Yup seems like a raise is going to come .. I could be so wrong but we have to work on probabilities.
It’s a strong one. At what price do they do it is anyones guess. The falling share price suggests that it’s probably going to be one for the Mates ?? Mate rates lol.
We small investors either average down to get some money back as we have fallen a lot. And get diluted like robinsons.
It’s still looking attractive as to how right it can go. Who knows ey
****tails lol no idea how i hit stars lol ! on a beach ha
never thought this would tank so low tbh with the amount of buys in the last few weeks , think the wise have left and waiting at the side lines , i am holding but like others say will have to add more to make any profit if this goes much lower.
this is aim and if we all knew what was going to happen next wouldn’t be on here! be drinking ****tails on a beach!
they haven’t got a lot of money, think they will have to raise more (somehow) , i know an update from launa or director share dealing would raise sp or it’s a wait till q3
still feel this is a great find for this company but have to be patient
gla
...yes, but if everyone did that, there would be no company left and no chance for any investment in it. Not even for you!
After such a great discovery ?what does the sp do go up and keep going up?No it goes down and keeps going down,so plain old common sense really, where will the bottom be a lot lower imo that's for sure wish I'd sold at 6p,that's what I hear them say,now crying into there milk, always buy at the bottom and sell at the top to make money common sense really happy Easter to all.
Yep, just plane (sic) old illiteracy...
0.25 was with no discovery, a potential rig breakdown during drilling and a completely unknown cash position. I think your 0.25 might never happen. More chance of 2.5 IMO
Yep....
Just plane old common sense ...
I'm waiting for 0.25 or even less,I see a long way to go here, things take a lot of time and a lot of money to get put together, before any income can be sourced, time and people dont come cheap, so I will wait and watch it's not rocket science just plane old common sense really, dyor and bol.
So Scott keep your powder dry and then you can be one of those that take advantage of the "value destroying" raise and lower your average significantly.... many have done it once and will do so again if that's what happens.
Raises like the last one (at .25 pence after a 95% drop) are just giving the company to a new group of investors in return for precious little new capital. Raises here (couldn't get much more than half a pence) are also value destroying and will also not raise significant capital. What the did with the 2 BILLION new shares is totally inexcusable. New raises at this share price just compound the injury.
And it will drop further as shorters take out new positions. Then you will say you are more surprised to see 0.9
"it’s not going below 1p"
So we can all go and remortgage our houses on that guarantee then?!? Lol.
Yes deltalo it is evident that you believe it to be true but there are just as many people that believe the opposite and who have been proven correct all the way down from 2.4p when you were telling everyone to BUY
I’m surprised this has dropped so far, it’s not going below 1p as there’s many who are waiting for that to buy, soon as this starts to move up they’d be buying in and to push the sp up even more,
I bought 1 million share’s today for a very good reason. Dyor and Atb.
I don't go with the idea of new money coming in for the new ISA year. People don't suddenly conjure up £20k. If anything like me when I was still working, it would build up through the year being put to use in a fund account. A simple Bed & Isa from there was not new money.
The lift will come after the EWT and appraisal well - assuming of course that it is a success and they can confirm a commercial discovery; they cannot do ether of the above without a raise (in my view) so, it is a necessary "evil"; a means to an end. I agree with Fortnefvrsbrve a raise is not a bad thing in itself, it is a requirement! If we shareholders are ever to realise true value here. It won't be the raise that determines our collective future but the EWT and appraisal well.
Assuming those to eb a success I do not actually think it will make much difference at all whether you but before the raise or after; the risk is that between now and then they announce the results of the basin modelling and revised resource estimates and the sp shoots up which I think is a 50:50 prospect. That is the reason that I have not exited but just in case I have capital on the side in case it doesn't and I can double my holding at 0.75p post a raise (which I think is where this will end up if the do not hurry up and do that raise quickly!
I don't have an issue with having to pay a 20% premium on a placing, particularly as the next one to come could be another 30% - 50% lower than the price is now so still a bargain and would be purchased with far reduced risk
I too will be a buyer for a placing
As placing is not always a bad thing
The lower the price the higher the bounce
Though stock dilution looks negative at first glance, it can be positive if the company uses the additional funds raised in a way that creates greater returns for the company.
The last placing the sp rose 20 percent on the same day, I wouldn’t worry about that ,
I worry about this rising many times the sp and I was waiting on the sidelines.
Time to buy imo.
As the shareprice generally retracts to the placing price and based on past placings the institutions will want it as low as possible, I will be a buyer after the placing. Assuming of course that the placing will be before any EWT.
I have to agree that the best time for top up is after the raise (if there is one) as nothing is certain.
Also if it happens after the new isa year then we will see new money come in.
I think it's falling for the same reasons that were given following the last update, namely:
1) Not returning to operational activity until Q3! That's a very long wait on AIM.
2) They are likely to be raising again in order to pay for the EWT. At what discount?
These are currently the key fundamentals. Now the rampers can spend the days and weeks in between now and the above events talking up the various positives that there undoubtedly are here, but if the aim of the game here is to make money, then surely waiting until they are fully funded again is the optimum time to buy again here. Otherwise you are just sitting duck for the next fund raise. It's not really that complicated and no surprise the share price is struggling right now, as most people appreciate the above realities. All imo and dyor
Getting close to top up time .
