Anyone please thank you
Thanks te, I will send an E-mail.
Please ask ttaa, see where you get to and i have both Gerwyn and Eran's number, i will do the same and see where we get to.
i dont think that there is any harm in asking..
We are all part owners of the potential business, I can't understand the reluctance to ask for a bit more information to allow us to decide.
Taken directly from the circular:-
'The purposes of the Proposals are to re-establish a public market for trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares, to commence the acquisition and development by the Company of an oil and gas business which fits within the experience and expertise of your Board and to seek to deliver positive returns for Shareholders on their investment in Ordinary Shares.
The Directors have considered various alternative proposals and courses of action during this period, but have concluded that the following proposals are, in the Board's opinion, in the best interests of Shareholders and most likely to deliver the objectives set out above'
te1970, yes I guess we are. If the value is £41.3 million then there is a good chance you will walk away with profit on relist. That's why the valuation is so important.
Ttaa, but we are in different wave length, aren't we, you are thinking beyond re-listing and i am thing just up to that point...
Here is the RNS from 2017 stating the valuation was being undertaken so they must have it.

We have around 4 weeks before the GM, I would like to think the other directors have viewed the CPR as in the circular John Killer and Gary Neville have both recommended we vote in favour of both resolutions. It should come back fine but I have purchased, operated and sold two businesses myself so I like to see documentation that is independent before making a decision. If it comes back a load of waffle which it shouldn't then we have to ask if we are happy GW having a controlling share that locks us out.
Stop taking it personally, we are all grown-up!!
ttaa
Once we view that we can decide how to vote and if his .004p valuation is accurate.
what if the valuation is not correct, what is the action then??
really Fyoz? this is my opinion I think, IMHO, I have no faith..key words there...
Share Troll
A person who posts persistent negative comments about stocks and shares on boards and twitter.
This type of troll differs from regular trolls in that instead of attacking individuals, they directly target shareholders. They generally work in co-ordinated groups, have multiple identities and may be paid by a group of traders or a cartel. Their main objective is to spread malicious rumours in an attempt to get investors to sell their stock or create market volatility. There are several reasons for the emergence Share Troll activity but the main reason is to "shake out" investors in order to protect short positions. Trading rackets are known to protect their lucrative short positions by employing share trolls.
This company share is under severe pressure at the moment due to market sentiment. Many share trolls are out in force tonight on bulletin boards trying to get shareholders to sell up.
te1970 my suggestion would be to contact the company to make the CPR available to us, one person would be fobbed off it's something we need to do together. Once we view that we can decide how to vote and if his .004p valuation is accurate.

These are copied exactly from some of your recent posts. You are entitled to your opinion but some of the things you're saying as fact are not yet known. I am entitled to rebut your comments and protect my investment by pointing out your errors and inconsistencies. i don't understand your agenda considering you say you have a lot invested in this. Gerwyn has stated he will not proceed unless the resolutions are passed. He has other options to develop HIS licences, I'm assuming this method is the quickest, cheapest, easiest option for him, and it's the only one that gives us a return on our investment. If you don't think the troll comment applies to you then I politely suggest you stop behaving like one
"By the time GW has finished the shares in the company will be 6,300,000,000 divide that by the value of 26% of Transgas £10,740,188 and we get each share worth .0017p"
"I think we will never see any hydrocarbons from him."
" I will be out of here ASAP the guy is a control freak fantasist from what I can see"
"You will NOT get a bag out of this share, you will get your money returned when it works out in the wash IMHO"
"I have no faith in him being able to bring a drill to the PEDL's before the licences lapse. The guy is a complete fantasist "
"I think he will dilute INFT further before he gives away any more transgasI think he will dilute INFT further before he gives away any more transgas"
I presume that everyone has read this, do you believe that GW has with his resources founded a technique to end exploratory drilling where the companies with serious resources haven't? If he has and yes it is possible the technique would be worth more than all the oil in licences and then some!
He also said the company was developing technology, which he said, would “do away with the need for exploratory drilling”. He said:
“We think this [exploratory drilling] is a waste of time. It just upsets people. We are going straight to production. We are going to revolutionise the industry.”
Asked how this would work, Mr Williams replied:
“I cannot tell you.”

Ok ttaa, please give us an alternative, i understand that too, but i am not going to wait and see what he wants to do with the company, i am out straightaway, but if you were to give us a valid alternative, i am all ears!
te1970, read my posting history I am not a trouble maker. I know when this is voted through we have no choice but to sail the merry ship and we are completely at GW's mercy we don't have the votes to stop him doing whatever he wants. I just want everyone to understand he hasn't giving us all the info that he is privy to and that worries me greatly to put so much trust in someone that won't share the basic info.
i hope i am not being rude, but i really feel that you have a different agenda, may be you really have genuine concern, but sadly without us being re-listed, nothing we can do, other than argue like now....
Fyoz, if you are referring to me then I request you stop being rude for no reason. Nearly every reply you have now has a derogatory comment about me or my concerns. I am trying to let people understand what they are voting for and what the outcome could be, not just the rosy side of a quick BOOM! A discussion is not mischief it's what the board is here for and to say my calcs are irrational doesn't make sense when we have been given no indication of an independent valuation of Transgas when it clearly stated via RNS a CPR was undertaken in 2017-2018. Calling me a troll when I hold as much in INFT as you do would make you a serious ramper so rethink how you want to evaluate me.
Can I urge all the rational holders on here to join the twitter group. It seems some on here are either deluded as to their expectations or just making mischief. The twitter group has more detailed info and trolls are excluded. See cavemanic's post a couple of pages back for how to join
We don’t anything out of this apart from the option to sell or stay.
We will see ?
I have a sneaky suspicion that Gerwyn will sell most of his stake in INFT to fund whatever, leaving the same stake in Transgas.
The outcome in any scenario all depends on what we have in the ground and how much we can get out.
I’m not looking forward to seeing the opening price and which way it’s gonna go to start with.
unfortunately we have no choice but to vote for this deal in a few months time we can debate if it was right or wrong.
TTAA. We all have the option to vote the resolutions down, and must be respected. However, most shareholders will probably research the probability of hydrocarbons in these license areas (ie Wytch Farm) and see the massive potential here. So I agree imo that the resolutions will most likely be agreed and this will relist on the main market. As shareholders we must decide ourselves whether we have confidence in GW and the board and whether to remain invested. Remember he decided to take equity in INFT instead of simply selling the areas for cash elsewhere. Best of luck whatever you decide.
Fyoz, how about this...if he can raise cash anywhere near .004p I will admit I am wrong...my guess is much closer to .002p for any raise as I think £41.3 million is way off the mark more like £20 million valuation to my back of fag pac calcs?
That he may sell shares in INFT to progress ?
Why is he taking so much when he already had so much ?
Can it all be greed ? Or is it strategy ?
Err, you think he's going to do it all by himself?
Have you looked at the wealth of experience the other board members possess?
