Sorry let me correct that, press release and payment BY 30 Septโฆ. So tomorrow I assume
From Prax this a.m. there will be a press release and payment on 30th Sept
You do post some rubbish Kever. Always insulting someone! That's why your post get removed.
Yes they know who they are, probably hiding under a rock, or peddling their crap somewhere else. Maybe others should be reminded of their tactics
Looks like some contributors are going to be correct in regard to the discussions last year!
But the BoD and City "whiz kids" ignored them, and the wrong decision was made for HURR's long-term investors!

Well done those concerned. it's a shame your hard work wasn't recognized by the plebs and low life trolls.
They know who they are!
Seeing brent close in on $100 serves as a reminder they stole this company from us
Senseman talks about "moderation" by deviants. What he means is he wants moderation of people he disagrees with. Welcome to Nazi Germany.
There will always be deviant posters. The remedy is effective forum moderation. The problem is that both LSE & ADVFN forum moderators are not fit for purpose.
I hope things get sorted for you and wish you well ( and good fortune ) for the future. I appreciate the hard work you did for us regarding HUR and maybe I will catch you messaging on another board at some point. I still read the " Simple one" messages and sometimes they are on point but most of the time he is bragging and putting people down. ( as usual ). Still he is retiring now so hopefully silence might prevail. Keep safe Sense and take care. ๐๐
Hi Euston
Heard nowt. The thing is a disciple of the Lavrov/Putin school of truth
Sadly, will be a good couple of years before I dig myself out of mire. Hit by numerous things one after t'other.
We hit bad-luck jackpot with HUR, never a slice of luck or even rub of green. To escape the crooked noose in 2021, only for CA then being wound down and throwing in the towel for safety - a kick in the teeth we just didn't deserve. CA are paid for managing others' money, not their own, so even if time proves it to be misplaced decision. they won't be crying much.
Nice to see the sensibles looking in occasionally.
I agree with Kever 0.3-0.4 donโt forget itโs only for the 3 months to end June , other payments will be for 6 months at higher oil price
I have never before been issued with DCS's they are currently in my trading account sitting looking pretty. For reasons, I was unable to trade them before the July deadline and I am at this moment sitting with a load unsure what to do with them. Can anyone be so kind as to shed some light on to what the most common approach has been regards investors holding DCU's after the take over. I am not looking for trading advice, I am attempting to get some background to them. For example, is it relatively easy to instruct your broker to offload them, are they actively being sought, are most individuals holding on to them? Any light being shown on this matter or some background info on the DCU's would be warmly appreciated.
Thank you.
"I expect 0.3p this week per DCU"
Why only 0.3p??
Kever... 6.48p over the next 2 years. Seriously? If so, how do you predict that breaking down in the next 4 or 5 payments? Thanks.
"Thank you very much for the info. Appreciated. I can only presume that the font of all knowledge has a malfunction. Maybe terminal ? We can but hope !!"
Some of us have lives away from a keyboard you know. Fresh air is great.
" I see you are strangely silent on DCU payments - I thought you were in the know....!!!"
Silent ?
Indeed I have nothing to say. I expect the full 6.48p over the nxt 2 years. My opinion hasn't changed.
Do I have to keep saying this every week. ?
I ecpect 0.3p this week per DCU
Typo: something the court stopped
Kever- Srnse and many others fought yo stop PI'S being had over, something the virtually stopped. Unfortunately he/they/we could not stop the take over.
So here is the position, roughly. The company gave us our money and we get iou's from the purchaser which will be paid off with money from our producing well and all the time the oil price has been rising. Its a great deal if you can get one like this!!! Bad gor us though
"Senseman wasted hours and hours on fighting the takeover deal. He also made numerous wasted visits to London. He did not do a great job at all"
Kever - you are Grade A stupid. Sense and others did so much for small shareholders. I see you are strangely silent on DCU payments - I thought you were in the know....!!!
Rare bit of silence from Kever........... I will try and help.
In the "DCU Deed Poll โ Deed Of Amendment And Restatement โ 8 June" document (page 7) available on: https://www.prax.com/information-for-holders-of-dcus/ it states the payment date as the 30th of September or closest business day prior. As for the amount I am guessing (hoping) it to be 1/6th or 1/7th (probable 6 or 7 biannual payments) of the total 6.48p due per DCU. Hope this helps.
Having just noticed the Prax line move from my ISA to general Investment Account, I spoke to Barclays.
I was told it is now not a normal investment type, is more of a โWarrantโ and so did not qualify to stay in the ISA, and apparently nor a SIPP (though I did not discuss that). They are just following HMRC orders.
They also have no news on when/if a payment is due to be made. And can offer no information on CGT implications.
Hi Kever - as the font of all knowledge have you any idea how much we are going to receive this week per DCU
That's your view. Mine is different.
"Head up Sense , I still think you did a great job here"
LOL
Senseman wasted hours and hours on fighting the takeover deal. He also made numerous wasted visits to London. He did not do a great job at all
SENSEMAN. Just popped back here to catch up on HUR news. How are things with you now? Difficult times are over I hope. Did you ever hear from a certain persons legal team? Or was it all a hoax. I still see him boasting over on Vast and Live unfortunately. Head up Sense , I still think you did a great job here.
