It has been a long wait but it looks like things are coming together. Seems to be a lot of news in the pipeline. Sadly not reflected in share price yet.
The MASSIVE Phosphate Fertilizer project going on in Togo? Manganese is used in the production of fertilizer....................... just saying :)
No worries, the more exposure the better, you never know, one day we might actually cause the SP to re-rate lol
Hi Oil. Just been reading. Thought would paste it. Hope ok. The Australian mining company Ferrex hopes to get the Togolese authorities a mining agreement for the exploitation of manganese on the site of Nayega (northern Togo). Nayega has the double advantage of having a high potential and offer relatively low extraction costs. According geological studies of 92 930 hectares, manganese values are up to 39% greater than the original estimates. The company is the 250,000 tonnes exported every year. The manganese is used for the preparation of alloys such as steel, aluminum, batteries or fertilizers. To finance this project, Ferrex intends to use the Australian Mining Chaffers he just bought and which has significant gold deposits. The company said in a statement it expects the mining permit issued by the Togolese State.
Good spot OM, he is in togo for the rest of the week I think before he comes back to UK for next weeks meetings. Perhaps an RNS early next week ?
http://translate.google.co.uk/translate?hl=en&sl=fr&u=http://www.republicoftogo.com/&prev=search Would this be detailed if permit wasn't going to be forthcoming. DR still saying this is expected 2015. GLA
Getting live buy price of 0.44
Thanks lano, didn't think of that.
I would think its relating to changes from ferrex shares into Keras Plc shares as part of the change over.
2nd rns today mentions " approve various share administration matters". Anyone know what that means? Could it be for a consolidation of shares as we are under the nominal value for a placing?
Think I'm going down with something lol 'Kerrets' gets my vote - gets confusing otherwise and my little brain can't cope with too much change all in one go!
Oil. Best give google the heads up on the name change. They not the fastest at changing. Lol
New name new start.
2m gone through only trades of the day. Mmmmm
Golden kerrets hopefully ;-)
Golden kerrets hopefully ;-)
How about Kerrets Jim....Ferrets with a lisp ;-)
GB, good find. Hopefully they get the backsides into gear and start letting us develop our sector of the mining industry in Togo!
http://www.africanreview.com/construction-a-mining/quarrying/togo-gets-us-15mn-credit-from-world-bank-for-mining-sector This might go some way to explaining the delay in getting approval of the mining license.
What are we to be then ...Kerats??? I'm starting the ball rolling ;-)
I'm glad DR has got some Aussie based assistance now, that should really help us move things along on multiple fronts. If DR is in Togo today and then back here on Saturday for the Conference then he can't be in all places at once. Good to see he has come out fighting and I'm really optimistic for a great outcome at last.
Not sure yet .. happy that it is only 300k but even happier with No upfront Expenditure .. Maybe got 90 day payment option that would be paid for on 1st Tranche of Income.. We are firmly on our way Can't wait for update from today's meet in Togo as well as other news items .. GLA
Hi Watson, you seem to be closest to the flame, is the change correct or they view £300k as small beer?
Google HAVE FINALLY got FRX listed as Ferrex instead of FISHING REPUBLIC, just as we announce name change - somewhat Ironic lol Will Google keep calling us Ferrex for another 6 months now?
Yep - I spotted that - wonder what has changed? DR wasn't kidding about the increase in news flow Go DR go!!!
