Listing then sell.... but i would personally hold the company as this is a money printing machine.
"Internet Sports Wagering Gross Revenues(2) (after payouts) for the month of January were $46.7 million, compared to $15.5 million in January 2019, reflecting a year-over-year increase of 200.4%, "
I see from

that GAN's gain is dependent on "GAN client gross revenue"
for January, particularly:

Good News for GAN and for William Hill in America.
This could double when its listed on the Nasdaq. Massive liquidity, far more growth in the American environment, sports betting 7-20 billion. I hope no one makes an offer for the company before then. Super
What do you think about the trades so far Rivaldo?
Some big orders passing through after close. Makes for interesting watching
A couple of other takeaways from Liberum's new note.
Firstly, they've increased their forecast for this year (2020) to £10m EBITDA. Against a £147m m/cap, American investors must think this an incredible bargain for a fast-growing business.
Secondly, Liberum conclude that at 200p the sales multiple would be 6 - yet the average for SaaS revenue companies in the USA is almost double that:
"Target Price upgraded to 200p
In valuing GAN we attach a 6x sales multiple to the US SaaS revenue streams which reflects the expected fast growth but is still a major discount to the US SaaS average which trades on around 11x EV/Sales. We attach much lower multiples to the Development and European operations (lower margin) in reaching a valuation. We also blend our DCF value. Our upgrade to US Real-money revenues means our Target Price increases from previous 185p to 200p"
super bowl must have been a hit.
nba all-star game in 2 weeks.
nba play offs in april
I'd wager they're buys. There's too much good news surrounding GAN at the moment .
It finds itself in an very exciting position. Look at company's like Moon Active and Leap gaming for a comparison.
GAN is going to do very well for itself.

Wonder if they are really Sells or Buys....? Big numbers.
Liberum have this morning raised their target price to 200p (from 185p) and say Buy...
They also state that the NASDAQ listing may occur as quickly as the next 6 months....
"LIBERUM: GAN* - Trading update confirms US real-money momentum
Friday's trading statement confirmed over 100% revenue growth in FY19, driven by US real-money (as states regulate online gambling), and EBITDA margins ahead of our forecast. Importantly, the company has also filed for a NASDAQ listing which could see it move to the US from AIM in the next 6 months."
This share will benefit greatly from a US listing.
"You may experience turbulence". "Remain seated at all times".
We have been saying this all the way from the 80p mark. USA here we come......
Keep up the good work GAN.
I've not taken a position here as I kbow little or nothing about GAN but I'm led to believe anyone listig with NASDAQ usually enjoys a 260% increase on listing alone. Good effort if youre in before thats announced.
So growth of say 115% indicates revenue of about £23m, and EBITDA margin of 30-35% indicates EBITDA of about £7.5m. That implies EV/EBITDA of comfortably less than 20. I think that’s a terrific result - better than I was expecting, which was EBITDA of maybe £5-6m. Extra sports revenue of £12m in 2020 (which might be a bit high?) should see an extra £7.5m drop to the bottom line, double the EBITDA and halve the EV/EBITDA ratio. Sounds good to me!
From Davy (Irish brokers) this morning - the full report is client-only:
"DAVY VIEW
The continued ramp-up of real money gaming in the US has helped GAN report a strong 2019. Revenues and profits have progressed strongly, the latter substantially ahead of our forecast. While there is no formal outlook for 2020, GAN appears in good stead as we enter another important year for the US market."
Couldn't agree more. A share which is performing well and still has a long way to go
So two excellent RNS's today....
- trading ahead of expectations
- NASDAQ listing coming soon
- new simulated gaming casino client in Washington State
What more can you want from a share than one that's now highly profitable, growing exponentially with blue sky potential and about to list on a market where shares are valued at multiples of the ratings on European markets?
Beautiful:
"Our recent new client announcements, continued focus on acquiring additional new clients and expectations for further real money Internet gambling legislation to pass in new States in the U.S. set the stage for 2020 to be yet another very exciting year."
Some nice buys popping up.
Gives a bit of a reassurance on the expected TU
where is it
Gonna go...
