"I should think next country might be Belgium"
What's your thinking on this BruceJamieson as Belgium is already selling Eroxon ?
Asw I just checked the stores near me are showing as in stock from Penge to Sevenoaks
I looked at the Boots site for Eroxon this evening, the reviews were really good! I see that the stores near me as Leatherhead, Bromley and Sutton are all sold out! Would this be because the stores didn’t stock much inventory and forecasts were too low for sales that are way more than expected?? Or significant unplanned demand in the London commuter belt? I think it is a good sign, just want to make sure Coopers don’t launch in too many countries too soon and run out of manufacturing capacity for such a product as this where repeat business is key to continued longer term growth.
I should think next country might be Belgium
kdonkey - good point about the patent extension - that would in itself prove to be a very likely large increase in the SP.
With good sales data from Europe, FDA approval and patent extension I reckon someone would pay £1B for FUM or around £3 per share. The longer it’s left and the higher the revenue generated the greater the buyout price.
There is clearly a ramp up program bringing sales and revenue on stream by country. Belgium, UK, each time giving the stock a rise.
Any side bets on the next country to launch?
I'd go with France ???? within the next month. Should be a very willing market to deliver another rise or two.
Yes, totally K1000.
All M&G,s are subject to their due diligence. I am guessing there are some big boys in their labs beavering away looking for ways around the current patient.
Waiting to hear from the company brokers, surly they have a view with all this new information. They have been reiterating their position on no real information in the past.
81lucky, I also think it depends on the patent. The current one expires in 2029 and I don't think any company will pay a premium if it's only 6 years. But if they get the extension, which will expire in 2040 then I think we'll see a bidder paying a decent price. imo
Dactions: M&A scenario is the only way I have seen this go. And as you say, we should do well, however, an agreed buyout could be detrimental as the board could agree to what they would be looking for, which may not be in unison with the lth pi,s. We could end up with a Ronald Wayne moment.
My guess is that those predictor Pharma s will be looking at the US market for indication of the potential, UK and EU being a good indicative precursor. Also, it will depend upon the type of M&A, Horizontal or conglomerate.
Banzai eBay........ I think you will find it's not official so no RNS needed, my guess is somebody has purchased from Boots £24.99 split the box of 4 and selling 1 tube for £14.99.Not sure why anybody would pay £14.99 for 1 tube but there you go!!!!
just to get a sense of the sales, I've been clicking on and off the Boots site -- the last "last sale" time lapse is rarely more than 15 seconds.. .... how many 15 seconds in a day ... a week... a month... a year....? LOTS TO COME !
The SP here is pretty muted considering the SP increases on speculation over the years has been far higher! Now we have a product on the market surely SP should be rising rapidly? Nobody’s interested in the physical world anymore, they are more interested in hype & speculation! Shares are very strange things especially on AIM, I’m finding this out the herd way!
I would have liked to see the sp higher at this stage - at least around the 75p level based on the strong indications after the Belgium launch. Remember it's been a whole 2 years since we had the approx 85p spike following the announcement of the CE marking. It then fell back relatively quickly to around 50p and stabilised there for a while - now we're at last back to those levels. Unfortunately, Barder's always been playing a long game - whether that's by accident or design (I think accident) and he'll believe he's been right all the way along. Remember he has a very large shareholding, never mind his options.
In my opinion, we will definitely see another spike once the FDA approves it as an OTC product but the fact that the sp is where it is now means the sp will only respond in future to actual details of sales - something I don't think we'll get for a good while.
I first purchased FUM over 10 years ago but around 60p - fortunately I bought in again when they did the 7p placing which Lombard Odier supported big time - but I think we still have to be patient as to sp growth if FUM stays independent. The quickest way we'll do really well with FUM is, in my opinion, a buyout - something I'm hoping for.
There is a lot relying on the FDA approval, and I'd certainly think we would see a huge peak in the share price.
Ideally if there was a sales update / RNS at a similar time.
Everything is lined up here, and actually happening now - eg it's got to market. Bring on FDA and then get it to market in USA. Think there's a few more ups and downs along the way, but the sky is the limit at the moment.
Huge … an interesting play … back over £1 anyone think ?
Wow I'd forgotten that name. That guy definitely had some issues with FUM. I bet he'll give Eroxon a whirl though!
Great commentary from Petroc over on ADVFN, it made me laugh anyway. Poor old Liam Booth, he is going to go into meltdown when the share price passes through a pound.
You have to admire the entrepreneurs of this world.
Decent sales numbers already considering the mark up. Ebay... does that need an RNS. :-)
Vascular - why do you keep banging on about condoms with Eroxon in, or bundled together? Are you unaware that FUM previously attempted that with CSD500? Even though they were proven to work, they still failed badly. I think FUM are as likely to go near a condom as you would be when spotting a used one hanging in a bush down Lover's Lane!
Taking the following figures into account. IF we factor in a conservative figured of 10% uptake amongst these sufferers and a profit €5 per pack ( again conservative) in the rollout period .Then potentially going forward, we could see 300 million on the Horizon ( with FDA approval) which could very well be achievable returns
The worldwide prevalence of erectile dysfunction is expected to increase to 322 million men by 2025. (International Journal of Impotence Research, 2000)
ED affects about 30 million men in the United States. (Current Opinion in Nephrology and Hypertension, 2012)
And i think so too surfie! Nice to see a rocket this am, i could be proven wrong about a sell off today, shocks!:)
Well I see you can buy it on Ebay 1 single dose @ £14.99
Just thinking about my gas bill. When you say warming. Could we get the same result if we were to smear this over our radiators at home ?
