Infinity and beyond!
does anyone have any idea how long more we need to wait for this listing
And money then.
I’m glad that’s all sorted.
How could one obtain a financial advantage by putting £500,000 into this company if the company were not going to achieve its stated goal ?
what the Mee brothers make of all this now .. would be good to hear what they have to say on it.
looks dodgy indeed.
Ultimately though...
Still waiting.
How many PEDL does South Western Energy have? How many of these have a 'firm commitment' requiring SWE to commence drilling a well within that PEDL by 20 June 2021? DYOR!
Time is running short, on best case scenario SWE is likely to need to relinquish a number of PEDLs by the deadline. Any reasonable person will conclude that there is no way in a month of blue moon Sundays that a nobody company like SWE/Transgas/UK Methane/ UK Onshore etc etc etc... can meet the 'firm commitment' requirements for most of these PEDLs. Wondering whats causing all the dealys? Probaly due GW trying to put a value on half of nothing!
Hold out for Dorset IMO, cos the Somerset PEDLs are drier than a witches tit..
Who were the shareholders who approved the migration to Guernsey at the summer EGM it seems none of us were notified of this meeting only rumours that it was taking place, the lack of transparency is concerning. I would have thought that knowing shareholders have been kept waiting for so long would have been reason enough to keep them up to date at the very least.
Deliberate delaying tactics under the guise of unforeseen problems ? What is the agenda here ? What will the next delay be and when ? "We are struggling to find 2 more directors ???"
That looks positive to me ... got everything crossed here for a nice outcome.
Don’t they have to first register in Luxembourg before they can re-register in Guernsey ?
This can only be positive am sure they would have started the process before send an update out. hopefully this will be a quick process and we can start trading asap
Which does beg the question of Ginksy, what has fundamentally changed that they are now ready to list?
Assumption being the mother of all f”uckups so they say. : )
I’m merely going by assumption from the time when Gerwyn was in front of the judge simply mentioning about the 17tcf it has in one license area alone.
The judge asked him to repeat it as it was such a large amount I guess:
Again, glass half full. ( in my opinion)
I emailed and they advised the process registering the company in Guernsey should be completed within 7-10 business days
Ah well Looks like another few months delay with this change. Why they didn't do it 12 months age when we voted for it is beyond me.
So point 2 could still hold us up, or is it just the law firm we need to pay and they get the authority.

Positive update imo. Hopefully this should enable us to list sooner rather than later since Luxembourg is out of the picture.
Move from Luxembourg to Guernsey link for anyone as this does not appear as an RNS yet:
https://infinityenergy.eu/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Infinity-Announcement-310119.pdf
It looks like this contingency was first mentioned in the 17/10/2017 RNS announcement, agree its taking too long:
"In order to facilitate the RTO and create a more suitable corporate structure to support the expansion and growth of the enlarged Company, the Directors are also proposing to seek Shareholders’ consent to migrate the domicile of the Company from Luxembourg to the Island of Guernsey by means of a reregistration process. The Company has been advised that this is a relatively straightforward process and has been carried out numerous times before by other companies."
Hope things are finally moving forward with this 'straightforward' process!
Ffs.Told you Luxembourg was a smokescreen. When bidding for standard listing was announced (nearly a year ago)
Guernsey was announced then as the company domicile. What an utter joke and waste of time.As I’ve stated previously bordering on areas we really don’t want to think about as investors.Absolutely sickening.
tock
on the website. Tick tick head on the block.
Down where?.Sorry 3rd But just another enigmatic sentence seemingly plucked out of the air backed up by nothing .Sorry but just pointless unless you care to elaborate with some fact and detail related to ongoing events at this company.
