ODR - The dilution might be negligible. If a deal was close for Block 12 and the figure for the deal was used as the valuation. Then if the prospective deal was for $15.7bn (figure used is to ease the maths), then each share would be worth $1 in the new company (15.7bn shares for the existing SH's + 35m shares for SH/O. If SH/O was given shares for the $35m loan notes, then he would get 35m shares (I know it would be less if the 35m is added to the 15.7bn, but it would still be 35m shares when rounded to the nearest million). This way SH/O wouldn't gain from the prospective deal, only getting what was owed. Frontera could also delay the certificates until the Californian case was over to ensure payment of some of the damages, should Frontera win (assuming the case continues).
TSX. which means if you get a certificate it will cost a fortune to pay CAD premiuim.
ANd then theres fees to pay every month with II if you use them.
If they relist I reckon it will be on a US market
if you are clever enough, you could even then write of the original investment on your yearly submissions.......

Ok tiny dilution to us as we will get the % of the revalued company then OMF get their shares
more than likely SN/ ZM have passed over shares here or the old companies have liquidated and the debt with it.
Otherwise its all for good reason and new terms implied going forward with new off shoots.
Hail Bill White!
Back to twiddling thumbs.
Aurora: if Outrider are getting shares, as has been hinted at, then we can't have the same percentage, unless you're suggesting that only Zaza and Steve's holdings will be diluted ... which won't be the case I am sure!
I Think we will be given the same % that we had in the old company in shares in the new company. OMF will get shares to the value of the 35-40m after the new valuation. OMF will get a 7-8 bagger not a 100 bagger that they wanted.
If you have any respect left can you please give us crumb of hope that we will be part of any restructure , my god we deserve it. Big thx again to all the sleuths on here.
Brokers and shareholders will be advised when it suits them, at the very least I would expect a share consolidation or perhaps new shares in another company , who the hell knows, anything is possible here still. GLA
