I'm voting for the resolutions. The cash shell will have significant assets and I would expect that to be reflected in the opening SP at relist with the funds from the placing for the first drill. All in my own opinion!
At the moment we have shares in a de-listed company, that was previously a £2.4m cash shell. We're now looking at coming back to the market with 26% of an oil and gas explorer, and we're likely to profit by around 3 times what we put in. And some of you are calling Gerwyn greedy?
Think about it people
If gerwyn starts selling some to get his cash back share price will crash as well
I am quite happy to vote for the waiver.
We need to see the CPR
We need to know what the timeline is as I think we have just over 2 years before the licence expires.
Is a drill funded and planned for exploration or appraisal.
We don't even know what the float on main market is likely to be will it accept .004.
Is there to be a consolidation before we list.
All we seem to be voting for is making sure GW gets what he wants without any information to calculate what we are giving up ourselves.
Anything else we can think of?
Bit late on catching up here but hold quite a decent amount in INFT, am I right in thinking we will re-list at 0.4 p ?
But Gerwyn is taking 20 times the initial price, closed at 0.14 so he is effectively taking 2.8p to hit is £10 mil ?
There is the shaft
3rd your right it's just pure greed and there lies the shaft
Gerwyn gets a value of shares of over £10,000,000 !
That’s over a 20 bag increase on his conversion of £500,000 to shares in INFT.
Do we get a 20 bag increase on our investment from the off ?
I’m voting no.
He can go and fuck himself and I’ll risk losing my investment for it if it turns out that we only get what we put in !
What other share holders are there that have a considerable percentage of this already apart from us PI’s
Someone tell me I’m wrong and I’ll get back down from the soap box.
I think we have to accept the valuation in order to progress
If my shares end up being worth 0.4p I'll gladly vote for those resolutions
It wouldn’t be back to square one would it ?
The resolutions would just need to be adjusted ?
We as shareholders have some power don’t we ?
Seems like Gerwyn is taking most of it for himself and leaving us with a small amount in the process ?
Or have I got it wrong ?
What do we get out of this ? ( can somebody explain this )
Am I right in saying we haven't seen the CPR, surely we need to confirm the £41.3 million valuation or do we just take their word for it.
Yes we need to approve the waiver
Mr Williams has confirmed that, without the benefit of the Waiver, he is not prepared to proceed
with the Proposed Acquisition.
As for him offering just 26% of Transgas, what is the general consensus?
I think you have that right ttaa
Presumably if the resolutions are not approved we're back to square one and likely to lose our investment?
It's what you are voting on, as Maccy said are you willing to give GW £10,740,188.70 of new shares which represents increasing INFT shares by 60.47% from the time of suspension?
The second part is are you willing to give GW a waiver to rule 9 so that he doesn't have to offer us a cash offer to purchase our shares as his holding will be above the threshold?
GW will own if you agree 74% of transgas and 71% of INFT giving GW a total of 92.46% of all transgas shares in effect if my maths is right.
I read it that GW will receive £10,740,188.70 in the form of 2,685,047,174 Ordinary Shares for 26% of Transgas - no cash. But at that point he will own 71% of the enlarged company before the issue of a placing which will not reduce his holding to below 50%. There are no details of this placing (together with admin fees) in the circular.
Not concerned of this placing as the resources are staggering and seem low for 200million conventional and 11billion unconventional oil in place, recovery rates are important, but with the successful wytch farm next door, and UKOG success down the road at Gatwick Horse Hill, in my opinion this is looking very good. The market will value the opening SP on Infinity Energy relist main market.
I am no expert, so could be totally wrong - all in my own opinion. DYOR.
Millie I'm sure buried somewhere in the small print we will be one way or another .
why is Q786 drawing attention to these clauses ? are we being shafted?
What would you like to know millie?
could anyone explain this in simple terms to a thicko like me please ?
The price could be just that in the not too distant future :-)
i've already had my own thoughts on that one.
I'm holding for the bigger gains.
My personal opinion on what will happen upon opening is that the price will indeed drop as all those that have been waiting to get out, will get out with whatever profit they can grab.
i doubt the drop will last long as I think the other side of thinking will snap the stock up.
Its up to you.
I'm holding for what i think will be much bigger gains.
DON'T PANIC !!!
;-)
Think it will go up if the assets are as good and they get some proper figures and timescales out. 1p day one isnt out of the question at all. Remember this was 2.5m mcap on suspension, was priced to fail, now with 100's of millions if not billions in potential assets, easy see this at 25-50m mcap on relist.
Good question ... will it go straight down as people sell for their decent profit or up as others try to get on board early doors .... thoughts anyone? .... personally I most likely wont have a decision to make on the bell as Barclays most likely won't have reactivated my holding on time.
Thank you for sharing.
