"Happy to have TK back on the condition that he uses all his money to buy GKP shares."
Good luck with that
Happy to have TK back on the condition that he uses all his money to buy GKP shares.
Unless there's a takeover or merger I fear another puppet like JF will be installed. GLALTH.
It was made clear the city wanted Todd Kozel removed and it happened, did it improve GKP did it f**k
I fully understand all the critics of TK, but simply look at the facts this has plummeted so badly it does not need any
further debate,Kozel was the city`s worse nightmare meaning a massive share price whether or not that was warranted
it is hard to say
Lets hope whoever comes in they have knowledge and enough bo110x to make a big difference
We could have a fleet of private aircraft and a ranch of hookers:-)
The old team where the best, Todd, Simon and John,
especially Johns Comments on the size of the field "Its humongous" never seen anything like it before or probably will ever again .
GLA LTH I think we would be producing 55-75, 0000 Barrels a day by now if those guys where still in charge,
I'm another who'd be happy to see Kozel back and rattle a few feathers.
JF was worse than i could have ever imagine.
****eye, that was to fly-in his favourite brasses wherever he was on that given day :-)
*TK, sorry.
Tom, if I recall TZ actually had another private jet on order at time of his removal. lol
Lord Guthrie said TK was exceptionally smart, I don't doubt it. This is no con....well, not from TK...you need to look elsewhere for that.
Sooner or later ...this multi faced ponzi will be revealed ....Glad to see the litigation case from Wirecard investors : Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, announces it has filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of purchasers of the securities of Wirecard AG (OTC: WCAGY, WRCDF) between August 17, 2015 and June 24, 2020, inclusive (the "Class Period"). The lawsuit seeks to recover damages for Wirecard investors under the federal securities laws.
Rosen Law Firm represents investors throughout the globe, concentrating its practice in securities class actions and shareholder derivative litigation. Rosen Law Firm was Ranked No. 1 by ISS Securities Class Action Services for number of securities class action settlements in 2017. The firm has been ranked in the top 3 each year since 2013. Rosen Law Firm has secured hundreds of millions of dollars for investors.
I know, but that didnt stop the smearing which was my point pont1. Todd hardly ever went to KRI , when he did he took a private jet probably to impress the Latvian GF , this is why he was seen as a joke in the end.
Everhopefull... the Excalibur judge had examined and disregarded all that and the divorce claim against TK went pear shaped in the end.
They would have got rid of Todd despite the divorce , he wasn't playing ball with the City. So these type of stories were circulated.
Mrs Kozel's team have also complained that they believe some emails were omitted from the parcel of communications they were sent. They allege: "Despite the fact that the husband was in Florida throughout most of March 2011, no emails from that time period were produced. It defies credibility that the husband went for a month without sending a single email, given that he brags that he runs the company from his BlackBerry."
TK 4 Billion...
Apres
200million.
I know who I want.
tom48, there`s an old saying it takes a thief to catch a thief, I do not not for one minute think Kozel will get reinstated
but for me I think he is absolutely the type of character needed, the city wanted TK out because he was not good for
the city, hence why we got JF he was good for the city and all the others that benefited from a controlled board room
I stated clearly this will never be in favour of the PI`s and I still stand by that
Today 09:05
" Ferrier has been paid more yet the city says nothing"
What utter nonsense you spout!
Distressed, you may well be right, but the city and the TK are cut from the same cloth and the city wanted the Texan running a Bermuda based company out for its own greed agenda.
Its a bit like asking who we trust most out of the Arab states, TK had his own thing going on with these cheating so and so's and it has led to them wanting a like for like Chair and CEO to suit their own greed ambitions.
There is no need to go back to the past, they may well kick and scream if we installed a clean BoD's but they are no longer in a position they were in the early days, it may have been their oil but its our investment and now their debt.
I'd have done the same...:)
tom48,
Agreed, however you had a genuine £4 share price before dilution, and Tom why do you think the city wanted Todd out so desperately, I will tell you why because he was not going to be pushed around so easily
Anyone that attended the court and heard what was going on came away with the conviction the Wempens were a pair of chancers and that TK was not much better, selling his holding without informing the market, private jets, lap dancers, the best hotels and all with our money not to mention the rewards given to himself.
People didn't want Todd - they wanted Asher on the board with the MG4 and Asher wanted John Bell as CEO I understand. SO I suppose I could have been worse lol
surreyscot,
For once i totally agree with you Todd Kozel was or should I say is exactly what GKP need
As well as "bad Luck" with CEOs we have also had "bad luck " with Chairmen. If Japp stays we might as well have another well meaning but ineffective CEO with engineering knowledge. If Japp goes we should appoint the opposite.
