"After consultation with the FCA, the Group anticipates that trading in its shares will be temporarily suspended with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 4 January 2022 until publication of the FY21 results."
How has only one person been fired over this? The board is in complete disarray.
Disgraceful company. The whole bunch needs to go
Such an amazing business but so poorly managed. Sack the whole board. I am so disgusted!
Will buy in here once it goes sub £5
that was you CHRIS5. Another sterling investment of yours i see!
Don't know but I have a few K at nearly £11, story of my life, another one to tuck away and hope they are bought out once the Fraud investigation is complete
I've taken a 5k loss on my recent investment and stuck it across EZJ, IAG, CINE and RR which have all dropped too. Once these all pick up, looking to buy back here when price stabilises, are we at the bottom or further to drop, what's people's thoughts?
Sorry should have said sold out here with a 5k loss.
i can't see anything stopping this drop atm. Unknown fines; fraud investigation. Not a great investment case. Is a shame as a good underlying business here!
Really surprised the whole board has not resigned here,I don't think they will feel comfortable at the next AGM,we dropped over 20% when the initial Fraud investigation was announced. The RNS results remained in line with the Board's expectations so hopeful of a part recovery in the share price
I guess it's at what point is it worth investing back in on risk v reward? A great company let's hope it turns around!!
i made a few quid on this one last year near the Covid lows. More than doubled my cash. Could have held out for a good bit more too, but profit is profit. Watching this one with interest. Probably best to wait till the price flattens out a bit. This will bounce back though!
This one now reminds me of Petrofac. No doubt, there will be a raise at some stage to cover the fine, exactly as for PFC. Until then, it's hard to see why it's not going to drift lower.
Cane, yep i'm heavily invested in Petrofac. I was thinking the same myself. PFC back in 2017. This one could fall a lot lower i think!
@CaneToad
This was my thinking also, drift lower like Petrofac did, albeit share trading suspension is new to me, so I’m going to watch from the sidelines. My trades in it are about even overall, so in truth, I’m feeling fortunate not to be in it at present.
Catching a falling knife!!
Bottom hit!! no chance. Watch this fall much lower. sub £5 by end of today & probably lower still tomorrow. there'll be little support at these levels!
Bought back in average 545, I will see if I were too hasty or not. Good luck All!!
Anything in the 40s looks a great shout for an entry/re-entry. Despite the accounts etc just look at the business as a whole and the potential to rebound after COVID, when the finances have been smoothed over OR if a takeover comes in. Bit risky and greedy to be waiting for under £5 but each to their own!! The dust appears to be settling over the last hour of trading ...
Little support? Look at the trades
You'll get a number of dead cat bounce buyers in here for sure. A 25% daily drop attracts that but there is no real reason to invest after that RNS. this will drift below £5. Just watch. The rises are those hoping for a quick 10% profit but this will continue to drift IMO!
Once the fraud squad are involved they won't let go until they've squeezed the last drop of life out of the business!
I have a funny feeling PaddyBoy will be right, and drops will continue, but I haven't got the bottle to short it. I did buy it a few weeks back on the initial drop, and got some of the 'dead cat bounce', and took that profit. I re-entered this morning, but within 5 minutes realised that I was out of my experience zone, and it was continuing to fall, so the previous profit was cancelled by a crystalised loss this morning, when I got out, and decided sidelines were in fact the best place for me. Like PaddyBoy, I've been in Petrofac, and am still in, and that dropped very severely to levels previously beyond contemplation. Hopefully the trolls on that BB don't follow him across here, as they've spoilt that for those invested and interested in serious discussion/ debate!
Did you mean you'll buy in at 600p or 500p?!!! WHOOPS
