When there's blood on the streets Mullins58........average down.....I know.....but I'm just not going to do it.....will stickholding and hoping though!
Yep , not a bad time to buy. ATB
And the selling price action recently stinks of insider trading!
Regardless of the viability of the project and the high hope for profit by buying shares in companies like GROC.......these placings just wreck our investments......over the years I've lost out in 100s of companies like this in the same way!
A few, however have done very well...which is the only reason I'm more or less break even.......we still hope this will be the one....chances are .....it's not!
I live in hope...but I won't be topping up! If the placing was at 4.5p I might have!
GLA
The 2.59 and 2.56 94k are buys. I hope too good to miss but you never know. I think some good news to follow in the next week to lift the SP
A good buy at these prices, overdone. Still a huge potential, just topped up, what a great long term investment opportunity
GLA
The board has shown they will dilute to oblivion and even worse for their benefit. They could of raised just above current sp to boost confidence or 10% below VWAP.
Instead they go for the ridiculous 2.5p. Another micro cap BoD shafting investors.
Ok and there you have it, the reason why the SP has dropped over last few days!!
Well thats gonna bugger it up again today , down to 2.5p we will be going. Talk about dilutive and with all the positives, you would have thought the placing could have been done at 3.5 or 4.5 as the last two. But its getting lower, so whats 2024 placings at ?.
New lows inbound today
Foreseeable future? More like 5 months.
Mates rates..... Nothing further to add.
2.5p, I would have liked to have had an opportunity for some of these. I suppose funding is now secure for the foreseeable future
GreenRoc Mining Plc (AIM: GROC), a company focused on the development of critical mineral projects in Greenland, is pleased to announce that it has raised gross proceeds of £460,786 by way of a placing of 18,431,452 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each (the "Placing Shares") at a price of 2.5 pence per Placing Share (the "Placing Price") (the "Placing").
The net proceeds of the Placing will primarily be used to complete the feasibility study of a graphite anode processing plant and to undertake ongoing work towards the completion of Environmental and Social Impact Assessment studies for the Company's Amitsoq Project in Greenland. The net proceeds will also support further commercial negotiations with potential offtake and financial partners, and general working capital requirements.
Participants in the Placing include GreenRoc Chief Executive Officer Stefan Bernstein, Non-executive Chairman George Frangeskides and Independent Non-executive Director Mark Rachovides, who each subscribed for £5,000 of shares.
GreenRoc's CEO, Stefan Bernstein, commented:
"It is hugely satisfying that we now have the funding in place to complete the full feasibility study of the graphite anode processing plant. It will provide us with a comprehensive business case and clear path to building both the pilot scale and full production plant. With this, and our own stream of high-quality feedstock from our Amitsoq graphite mine in Greenland, GreenRoc aims to become one of only a handful of upcoming vertically integrated graphite anode producers globally and a strategically important graphite anode supplier to the European electric vehicle battery market.
"I am also very pleased that this fundraise will allow us to complete the remaining parts of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessments which, I am convinced, will lead to our application for an exploitation permit at Amitsoq being positively received in 2024.
"I would like to thank our group of supportive investors who continue to show their confidence in what
Looks like the chunky sales have been cancelled and backdated back to Friday. This doesn't feel right, this could be construed as manipulation!!
Or is this a typical MM game?
I've just seen some of chunky sales today especially at the end of the day.
Any reasons anybody?
First thoughts were the chinese trying to be friends with America.
Any comments appreciated.

At about 11:00, SB also says that the Kalaaq desposit seems to be of a similar size to the Amitsoq deposit.
Listened to it a 2nd time.
Potential for upgrades to net present value are obvious:
potential to increase the resource at Amitsoq about 1.5-2 times "if not more". And then there are the satellite deposits;
value of spheronized graphite "up to about 3 times" that of graphite concentrate.
Financing:
talking with potential investment partners, hopes for the EU supporting them via, inter alia, the European Investment Bank, open mind about seeking a parallel listing on another exchange.
Industry agreements:
"We are talking, of course, to everyone including a lot of the car manufacturers".
In about 5/10 years time, believes they may be able to meet about 10% of European EV demand.
Ocelot is hearing what he wants to hear... Powell also said that the FED will not be slowing the pace of 'balance sheet runoff' [aka quantitive tightening]. That, and the sale of more debt (more than $1.5 trillion in debt over the next six months) means interest rates will stay high for longer.
Of more interest will be if GROC can get ECA Financing, as it would reduce the cost of capital and increase the IRR of the project from the low level shown in the PEA.
If the markets come to believe yesterday's Fed decision marked a key point in the interest rate cycle and begin to anticipate an eventual decline of interest rates, then the valuation of all long-term projects should benefit, as a lower discount rate is applied in determining net present values.
