Never seen a CEO so proactive.
Not put a foot wrong so far.
Nice :)
"Proposed Joint Development with Romgos Grupa in Poland
Hydrogen Utopia International PLC, a company specialising in turning non-recyclable mixed waste plastic into hydrogen and other carbon-free fuels, new materials or distributed renewable heat, announces that it has signed a memorandum of understanding ("MOU") with Romgos Gwiazdowscy sp. z o.o. ("Romgos Grupa") under which the parties have agreed to work together to deploy HUI facilities in Poland and Europe."
I especially like this bit. Grants and most of the cost covered by Romgos Grupa.
"Romgos Grupa has agreed to provide funding amounting in total to PLN 3 million through contributing an appropriate property interest upon which to construct an HUI facility and to provide cash investment funding to cover the costs of obtaining the relevant environmental consents or permits or construction permits for a special purpose vehicle ("SPV") established for the purpose of constructing an initial HUI facility."
Good work Aleksandra and all at HUI.
Got HUI added to the 'companies with a female CEO' section on free.trade. Will hopefully be showing soon.
Good morning.
To add - common sense tells me that you don't throw money into two ventures on that scale if you think that they are going to fail.
And HUI has been added to the Free.trade app today if anyone is interested.
Good to see that Howard White (Executive Director) has purchased 350,000 shares on the open market for £56k. He now holds 15.3 million shares.
On the website it states that the percentage of ordinary shares in public hands is 24.42% as at July 2022. Needs updating.
Confidence shown by the BOD.
the shares i bought that are showing on aquis were definitely bought shares on main london LSE listing, so error is with london south east website. You cant buy aquis via hargreaves lansdown anyway.
I've held since IPO and trade via HL. Decided to take a top slice of profit yesterday and the HUI trade appeared on AQUIS and HUI.PL on this platform. Maybe something to do with this platform, HL has no distiction.
Seems like you’re all buying the wrong shares if they are showing on aquis,
You should be buying HUI and not HUI.PL.
me thinks ?
!! not ?? fat thumb syndrome lol
Thanks Moomins, you are absolutely right??
Look under HUI.PL on here or the AQUIS website. You'll see the trade there. That's where mine has appeared. Don't ask me why, but that's where it is.
3pm, 8 hours later and still not showing my buys. Useless.
They had an excellent year on AQSE after the IPO @ *7.5p
Will be Interesting to see how they will do after main market move .

Hydrogen Utopia shares nearly double in debut on AQSE
Hydrogen Utopia International PLC - London-based mixed plastic waste-to-fuel technology - Raises GBP3.0 million gross in initial public offering on Aquis Stock Exchange, as Novum Securities Ltd places 40.0 million shares at 7.5 pence each. At the IPO price, Hydrogen Utopia has a market capitalisation of GBP28.8 million. The company aims to become one of the leading new European companies specialising in turning non-recyclable mixed waste plastic into carbon-free fuels, new materials, or distributed renewable heat. Its initial strategic focus is to work with AIM-listed Powerhouse Energy Group PLC to create a project pipeline of HUI facilities.
"We are pioneering the use of technology to turn non-recyclable waste plastics into hydrogen - addressing the major environmental threat posed by waste plastic and providing alternative energy sources which are not dependent upon the use of coal, natural gas, oil and fossil fuel derived electricity," says Executive Chair Guy Peters.
I bought two lots for SIPP and ISA just after open, nearly 2 hours ago and neither is showing yet.
The move to main market happened yesterday .
There appears to be some connection between HUI and PHE.

Hydrogen Utopia shift to London Main Market from AQSE is delayed
(Alliance News) - Hydrogen Utopia International PLC on Wednesday said the start of trading of its shares on the London Main Market has been delayed, and the shares will not be able to continue trading on Aquis Stock Exchange once they do.
Hydrogen Utopia is a London-based developer of mixed plastic waste-to-fuel technology.
Its admission to trading on the London Stock ?Exchange's Main Market, which was due to take place Wednesday.
Hydrogen Utopia explained that the delay is due to "highly technical reasons arising from the interaction of the rules and regulations relating to the Main Market and AQSE rules".
As a result of discussions with Aquis and the UK Financial Conduct Authority, the company said, "it has become apparent that HUI cannot retain that Aquis listing once admission [to the London Main Market] has taken place".
Hydrogen Utopia added that it has therefore been requested to publish a supplementary prospectus, making it clear that it cannot retain that Aquis listing and explaining the implications of that in advance of the LSE admission. It will retain the AQSE listing until the London Main Market admission occurs.
Hydrogen Utopia said it is working with its advisers and the FCA to resolve the issue, and the process of preparing the supplementary prospectus is underway. It expects that it will be able to announce a new admission date "very shortly".
"The directors of HUI strongly regret any inconvenience this delay may cause existing or potential investors, which has arisen due to circumstances beyond their control and is not a reflection of any business or commercial issue in relation to the company," Hydrogen Utopia said.
Shares in Hydrogen Utopia were flat at 14 pence each on the Aquis Exchange on Wednesday afternoon
It's arrived.
Guy Peters, Chairman of HUI, commented:
”Joining the LSE’s main market just one year on from our IPO is a major milestone for us. We look forward to providing further updates on our progress towards helping Europe and ultimately the rest of the world achieve net zero climate impact.”
Aleksandra Binkowska, CEO of HUI, commented:
"I believe our listing on the LSE’s prestigious main market will help us attract international investors and accelerate the building of our facilities for turning non-recyclable waste plastic into syngas and hydrogen.”
