Sorry not been following this today so far, and have just logged on..........when is the PFS now expected , if it has been brought forward?
Sandeep is the man that is driving your investment forward, do you not understand this!
GLA
The PFS is required for the initial stages of the mine this is then issued to the authorities for approval.
Bringing the PFS forward is to bring the approvals forward.
The PFS might still get delayed if something from these latest drill results changes the plan in someway ie new find which changes the mining method. Nothing I’ve seen at the moment to suggest this will happen.
Any delay though is not going to hinder the Decline construction or the vent shafts.
ATB:))
Has nothing to to with Sandeep et al, but all to do with my investment. Why woould they bring the PFS forward. From my logical point of view they want to start the second stage, the full mine ASAP. There may be other reasons fro bringing the PFS forward. You know any other reason Zoros.
Things like this give you the confidence to carry on being invested.,
In response to your post @ 1656 - the PFS has been brought fwd to fit in with NCM's plans to keep Telfer fully operational and avoid mothballing it at unnecessary cost.

Redtrader......I get the impression you are questioning NCM's roadmap @ Hav?
May I ask if you genuinely know more about what is going on @ Hav, than NCM/GGP.....such that their decisions are unwarranted and unjustified?
I think Sandeep, Day and Baxter would lose their credibility and possibly their jobs if what you say is true.
Z
@TmT that my point..
Maybe @Bamps could explain what other reasons there could be for pulling the PFS forwad.
Just convincing myself why my decision to keep invested is the correct decision. I think it is.
Hi TmT
I agree we all know this will be a mine, the PFS is required to show the initial stages and routes to full mining
ATB:))
@Redtrader
If I understand your point, it's that in the normal order of things, there would be no need to be doing some of the things they are doing before the PFS. They are obviously expediting things much more quickly than would normally be needed to develop a mine.
If that's your point, I agree. People can draw their own conclusions as to why that would be. My conclusions are that there is no question that it will be a mine, and there is no doubt that they want to bring it to production ASAP. I suspect from your other comments that those are your conclusions, too, and that is what you meant when you said, "I may be wrong." You might, but if those are your conclusions the facts certainly seem to back them up pretty well.
ATB.
This the guy LittleCrumb, goes by @North West Iron Pty Ltd on Twitter.
We sitting in the doldrums waiting for wind. If Newcrest found anything that meant mining had to stop I am certain we would know about it.
I would suggest, that it has been quite obvious for some time that they want this mine operational ASAP.
GLA.
Redloser is back, definitely a sign things are about to get better, gold will bottom out and shoot to 1950 according the experts, whuch Redleader definitely us not,
Keep spending money drilling and digging the decline because its going to fail, you fail redloser on many levels not newcrest ir ggp
@lenz.. I may have worded it badly. They are already doing the approval and permits for an operating mine. This can easily wait until after PFS. Unless they want the mine started ASAP. I guess you cannot start the mine until you have done the PFS. Makes no sense bringing the PFS forward unless something needs it. I doubt Newcrest could start a mine without a PFS.
Looks like no upward momentum until the PFS. If Goliath is not a hit we will move further down. This has now been 6 months of torture and there is more to come I'm afraid as long as we have sellers at this price and, amazingly, it seems that we do.
I would tend to think they know what they are doing a lot more than you do !
The Joint Venture is progressing the necessary approvals and permits for the development of an operating underground mine (subject to a successful exploration program, feasibility studies, market and operating conditions, board approvals and a positive decision to mine).
None of this is needed. It can wait for full MRE. The completion of the PFS. Doing it up front costs time and money for nothing. It is all at risk yet they keep on doing it. So many things they are doing they do not need to do. Drills we do not yet know the results could show the mine project is a failure. Yet they continue digging and continue the mine approval process. They know so much yet still they continue digging.
I may be wrong.
