Draftkings also IPo'd recently - they're heavily lossmaking until 2022, yet have a $9.3 billion m/cap....whereas GAN's m/cap is only around $408m despite being very profitable already with equally if not better growth potential....
I know which one has the greater upside :o))
Yes I agree. 15 dollars a fair price to take some profits and I have 5 bagged on the ones I bought in March
Yes. Mine are all in place with HL now. Nice to have them back and looking so blue! I'll top slice by selling the smaller amount I have in my Non-ISA account, but keep the core holding that I have in the ISA. I think there is still plenty of room for growth; I can't think of a better place for some my money at the moment.
All the best.
You have the decimal point in the wrong place Andy. If you read back through the chat pages you will find this covered. Mine came through fine....but you may not notice it due to the amount!
Has anyone received their cash from the sale of fan plc shares ? My understanding that we would get 1 share in Gan Ltd, for 4 plc shares, plus cash @ £2.32 each ? My shares have moved over but no sign of the cash ?
Anyone received anything, or know if/when we are likely to receive it ?
Should find they are in HL now. Currently ticket up over $15.....let’s see if it can hold this time. Nasdaq performance is remarkable really, but tec is the show in town everyone wants to be at.
You can now sell if u want to
on HL anyway. 14.90 bid.
Shares aren't showing as transferred with HL (still "Assd Line HSBC") but got the distribution dividend today
One of miNe landed today. I suspect HL will be late as I recall they were early to remove.
My shares aren't showing yet either - I'm with HL.
back up to 14.50 tonight...although hit 15.00 today.
I hold 2 sets of GAN with different brokers....and neither account showing they have landed on UK soil yet! Seems to have a struggle breaking through $15 so needs some more great news to blast past.
Comments from Draftkings' CEO about the pipeline of new states opening up for sports betting:
"More States Will Come Online
However, still more growth will be necessary in order for DraftKings to realize its potential. Robins noted that a sports betting bill became law in Virginia on April 22. And states that are ripe for sports gambling growth — with some ready to flip the switch once a slowing or end of the pandemic allows for a return to normalcy — are Michigan, Tennessee and Illinois.
Overall, about 14 states are actively considering sports betting legislation, Robins noted."
and up 67%, my best holding...
Not sure how they did yesterday
Back up to $14.35 at the close - and then $14.50 in after hours trading.
Back to 13.00 tonight .....another heavy fall on Wall Street tonight.
A bit of a kicking today as the Nas tanks again. Lets see the close
And a brief but very bullish interview with the CEO - looking forward to Michigan in particular:

Gan shares now showing in my account with AJ Bell.
GAN have also been featured here on the Street - should bring in some attention:

"One group that is attracting interest is online gambling. I have two small-cap plays that I'm focusing on. GAN, Ltd. (GAN) which provides internet gambling software to the U.S. land-based casino industry. The other is Esports Entertainment Group (GMBL) a "blank check" company that recently acquired an online sportsbook and casino operator."
And also the U.S. Sports-Betting Market To Hit $5.7bn By 2024 .....which just shows the huge potential here, let alone with casino gaming on top of this:

It would be great to see it continue. Can’t trade it anyway right now as like everyone else, the allocation is somewhere over the Atlantic. The one thing I have in the back of my mind is how the terrible healthcare issues will impact on many of the other states considering their gaming laws. Understandably it won’t be priority for them. That said, I would have thought the institutions were fully aware of this when they agreed to participate in the capital raise. I suppose the next few months will show how they are progressing with existing contracts. I would love to see it continue. Not too many great successes in my PF right now! GLA.
2.4p for every Gan share
Meanwhile Gan closed up at 15.26....an excellent result with Wall Street falling sharply and the Nas well down today
Can anyone clarify how much cash we get for the Gan plc shares ? One piece I read said £2.32 per share but the letter I received from ii said it was £0.232.
Needless to say, that’s a massive difference in price we are going to get !
Never posted before - but I've been lurking for quite a while. I have a fair few of these shares currently in the nether world between AIM and Nasdaq. I think this is turning out to be wonderful share with a very bright future and I'm looking forward to them returning to my share account when they have become fully-fledged American.
Peter - thanks for the price updates.
