I have is who has bought these?
Just to add to that, the week of the RNS volume was over 116m. Accepting a portion were day trades and some churn, it's still a big volume. Prior to the announcement PIs held probably in the region of 25% of the company, or about 65m shares, and a number of those did not sell.
To be fair Rover that list on the HZM site is dated 29th of September. It's very likely Fidelity are out as they RNSd the threshold broken. Helikon also notified a smallish sale, as a foreign entity I am not sure what the reporting requirement is for them. We don't know about the others but following 2nd October the volume churned was large, probably too large just for PIs. The three cornerstones haven't moved either to sell or buy though.
It would be interesting to have access to the register now.
Will be an interesting few weeks ahead.
Good to see majority of gains held today. Good base fir the rest of the week and next in the lead up to the reports. I think La Mancha would be interested in a royalty deal. Glencore most likely to put up the cash as financing as they are interested in the offtake. Plenty of options. I don’t see any business case for equity financing at these levels. The share price would have to over imo for that to be considered imo. The fact is we need too much money to go fund the placing route. I don’t know how much Vermelho monies have been spent but there may be scope for that to be reallocated.
The sheer scale of what we have across all the projects, the money already sunk in, including previous owners (Vale), someone must be looking very closely at a takeover.
An updated presentation would be nice. We seem to get one every 3 months or so. The latest was 3 August.

Outside the Cornerstone Investors, I wonder what information has been shared with the second Tier of important investors such as below, all still holding their original investments or most of it.

Chessmaster, Orion has had form for paying a % above SP but that was a while back and given the general market conditions & interest rates I would assume it would be a small discount, that said if the SP were 40p or 50p at the time of the equity raise then we would all be happy.
And yes if in your book taking calculated bets is gambling then yes I am a gambler. Certainly not an investor in AIM garbage as it has been proven here
Lawrence as picked mentioned I did say when I took a trade at 70p which was a punt. I made that money loss during last week's pump. Unfortunately HZM has been reduced to a pump and dump share. I was predicting a fall but the extent of it amazed even myself. I was screaming about it from the rooftops. No-one listened.
Contrarian, you are a typical gambler, you only ever mention the times you win 😆 and no doubt like a typical gambler you never lose 🙃
Actually Contrarian, you were right on the price action before the drop, but had been wrong so many other times it ultimately didn't matter. If every day for a year you predict disaster then claiming one time you were right is a pyrrhic outcome at best. Have you ever predicted a rise?
Also you have no idea where I am up to regarding profit or loss, or what else I have invested elsewhere, or anything about my personal situation. I've never posted those details because it's my business and I don't need to either brag or whinge about it. Sure I have bought back a big interest here, too big to day trade, but don't be presumptuous about everything else.
Well done making enough for a night out in Bognor Regis though.
Patatas in AIM a year is an eternity. See all the naive here investing for years hoping to become rich and move out of their caravans :) lol. AIM is occupied by greedy directors and institutions. The game is to take someone else's money.
So a year is too long to be invested in any AIM co as they are pre-dominantly vehicles to transfer wealth from the naive to the ones holding the aces up their sleeves (guess what PI's are not holding any aces).
For me and under this climate a month is the most I'd wait for an AIM trade that is long term. Anything more is hope that you will not get screxxx by an unscrupulous board or some external event that will get the lemmings that invested headed for the exit faster that you can scream murder.
I made all that back on Friday picked - Unlike yourself - You can't say I didnt give you ample warning over the last few months.... Sit and pray to recoup your investment here or wait for the multi-bag you have been touting. So many opportunities elsewhere and you missed them thru sheer bl... mindedness
Sorry Contrarian, I forgot you posted your buy at 70p on the way down. How is that trade gojg for you? £700, the last of the high rollers.
I'm not posting any of my trades or how many shares I am holding or not. It's my business thank you very much.
Exactly worthless garbage sites AndyRan
"They also give a 5 year prediction price of £228."
£228? wow!
There is always a narrative afterwards to explain the price action on the day. You snooze you lose.
I think what we saw on Friday was a spike on Peel Hunt buy rating plus some unfounded rumours. I think the price will have its up and down days until we see the funding RNS. The RNS may come next week, or be as much as three weeks away, but I would expect something in November.
Exactly spike - all these automated sites that look at favourite technicals via pre-programmed algos with the sole intention of generating clicks and subscription money from the naive.
Nothing and I mean nothing beats observing price action, volume and being able to assess where a support is and a resistance is for short term tactical trading. For long term fundamentals yes but with AIM you have to factor in the greediness of the BoD and institutional investors who's only care when it comes to money is how to generate it to the detriment of lone PI's

Not new but noticed Glencore working with La Mancha to buyout Nickel mines.
