As the CEO I'm surprised he's not at least matching Ross's £25k.
Stockpick, if you think this is going to multibag on NICE news in a couple of months, why do you think management decided to do this monstrously dilutive cash raise as such an eye-wateringly steep discount just weeks before the SP rockets? If they'd just held on a bit, they could have raised at, what, 15p a share? Either they are utterly incompetent, or you're talking a crock.
Sick of averaging down with all my shares invested about 200k in this crap of aim but its my own fault for not selling most when in profit lth seem to always suffer best way is to trade
That's great advice Stockpickfree :
An emotional trader is a bad trader. It is not as it Cheek gives a feck or it will make any difference...
Give yourself some time to cool down before you make such a significant financial decision.
I had mentally written off my investment here months ago, but still hoped for the best.
WTF James cheek will subscribe for £10,000 worth!!
What's that about 8 working days wages from 1 month!!!!
Absolutely laughable and they print it in a RNS!!!!
'Having raised over £40,000,000 since Q3 2011......fuk me!!!
Which gdr employee are you
Is that how bad things have got … shows they have no confidence that PI’s would invest unless it’s at a huge discount
Would investors want to know that there will be NICE approval before buying into the intended raise??
Or else they will join the GDR bagholders club!!??
That’s a positive sign.
(A lot less than the £100K that an SCE Director put in, mind you!)
Noteworthy that the CFO, who is in charge of the numbers is putting in the most.
Personally I have not seen anything from over the last few years to make me think that this company offers an opportunity to make money! It’s looking more and more like a life style company .. run by buffoons who have failed to understand the business they are in and what finance it would take to get it to breakend point .. Poss poor management IMHO
That’s fine, and I completely understand, but your principles will cost you money.
The best way to salvage something from this car crash is to average down.. This offers you a once in a GDR shareholding lifetime opportunity to do that.
Having said that I quite understand the shareholder anger and frustration here.
It is just that being emotional and vengeful against the company is cutting off your nose to spite your face. An emotional trader is a bad trader. It is not as it Cheek gives a feck or it will make any difference.
How are you going to feel when the NICE recommendation lands and the stock sky rockets?
Give yourself some time to cool down before you make such a significant financial decision.
Roger65, it is only money at the end of the day. Main thing is to keep your health in good order. I wish I went with my instinct over James Cheek. That presentation when he started talking plummeted the price. I still don’t get how he can promise so much and screw all LTH’s over so easily.😂
Cut from the same cloth.. both have destroyed the share price both kicked the can down the road! Neither had/ have a viable way to fund the business in the snort to mid term .. let’s see how many shares the main directors buy in .. if it’s none or not many then that’s a true indication of how serious they are about getting the business up and running in the right direction. To jog on with such a high burn rate and no income is poor management as far as I’m concerned
Tight gits the lot of em...!!
On a 300k salary thats pathetic.
"All of the Company's Directors intend to participate in the Fundraising either via the Placing, the REX Offer or the Open Offer. The £ sterling amount they each intend to subscribe for is as follows: James Cheek - £10,000, Russ Shaw - £25,500, Gino Miele - £9,000, Ian Gilham £10,000, Tom Lindsay - £10,000 and Chris Yates - £3,000."
Ffs Rog, genuinely feel for you. Let's hope you can recoup it. All the best.
Waynesmith - this is such a stupidly ambitious ask for cash that it's obvious to me they know they won't be successful and so have someone lined up to buy the company for even less than it's currently valued at. The mcap will drop by at least 60% more tomorrow. the fund raise will be unsuccessful and then Cheek will announce the offer to buy the company for, well, earlier today i thought it might be for about £5m, now I think they're offering it to someone for even less than that.
It's either that or they already have someone lined up to buy the vast majority of these shares who will then have a controlling stake and do with it what they will. I don't put anything past Cheek and his cronies. As I say, I think it's all over for pis now.
I'm off to drown my sorrows. Such a good product and I felt really good about investing in this nearly five years ago now, something that would benefit the general public long term and help the NHS. Now Mr Cheek, I'll bend over and take my reward, thank you very much sir! That's me over £100k down the pan
I could quite easily take part in this Rex offer, however out of pure principle of how they've handled this, I won't be. Disgraceful BoD, genuinely fell bad for holders here. Good luck to you all.
Gut not guy. I don’t know why I didn’t sell in the 9’s as it looked certain to crash again.
I don’t think I will buy this stock ever again to be honest. I wish I went with my guy when James Cheek kept crashing the share price and sold at 9p. Sold most of my holdings at 6p and 5.75p.
Are the directors taking part?
This is going under 1.5 you can count on that
Oh no hang on, I got that wrong..they do like us. .the RNS states 'The Company values its retail shareholder base and believes that it is appropriate to provide retail investors in the United Kingdom the opportunity to participate in the current fundraising'
but only after we've shafted them good and proper. This kind of thing just can't be deemed as fair. It's no wonder AIM is disappearing up its own fundament.
Be warned folks, if you feel like investing in the retail 'offer' (I love that term) you might buy a load of shares and then they choose to show once more just how much they 'value' you.
Ah well. This is game over. I sell tomorrow at whatever loss and won't be back at any price. Bad luck all. I am really sorry for anyone who has lost more than they can afford. tbh I'd already lost an absolute shedload but stupidly put some trust in the new CEO. He's cut from the same cloth as all the other AIM sheisters
