Hi Zan
Stands tall / hides away....
I understand and empathise with the points you are making - but standing tall can come in many guises. So does hiding away.
I understand the frustration on the lack of recent comms - Robbie has also acknowledged:.......I am very aware of the frustrations and anger of shareholders and I agree you all have every right to be frustrated......
What we haven't seen is the evidence of standing tall but doesn't mean that he hasn't - I can only imagine the leadership that has been required to take this company forward over the last 12 months with limited working capital and multiple headwinds - hopefully we will shortly see the evidence of progress which hopefully will include a robust plan going forward which is fully financed. So Robbie is still leading the show and maybe hiding away can be confused to a degree with getting on with business - but there is no denying that this should have included a better comms strategy. We all learn from hindsight. Lessons I am sure (hopeful) will have been learned and with the right financial backing and team support, will not be repeated.
I remain extremely positive even though I have had my sleepless nights at times over the last few months!

Hey Sparky,
Good shout with that email. I had been using the info one too, to no effect. Sounds like its prob never checked.
Daniel- yes that’s where I found it.
I suppose it was just the right time to get a reply.
Not sure who else has been emailing that address but as I mentioned earlier if he is being transparent about the auditors being close due to not doing anything for the last 6 weeks then he’s gonna need to start making noises to get caracal being talked about when they come out of suspension.
Unfortunately due to what happened with OCIM he needs to find the right balance of banging the drum loud and not ramping this to the moon!
Sparky21, there's no need to check as you have verified yourself as being truthful.
Thank you
Check the end of the mines and money presentation April 2023 in the corporate updates section for Robbie's one (the one I use - think he has ghosted me though lol). GLA, Dan
Hi babyeto
I was emailing info@caracalgold.com for weeks, then when I was looking on their website this morning there was another email, sure if you’ll look but you should find it on there robbie@killimapesa.com
Emailed at 10:56 replied at 11:45, so by my maths that makes the reply within an hour.
There’s also a third way to contact them by email and that is by filling out an online form which someone else suggested on here the other day.
Let me know when you have looked on there website and found all 3.
'I went onto caracals website and found an alternative email which I thought I would try and got a response with an hour.'
Brilliant, so if there isn't an alternative email address on the website that would mean the email is BS.
Happy hunting everyone!!!
There will be changes announced to the board and management team also in due course that will rebuild confidence and demonstrate the ability of the company to attract the skills to complete the project.
Please feel free to reach out to me anytime.
Cheers

That’s the last paragraph of the email which I sent over earlier and Robbie’s signature. So pretty sure it was Robbie as that’s who I specifically emailed.
This is a genuine email, I am very aware of a number of people who are in the red here and displaying this email on false pretences is something I would never dream off.
As I have put in previous posts I have emailed several times before today with no reply from them, this morning I went onto caracals website and found an alternative email which I thought I would try and got a response with an hour.
JC, I'm not sure people where asking for a blow by blow account, but what are we talking now, 4 months, 5 months maybe since last company official interview. Just one or two to give a brief update would have likely sufficed mosts wants.
I would imagine the reason of late for not mentioning was because the auditors had to some effect gone awol and not done any work 5 weeks on the file. That as I'm sure you would agree, wouldn't sound good in print/press so I do understand that they have kept away from the press/responding until they felt things were going again.
I'd argue though that a strength is having a leadership which stands tall when things are bad, not hides away.
@Sparky, who was the email from? We are assuming it was Robbie but it might have been the chairman?
How do we know this email is even genuine?
RNS is the official way a company updates the market for all shareholders not just updating an individual (if that's what's happened).
The problem with tweets is people stop reading them or paying any notice if they are too frequent .
Another share I'm in the CEO tweets several times a day, sometimes it has negative impact especially when dates/timelines are alluded to and not met.
Tweets for tweetsake are not good, I would prefer only on news or a worthwhile activity
If you read the email and the journey that the company have been on with the auditors - can you imagine how that would sound in a weekly tweet ..... and this week we educated the auditors on the finer points of mining ..... and this week despite the fact we have an independently produced mine plan, the auditors are asking that the independent plan is independently audited. I can only imagine the frustration that Robbie has been feeling and it's there to read if you read closely between the lines.
So whilst many on here have been saying it can't take that long for an audit surely - well it can and it has. Would it have helped if we got a blow by blow account of the detail? - possibly but I bet most of us would have been screaming WTF at the screen every time we read another delay outside of the direct control of the company.
And relax. Certainly sounds like we are in the final stage now and there is a flood of news waiting in the wings.
It's been a frustrating time but act on facts and news and not emotion I suggest going forward.

