I think we closed at about 0.14p so that will do me for starters
Thats only 40k so not an high valuation really is it
If it opened at 10p with no share holding change I will be estatic ... probaly have a heart attack lol
I am expecting to be back on the market 6 weeks after the vote. We will see, but yes I would also like to know what the hell we are voting on and where is the circular!
About what ?
Not yet.
I presume it will be on the website, I have been looking.
Would make sense
I’m with Halifax. You think I might be getting my money back lol
No problem - if it reaches a few more people with a bit of effort then I will be happy
I don't use twitter but had 1% of INFT before suspension, I will contact IG when we get the vote information.
Hi all,
Need to spread the word as best as possible that the circular will be coming and votes too - lots of brokers will not be pro-actively pushing this announcement as a delisted company (spoke to my broker and to Peterhouse today). That said they will (as already mentioned) be able to record your votes by phone.
Please add me on twitter and I will add you to the overflow group chat - all info shared on 1 to be shared on the other etc. I am @cavemanlc
Thanks
I guess all will be revealed shortly in the circular.
I would guess we are voting to move the business to Guernsey and to supercede the last vote.
JAN 2019
migrate the Company from
Luxembourg to Guernsey before the Stock Exchange listing takes place. Migration means
that instead of being a Luxembourg registered company Infinity Energy SA will be a
Guernsey company and subject to the laws of Guernsey. The intention had been to effect
the move after listing; shareholders’ approval for migration to Guernsey was granted at an
EGM on 1st June 2018. Shares in the company will be unaffected by the move.
doubt it if you have your shares in a nominee account. The nominee account is one big holding, with the broker knowing the exact amount each member holds. I don't see how this CREST system will know exactly how many shares we each have
Reading the announcement it gives the impression you will be able to cast your vote via this ..... "Computershare Investor Services PLC (the Company’s Registrar) has set up an online CREST voting system which will be accessible from both desktops and mobiles."
Mine are with Barclays as well RoT, usually I just call them and give them my voting instructions. We'll have to wait a couple of days for them to get the notification first
Nominee account is where the broker holds the shares for you as oppose to you holding the certificate yourself
My shares are with Barclays.
Sorry to sound dumb, but what is a nominee account?
Twitter feed all over this, main message is we all need to vote because Gerwyn can't, so it's important if your shares are in a nominee account to contact your broker and tell them you want to vote for the resolutions. If we all do our bit we can finally get this moving again
Infinity Energy S.A.("Infinity" or the "Company")Update.
A circular will be dispatched to all shareholders this week relating to an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company which will take place on 25 April 2019 during which two resolutions will require voting upon. Computershare Investor Services PLC (the Company’s Registrar) has set up an online CREST voting system which will be accessible from both desktops and mobiles. The voting system will go live this week. The deadline for Depositary Interest holders’ votes and entitlements is 08:30am (BST) on the 18 April 2019. The deadline for shareholders’ votes and entitlements is 08:30am (BST) on the 23 April 2019. Instruments of proxy must be received by 08:30am (BST) on 23 April 2019. The EGM will be held on 25 April 2019 to ensure that shareholders and Depositary Interest holders have sufficient time to cast their votes. The turn out for voting in the past has been poor with very few shareholders and Depositary Interest holders casting their vote. This is an important EGM and the Company encourages you to use your vote.
I have done a search on Computershare Investor Services PLC for Infinity Energy EGM but nothing came up ... maybe the circular will be on Infinity's website under documents this week sometime.
It would be interesting to see, "This is an important EGM and the Company encourages you to use your vote."
for the company to emphasize on voting, wonder if third party involved.....
I wonder what the two resolutions are.
