Last REPEAT REPEAT answer to Wos.
Wos you Never bring research. You only REPEAT REPEAT old info... and insinuate.
But works for trading. Thanks mate
People who say 'BINARY BET' forget - it is like 28 RED and 2 BLACK and you put your money on RED!
Info is Power - this is what all excellent Research give us & not difficult to put pieces together to make INTELLIGENT Investment decision.
Is this guarantee? - of course not or Share Price will already be in Triple digit.
What it is is Opportunity to make Investment decision on decision HIGHLY stack in favour of success & with key players with much more INTEL than us backing this outcome - (also Energy Minister comments show a lot).
Oppuruinity in pruce dip base on recent placing - how long will that opportunity last?
*On last issue of Mr Professional - as I say (and you are seeing now) his agenda is to ruin intelligent I do sharing and he is a proven liar (often) as MATD board members will tell you - I never say this about anyone before BUT we should maybe REPORT EVERY post so Admin take action & BB is not ruin.
I will do this - each make up own mind. He is only here for his own selfish agenda & prepared to use lying / disruption for this.
Best wishes all real holders / debaters 🦉
Thanks Wos. The silence is clear. Same as last time.
Lets make more money mate
Power China wouldn’t have signed a huge contract on a hope!!
Interesting article Pappi…. Nice to hear that Hasina is getting involved in the discussions!
Prime minister Sheikh Hasina has instructed the authorities concerned to take measures to bring down load-shedding hours in rural areas.
The directives came at the weekly cabinet meeting on Monday, a day after Jatiya Party lawmakers in parliament heavily criticised the government for failing to stop power disruptions, particularly in rural areas that experienced up to 16 hours of load-shedding during the recent countrywide heatwave.
‘We have directives from the prime minister, who is also holding the portfolio of the power, energy, and mineral resources minister, for uninterrupted power supply in rural areas as soon as possible,’ state minister for power, energy, and mineral resources Nasrul Hamid told reporters at his secretariat office after the cabinet meeting held at the Prime Minister’s Office.
‘The issue has been discussed in parliament also. All, including parliament members and the prime minister herself, are generally aware of the situation,’ he added.
He, however, declined to share what was discussed about load-shedding in the cabinet meeting.

Agreed it’s a coin toss now on approval being given…red or black place your bets. However always cover zero as something left field could happen….could power china just buy us out regardless? Let’s hope we find out soon
My only concern about the ' go-a-head' being given
is, it is reliant upon politicians making the decision.
Until then , it's a coin toss, unfortunately.
Go ahead could come anytime, even tomorrow. Nobody knows.
All i know is i’ll be holding when it does us 😄👍
It’s true that it’s a binary bet but it does seem like all the ducks are lining up in a row and it makes sense to exploit the Phulbari resource when you consider surface mines typically recover from 70% to 90% of the mineable resource, and from 2005 to 2023 at Barapukuria only around 14 million tonnes of coal have been extracted from the total mine reserve of around 400 million tonnes, which is only 3.41% of the total.
Unfortunately governments everywhere in the world are not big on common sense… they often like to be different for the sake of it. If there’s someone who can get it across the line I think Michael Tang is as good bet as anyone. 2024 is going to be a make or break year I believe. I’m in. GLA
When the government has decided to hike electricity price four times a year, what is the real picture? According to Prothom Alo reports, on some days there are 3,000 megawatts of power shortage, which is then bleached out through load shedding.
Then there is discrimination in case of doing this load shedding also. The rate of load shedding is higher in rural areas compared to Dhaka city. Some of the factories in Gazipur experience 10 to 12 hours of load shedding a day. It goes without saying that in this condition, the industrial production is dropping severely.

Dissapointing but who knows something may appear when least expected over the summer or Autumn
… But an interesting read, and relevant now. Apologies if it’s been posted previously

That the Phulbari coal mine is part of the mix?

And not forgetting that Billion is in the mix with Binary ......

Positive - no sh*t Sherlock comes to mind haha. That’s what we are all waiting for
Everyone should know that this is basically a binary bet and all hinges on the approval. Otherwise most likely the SP will just drift lower
Big hopes and pr, reality bites, it will take bapex 10 years at full capacity to drill the planned wells.
Petrobangla and BAPEX officials said it is necessary to extract gas immediately. Projects have been taken to drill 46 wells in three years. If BAPEX does it alone, it will take over 10 years
Not economically viable
BAPEX acting managing director Md Shoaib, speaking to Prothom Alo, said the government has a plan to construct a pipeline to take gas out of Bhola. This must have a capacity of supplying 300 million cubic feet of gas to make it commercially viable. Currently, there is a capacity of extracting 180 million cubic feet of gas from nine wells. If five new wells are drilled, the production will increase by 100 million cubic feet.

We’re waiting for Hasina. I’m calling the proposal is with her and has been so for a month.
I’m also interested in the silence from the energy meeting. It’s never been silent before to my knowledge.
What is so controversial that at least for now they are keeping it under wraps?????
We’ll know from the BD news before and formal RNS from GCM. The GoB aren’t bothered about AIM rules.
We do need an official go-ahead announcement from GCM to move this share price. It’s on a knife edge.
