Many have expressed surprise over the sudden departure of the Kerogen Director on the HUR. Board last Sept. well maybe that was because the âTriadâ had their man ( Maris) coming in as CEO. That distanced Kerogen from the subtle strategy they have been working through over the last 6 months that has now brought us to the High Court rubber stamping this scam. Once Kerogen ( aka The Bondholder) have offered to buy up the 5% of HUR outstanding, then the Bis can be taken private, and (surprise, surprise) CNOOC complete the Chinese Puzzle by â inheritingâ Lancaster.
And please RNSTranslator none of your highly slanted comments. We all know who pays your salary.
> Firstly is there any evidence that Kerogen are bondholders?
Try asking Phil Corbett.
Though you wont get a straight answer.
As for evidence - well Kerogen commisioned the "technical report".
The day after it was published Dr Alan Parsely of Kerogen quit his seat on the board.
Since then Marris and co. have trashed the share price and handed the keys over to Kerogen.
Investors can come to their own conclusions!
RNSTranslator, quick to dismiss the speculation, even if it makes sense. Your either a board member or paid to support the boards agenda and blame Trice. I spoke to someone from HUR months ago who claims to watch the board and wouldn't take criticism, that seems alot like you.
I always found it intriguing that kerogen reps left at the time that you would really expect them to want to know what was going on to protect their investment.
There was speculation at the time that it might be to allow them to trade without falling foul of insider dealing.
Any conspiracy theorists might ponder - if they turn out to be bondholders - if there was any pre meditation going on . How long has this give away been on the agenda...? Was it earlier than the time line so painstakingly informed by the bod ? They were very keen to mention initial talks only took place at Xmas ? Much later than expected if you wanted to catch the weather window ? Interesting ?
British et al: Iâm afraid your Chinese conspiracy theory is just a desperate bid to blame others for your losses. Firstly is there any evidence that Kerogen are bondholders? Anyone who understands how the Chinese quasi SOEâs actually work will be rolling their eyes at this bizarre suggestion... Kerogen and CNOOC in collusion to acquire bankrupt small cap with massively overstated resources and unpayable debt....it makes me laugh..
âInfamy, Imfamy, theyâve all got it infamy â to quote the famous carry on scene...now that would have been even funnier...but perhaps more accurate.
Yes, the Chinese way of doing business is same with corporates or countries or institutions. When they use the words co-operation or objectively you must be very careful of what they are after. Load up someone with debt and then find ways and means to run that body down and take it over. This is what is happening here. Unfortunately that is happening everywhere and the western world can only shout and do absolutely nothing. ( They also follow the rule book well which they break in every other sense of the word) It has become a strange world. We are all victims of China.
CNOOC is a major player in the North Sea, and is ultimately controlled by the Chinese Gov.
Kerogen Capital has a dual office of London and Hong Kong, as well as â significantâ Chinese investment.
Join up the dots :- Kerogen has the Bonds, and is dictating the HUR agenda. Once the High Court has rubber stamped this sham, it will quietly pass to CNOOC at a pittance to what an open takeover would have cost , and killing the PIs in the process.
This is how underhand operators like the Chinese play the system.
Has anyone checked Marisâs previous employer? Who now has the whip hand in their offshore Vietnam interests? Coincidence?
So was Maris a placeman for the Chinks?
Keep your eyes open for where he turns up next."
I have now sadly sold my remaining HUR shares.
