el19...'the bod will achieve the necessary requirements to receive their bonus awards' what are the requirements? Cheers
>> You have to question why anyone would bring it up again.
They will, in the same way the bring up ESP's when it's been stated again and again how good natural flow is.
The trouble was the uncertainty was never there from the rns announcing drill result.
As far as I am aware all these negative hypotheses came out after the drop on drill result.
The water issue has been put to bed once again by hur. You have to question why anyone would bring it up again.
I predict 3 things for first half of 2020: firstly, at CMD Lanfax will be proved up, water will be proved not to be an issue (as it IS perched), and a partner will be found for Lanfax; secondly, the bod will achieve the necessary requirements to receive their bonus awards, close to the AGM; and on the back of this the SP will be in the 65-70p range. The OGA I hear, want rapid progress with Lanfax, so CMD is, I believe, going to be a very interesting presentation indeed. Can’t wait!
Worse bit is WARWICK was not even priced in and we were at 45-50 range... hope they learnt the lesson... may be bit expensive for some... same thing happened at TLW... SMART buy while WEAK SELL... Patience will pay here ....
" a lot of uncertainty removed " - I would agree with that, particularly if anyone was daft enough to listen to the chaps that wanted investors to believe the produced water was anything but perched , or that the ESPs were required. Pure bo!!icks and no doubt they will now be dreaming up other nonsense to make in retail investors doubt their position.
I agree that even just based on the EPS, this looks really undervalued. 20k barrels of oil per day next year, $150 million unrestricted cash at year end, usefully tax loss position/R&D tax credits which, IMO, must be worth about $6 million refund per offload.
Another producer to be drilled on Lancaster starting possibly as soon as this Febuary. Confirmation that Tie-in work (LC, WOSP or both?) has already taken place on the AM.
A big shout out to the BW guys and other cree pn the AM, achieving 90% availability surpasses any of the other FPSOs WoS, well done.
No ESPs needed, great flow rates whilst only producing from about 5% of the wells.
I like it a lot, and just what the doctor ordered after over doing the celebrations last night.
Berenberg reiterated it's price target of 100 this morning.
With a lot of uncertainty removed in this morning's RNS, uncertainty removed in the market re the US and China trade war and uncertainty removed re the General Election and Brexit, I reckon we will be back to the mid 40s in no time.
Santa rally anyone?
