That's what I was thinking . Just wondering why they have reduced the nominal value to 0.1.
............ expects award of the mining permit in 2015.
If the nominal value of the shares is 0.5p, FRX could still do a placing at 0.5p or above, irrespective of the prevailing SP. Obviously this would require an investor to take shares at 'above current trading' but if they were tempted by potential that is not impossible and indeed has been done by other AIM firms on occasion - IOG being a recent example.
So am I right in thinking that previously the shares had a nominal value of .5 and as current sp is lower than that FRX couldn't do a placing? Now that the shares have a nominal value of .1 a placing is now possible?

Hi Smidsy, santa here. Really sorry but haven't got time to get down to Togo before The new year. All you need to do is click on this link at regular intervals when you're feeling a bit down and it'll soon get you laughing again. Enjoy....... http://www.lse.co.uk/member-info.asp?nick=itellyastraight
Dear Father Christmas, I am writing to you to ask for a special present this year. I have been a good boy all year, honest, you can ask my mum. She says that you may be able to perform your magic and bring me some good news. I know how busy you and your little elves are on Christmas Eve but I wandered if you could find the time and Rudolph and the rest of the team are up to it you may be able to fly down to Togo in Africa. It's not that far really. I want you to visit the Mining Minister and ask him for our mining permit. It's no big deal and I'm sure he will listen to you. Regards, Smidsy. PS I will leave an extra large glass of sherry and a big plate of mince pies for you as a reward and not forgetting some hay for Rudolph and the team.
Lano - I've been in here since Feb 2012! Got a big holding now and averaged down a lot also (0.8 now) and despite the setbacks I'm still confident in the BOD giving a healthy return.