Kopf- could be a number of reasons I suppose, maybe he was getting sick of himself telling everyone the audit
Was near completion.
Gonna stick my neck out on the line and expect an RNS of some sort by the next week to ten days. If the auditors are back working on the audit and it’s close Robbie is gonna need to start banging the drum.
Hopefully then relisting by the end of may at the latest and we can see what’s been hiding up Robbie’s sleeve all along!
Thank goodness.
Finally something for the weekend.
Thanks for sending emails all who did.
Enjoy your weekend
I wonder why the company has suddenly stopped tweeting about anything though ?
Big thanks for sharing that email. It read very positively which bodes well.
Like so many small caps it seems comms are there biggest weakness.
What was written in that email all makes sense, if it had been portrayed to holders then a lot of anger might not have existed.
Heres to hoping what is written comes true.
Certaintly been one heck of a journey here for us all thats for sure.
We'll hopefully any restructuring would perhaps mean a better equipped BOD with more Mining experience and more business experience . It's certainly been a rocky start on this journey - hopefully the jigsaw will start to come together soon.
Agree, I know the publishing of the audit and interims is what is keeping us from relisting but feel it's the additional funding in the background that appears to be holding the whole process up.
I am invested and do want it to return but I am immune to RM's ramps.
The new auditing company also be looking at what the previous auditors did and, quite commonly, challenging some of the more material elements. They're also mandated to talk to each other which isn't the simplest of tasks.
I'm not disagreeing that there is a chance this doesn't come back, I'm just saying audit is rarely simple and a change in auditor is always more of a challenge.
There you go - context - brilliant insight and looking very positive!!
Granted but the previous audit was far more complex covering 18 months, which not only gives the new auditing company a good base to start from it also provides all the relevant information for the next audit as there's nothing much materially changed with the operations / financials.
Refer to 9th November 2022 RNS.
The real reason for the delay is because what is contained within the interim results, it's going to show how insolvent the company is and therefore the Company needs to secure further funding to provide the relevant authorities before it's able to relist. IMO
Therefore 40% chance of coming back.
If they've not worked on this sort of operation before then they won't fully know what they're doing - hence tricky to give a timeline...
I'm still giving it 40% chance of returning due to the ambiguity of
'worked round the clock on the audit since November '
This is a small Company with one operation.
Wow, to me that's an amazing email. I just hope it's all true ! Only thing I don't like is this re PKF : 'for the month of March and half of April they then did no work on our file - they recommenced work a week ago and are very near completion. I have asked them daily for a timing and they simply refuse to give one they simply say they are working on it.'. How can they refuse to give any sort of timing ffs ?
Wonder why the Company couldn't have put that in a RNS for the whole market to see.
The prospectus required a shareholder vote (9th October) for the issuance of shares, which was passed and the Company has forward promised almost all of it and has already received the money.
'the company will come back on fully financed for the expansion and we will achieve our full valuation.
There will be changes announced to the board and management team also in due course that will rebuild confidence and demonstrate the ability of the company to attract the skills to complete the project.'
This part suggests another financing deal, not through issuance of shares, and the company has already mortgaged Kilimapesa, so there must be a third way.
