Brief pause to address imbalances in the order flow.
Indeed not. Too much weight is generally placed by PIs on the trading of IIs.
Blackrock are not always right
This is the share that just keeps on giving, plus great divvies.
No trades and can't buy any?
What a company.
Very encouraging trading update. Should be a good day.
Blackrock reduced their position slightly which combined with the Divi reduction could easily explain the drop.
Indeed, just not sure of why its 15% down after the Divi. Did someone say there was likely to be a trading update this month?
GAW has the potential to explode into a much larger thing once on TV........ think Marvel or Star Wars and all of the spin offs those have.
That, the divi & the love of the lore is why remain 100% invested in GAW and would love to pick up more.
GLA
Received mine via iDealing.
We should. Not in my account yet, but I expect it sometime today.
Could someone please confirm if we get paid divi today?
I calculated intrinsic value at just over £110.00
GAW is too big to be bought out.
Companies might buy into GAW as an investment, but won't want to pay for full control.
Don't sweat the short term movements, just HODL forever until GAW is finally purchased by one of the big boys who see the huge future opportunity.
Well, is this going to keep going to a full 18% drop in little over a month?
There is no reason for this to keep dropping like this. I am sure it will come back at some point, but was hoping to sell some. Seems to be the MM's walking it down knowing that they can just walk it up again making money both ways.
AGM is 20/9 - expect a Trading Update and (fingers crossed) a small divi to be announced.
Thank you kindly for the thoughts. I'll watch this space. Have they advertise the TU date for September. Thank you kindly.
If you need a company like GAW to hold your hand, maybe private investing isn't for you.
But September's Trading Update will include some numbers from the Leviathan box set launch, so could possibly be GAW's best ever quarter.
Really…. Nearly 12% down and falling? Can B anyone please explain. Thank you
Just a thought maybe if you want to protect your gains of a downward spiral 🌀they could kick in yes and risk free savings accounts could come into play dividends versus guaranteed passive income I’ve not sold a bean but last week or so is disappointing think we need a rns to help us out frustrating because all news has been solid here dyor 🍀🍀🍀
Fear of Global Recession
High Interest Rates hitting leveraged companies (not applicable to GAW, but dragged down by the market sentiment anyway)
High Interest Rates making risk free investments more attractive leading people to feel comfortable pivoting away from risky equities.
Above all IMHO of course
If anybody could explain why such extreme drops currently in the market I’ll be most grateful.
