which comes back to m whole argument that if they actually purchase the argument i will look again at the value of the asset
So have they 100% acquired the rights to the project by paying in full the as per the terms? If they havent then I very much doubt they have any rights to sell anything from it!
it looks like you have someone collecting in purchases of 5million and 4 million shares
MisterPositive something big is cooking!
If you find 1bn tonnes of copper lol, then you won't have any rights to mine this until you fulfil the contractual purchase of the asset There is obviously all relevant licences in place to extracts as it is been extracted as we speak
Boommmm
hardly shot up! about 10%, that's piddling. SHot up is 50%+
https://uk.reuters.com/article/uk-bhp-copper/bhp-to-spend-2-5-billion-on-extending-life-of-chilean-copper-mine-idUKKCN1AX0S7 LONDON (Reuters) - Mining major BHP (BLT.L) (BHP.AX) said on Thursday it was spending $2.46 billion to extend the life of the Spence copper mine in northern Chile by more than 50 years, creating up to 5,000 jobs and bringing new output online from 2021. HER has an interesting project - Guamanga Copper Project (in northern Chile), which seems very prospective for Copper deposits. Good to know we got super majors like BHP also in that area.
Wow. Just shot up!!
This is ready to blow mms gagging for shares
******** you would see this is going to pop ffs
Dan, Try and read your statement below once again: "you are exploring these assets and have zero rights to mine" So you are saying they can explore and find 1 Bn tonnes of Copper resource, but cannot mine it ? There are separate licences for each stage: 1) Exploration licence 2) Extraction & Exploitation licence which are applied for at the relevant stage. CSA is the owner and will need to apply for the extraction of minerals license once they know what they got.
looks like the MM's heard me and here we turn Blue. Thanks MM please continue
DAN..........If it is all so gloomy, why don't you sell up or just invest in something that IS more positive and to your liking....try FRR, I can assure you the posters on there won't put up with you for long...they are too clever and well informed, gl with your new investments.
Small scale mining is currently being undertaken by private miners via small open pit and underground mining operations. Ore is being trucked to a Chilean government owned processing plant (ENAMI plant) where it is processed. This mining will continue up until such time as the Option to fully acquire Picachos is exercised (at Herencia's discretion) and is seen by the Company as an excellent mechanism to achieve geological and grade data across many zones of mineralisation. Hope they dont stand on someones foot while theyre all digging away! They signed a non-binding MOU to use a local plant but as yet havent taken up that option otherwise people wouldnt be still digging away as we post!!!
The terms of the Agreement for Herencia Resources (Chile) SA to earn 100% of the Project were negotiated to minimise up-front expenditure and to provide sufficient time to un-lock the significant potential of the area. Key terms of the Agreement are as follows: On signing US$200,000 After 12 months US$400,000 After 24 months US$600,000 After 36 months US$1.6 million After 48 months US$5.7 million Herencia Resources (Chile) SA will acquire a 100% interest in the Project if all of the Option payments have been made. When did they pay all those payments ProfW?
Signed Agreement for Exploration - where does it say extract and export. it does go on to say mining is ongoing at a local level, nothing to do with Herencia. Why haven't the BOD stopped this mining -no benefit from it and its actually eating away at the companies potential profits Reason - you are exploring these assets and have zero rights to mine
put a value to each of them?
Come on MM's sort it out over 9% is taking it a bit far now
MisterPositive thanks for sharing. Gla
DB83 are you there????? Disappeared.... thanks MisterPositive nice post
About Herencia: Herencia Resources plc, is an AIM quoted exploration and development company operating in Chile. In addition to the Picachos Copper Project, the Company also has the Guamanga Copper Project in northern Chile and La Serena Copper Project north of Picachos. 1) Picachos Copper Project 2) Pastizal Project (on South west boundary of the Picachos) 3) La Serena Copper Project (north of Picachos) 4) Guamanga Copper Project (in northern Chile) HER seems undervalued, with lot of upside and near-term Price catalysts that can kick in anytime. imho
"In addition to the copper grades being mined, the Directors believe that the Pastizal site is an excellent strategic fit for Herencia and its plans to the Picachos project." About the Picachos and Pastizal Projects: The Picachos and Pastizal projects are located approximately 50km south of the coastal city of La Serena, 8km west of both the existing Andacollo copper-gold project operated by Teck Resources and the mining town of Andacollo (population approximately 10,000 people), and 10km south of the privately owned Tambillos copper mine. The Projects are very well positioned for infrastructure with existing high voltage power located approximately 3km east of the Project area and serviced by two all-weather access roads.
