I only believe in science https://youtu.be/mSy1NQx2bJE
HH, no he is not worth it. Tell me what warrants his large salary. CLN, loss making, no deal, poor SP, expensive product pipeline, ultra risky.
It cant be sure they will certainly pass the first phase 1.let put it through the trial first and the result come back will tell us how it perform. At the moment nothing guaranty .we hope they will success
It is the end we are all after money so as soon as people sell it off and we will forget who is Hemo. People in here bought and sold many different shares and if you can recall only some remember but basic forget everything.
No;Not at all;Not many companies can continue without making a profit;unless on AIM or main market;keep tapping up shareholders;I hope the SP doubles by end of year;it will hopefully give me a better return than Stagecoach (sold at 94 pence:after purchased @48 pence) and averaged down in Hemo
@Pumpky
Another ridiculous comment. Are you suggesting all the work that Vlad and his team are doing toward finding a cure for cancer and automimmune diseases is either a hoax or dommed to fail?
Maybe the science will untilmately prove unsuccessful, but you and I do not know that now and Hemo are well placed to take a number of game changing clinical candidates into trials. If 1 or more come off, i think you'll find Vlad has earned his corn many times over....
But I'm sure you make money to be able to get your wages
Usual depressing rubbish from CJ Sterling...
Are you suggesting Vlad should not get paid that much? I get paid that much and Vlad is smarter thatn me.
One thing for sure Hemo did not delivery any positive on covid research they said on last to now keep silent. After place shares at 7p all other only on CDX and CART so play covid for share place that is how this company need cash to run.
On CDX this is both Hemo and GC share the same benefit so they cant dump it away but need to go untill finish . Who know how they will share % each ?
The only real one is CAR T from this year but they need a lot money to do that . 60 millions is nothing to go alone . they need someone big to pay for them go or this will going crazy .
And the Sandlers are taking out $400k pa #lifestyle.
Wait for the next pump which won’t deliver. Where have you seen that before?
Vlad lost £5m. What rubbish. What did he make Jan 20 to March 21..£5m?
Have missed something here? The rns stated tjey are not going to licence agreement hence the death of the sp why are you talking about eli still interested they are NOT going in with hemo??

Meh, screw it, I will make my prediction, please note, no inside information, just a guess:
1, I think its a given that the licencing agreement will include a clause that gives Eli Lilly first refusal at licencing CDX, I suspect they may even agree a maximum price now but not reveal it with right to licence after phase 1/2a.
2, I suspect it will include a loan facility the company can access if required, some sort of replacement to Mint.
3, I cannot see Vlad being able to offer any decent sort of cash amount for the IP so instead a % of hemogenyx, either something like a straight 10% allocation of shares or perhaps a 20% placing of shares with Eli investing cash.
4, A significant % of any royalties from the sale of CDX should they chose not to licence and Hemo licence to another Pharma, IMO a massive figure like 40-50% (just a guess but they are in a powerful position)
5, Eli Lilly continue to fund and progress CDX up to the point of IND application but from there it moves to Phase 1/2a trials.
I THINK Eli will want hemo to do the trials themselves, its hard to stay anonymous (lets face it they are still being referred to as Global Co, they dont want to be known). By having Hemo find someone else to run the clinical trials if something goes wrong Eli can walk away whistling and no bad PR (They have had alot of bad PR recently). If things go well? Well they have the rights to licence it on the cheap.
Anyway, thats my GUESS, its not a brilliant offer for Hemo but to me its fair, it gives Hemo the chance to prove it works and gives Eli a potentially valuable product if it works on the cheap. Maybe some of it is accurate, maybe not, be pleased to see what others sensible thoughts on it are. Read the RNS, there is going to be SOME relationship there, Eli are not a charity, and they need Hemo to succeed:
"exact terms of the licence and GlobalCo's continued involvement in the progression of CDX toward clinical trials."
In terms of leverage that Lilly now have, I totally and 100% agree, because of the MCap crash they are in a dominant position, and I would say now publicly to Vlad, if you received an offer and it contained enough cash to clear the loan and allowed you to progress CAR-T and CDX to clinical trials... TAKE IT. Getting self sufficient without Mint and having the backing of Eli Lilly to progress through trials is worth giving a massive discount.
But thats my point, Eli have yet to put forward their licencing proposal to Hemo, we have ZERO idea what they will expect and offer to Hemo, we dont know how good/bad/indifferent it might be. But There are plenty of people who before thought predictions were crime of the century now making their own statements of fact that Eli have walked away and Hemo will have to pay millions etc.... They cannot possibly know.
approximately £0.5 million on completing IND-enabling preclinical studies that are needed in order to file an IND application requesting authorization from the FDA or other applicable regulatory body to initiate clinical trials and administer HEMO-CAR-T to humans. The Company anticipates completing these studies by September 2021;
approximately £0.5 million on filing an IND; and
approximately £5 million on completing Phase I/IIa clinical studies aimed at achieving clinical proof of concept and advancing HEMO-CAR-T towards later stages of clinical trials including Phase II and Phase III. The Company intends to initiate PhaseI/IIa clinical studies by the end of 2021/beginning of 2022.
Unless they are lying in an RNS this is what they have stated
What an absolute disgrace the behaviour of many on this site today, fact is all those "Pumpers" believe (or believed) in the work that Hemogenyx is doing. The results speak for themselves, CDX has been with Eli for 3 years and by all accounts we still dont know how much involvement they will have, all we know is they are not choosing to take the option to licence Hemo IP at this time, they have not revealed the conditions to licence THEIR IP to hemo yet, so any statement they have walked away is just not true.
Aside from that Hemo have signed a CAR-T Master Translational Agreement with Penn, this is NOT a lie, fake news, hype, pump, bs or any other sort of false ramping. Fact of the mater is if CDX was never on the scene then CAR-T on its own at the current state close to clinical trials would more than justify a significantly higher MCap than today.
Has anything changed with the science? No
Car-T abandonded? CDX Abandoned? CBR Abandoned? No
The only thing that has changed is the SP and because its so low we have been totally shafted by Mint who have taken advantage. But apart from that? anyone saying Eli has walked away is jumping the gun.
So all this gloating at the crash of the SP, calling people liers and scammers or whatever other accusations they wish to throw about should maybe wait and see what actually happens in the next few weeks. Enjoy your moment of victory in this crashed share price, because that is literally all you have, a crashed share price with a bad credit arrangement.
Right now the MCap is £19m with £12m+ cash in bank and a pipeline full of products which are in development with Eli Lilly, J&J and Penn. £19mil, does anyone really think thats realistic? Even the derampers and trolls, you think Hemos pipeline is worth £19mil?
I am trying very hard to bite my tongue and wait for the next CDX update to see what the actual arrangement is rather than predict, but seriously all these accusations being fired about by the derampers without waiting to see the details? And you dare to accuse positive people of pumping without knowing any of the details??? Seriously?
There is certainly an issue with so many holders so under water, there will be pressure for the price to go up on order for them to make a quick getaway. Can't say I blame them as I would like to do that too. However, need to be aware of actual facts versus the usual wishful thinking.
Of course we can expect a Hemo pump. That’s a great opportunity for some to get out. I reckon the FC is breaking even. That’s why he is the ONLY one to buy shares...:.
