I have no idea.
TAU has given all its funds back to shareholders and now has changed its name to UK Onshore plc and appointed our Directors as non-execs.
What is the relevance of this?
Anyone any ideas?
What is Gerwyn doing with TAU ? I hope that it is not distracting from his efforts here !
Hi, I called them on Monday morning after a few days in Iceland, and no I didn't get my hand stuck in one of the freezers ... went through the menu options to corporate section and gave them my instructions which they said they will forward to the registrar.
Are you guys aware of another AIM shell Gerwyn and Nigel appointed to 8Apr

I’m with Hargreaves Lansdowne,
You should have received a letter AGES ago informing you about your shares.
They should be automatically put into a fund and share account.
If you search you will see they’ve read still there but with no value.
They do show how much you paid though : )
Evening SK,
Hargreaves Lansdown?
If this is the abbreviation you’re referring to, I called and spoke to a chap there called Rory who has kindly emailed me confirmation of what my intent was.
Regards
John
My shares disappeared from my account ages ago. Is anyone else using HL?
Can you vote without having an actual certificate to hand? Apparently you don't technically hold shares yourself when purchased via a broker.
Just me sounding off as usual.
Perhaps it’s me who is missing something ?
The fact is, none of us know at the moment, and so that is conjuring up all sorts of. Stab in the dark conclusions and I’m no exception.
I too will be happy if shares are indeed worth .4
But I still won’t be selling as I’m in for all or nothing.
Am I missing something. 3rd time lucky please explain. GW can issue his shares to himself at whatever price he chooses. They will only be worth what someone is willing to pay for them. He may have awarded himself shares at .4 but if SP is .2 he would not be able to sell them at .4. They will be worth whatever the market says they will be worth at the point of sale. If I am wrong on this point please explain it to me. I'm not an expert. Unless there is a contract saying the company or A.N. Other has to buy them from him at .4 then it is a notional figure based on what GW believes the company will be worth. (or below where he thinks the company value will be, so as to build in profit for himself). If the SP is .4 or higher I for one will be a very happy teddy.
I'd love to be wrong re low expectations for share price on relisting. In my experience the market won't be kind to the share price unless there is something pretty tangible to show, not just potential 200 mmbl.
Market cap of £10,000,000
That Gerwyns lot.
What about yours ???
Our shares are worth fuck all:
"I reckon some really special news will be required to justify a market cap of £10m."
How about 26% of 200m bbl of conventional oil?
uk oil and gas went to over 200m market cap on a drill near by if inft secure a drill for the summer this will get to a share price north of 1p by drill time.
I reckon some really special news will be required to justify a market cap of £10m.
If you vote online you can change your vote after you have submitted it.
Unless , of course we actually open up.
Of which I doubt.
We have all been taken properly to the cleaners.
At it.
Gerwyn gets £10,000,000 worth of shares in INFT based on the vote of yes.
That has diluted our investment
GW has merely taken up the slack/deficit with shares to himself to make INFT worth the 26% of Transgas
Our shares will open down substantially, they will not be worth your expectTions
