But my take on things is yes ALL's licenses/assets are indeed 100% owned by ALL (as are the GHANA assets)...but they are included in the PLL deal with the Ghana Assets...PLL get first refusal?
It would be great to get Ewoyaa bought out and let ALL get on with it's Côte d'Ivoire
focus and rinse and repeat....but perhaps the "cream" is already with RICCA and FRG!
Anyway with so much continueing exploration potential for ALL at Ewoyaa but Ewoyaa being only a small part of the Markessim license and Markessim is only one of TEN Cape Coast Licences with Ndasiman, Amoanda, Hweda(promising) targets identified within Saltpond and Apam West licences, all being of the High Quality Spodumene we are used to.....I think ALL's Côte d'Ivoire focus is firmly on the back burner for now.
So all down to RICCA and FRG for now I think!
With drill assay results out any minute now....and secured finance for next 12/18 moths, I wouldn't like to open shorts here, not at £13 million MC.
We've just been promised more than £15 million to bring Atex to DFS but just reaching a maiden resource statement, would command many multiples of today MC.
Remember....18 thick lithium mineralization out of 19 drills?????
Up.....
The City boys are all over this on spreadbets....which way? I'd say they've been tipped on the assays...but which way...lol....you decide!
TR1!!
yes asx bullish today on lithium stocks
eg
Prices for the battery-critical mineral are trading at or near all-time highs amid booming global EV growth.
Is astonishing how till now, FRG has been hovering under the radar of main stream investors...judging by the number of posts on this board.
Yet share traded volumes are increasing which together with sp rising is the best one can get.
Massive news flow coming out any moment now, with assay hopefully confirming thickness and grade of drills...
Sorry I forgot we just got $19 millions cash injection to reach DFS.
Rerating in the making here...
Year from IPO is 12th November ....i think assay reults will come this week. Few clues in podcast to!!
Sure...probably assay results will come in 2 phases not all together and in between, is likely there will be more news on receiving the $1million from Ricca and more, like new drilling plans etc..
This $19 millions financing potentially have changed completely timing and priorities for FRG.
I wonder if they are now going to abandon or postpone plans on Coltan production.....(that's my hope)
I mean, surely now share value lay in reaching a maiden resource and PFS/DFS, the money are there they just need to go for it...drills, drills and drills....
I was looking at the village of Touvre on Googlemap, where Atex Spodumene Hill Target is located.
If you look at the photos for Touvre on google map, you will see a guy with core samples of what look lithium mineralization ...lolol It has to be because the photo is dated August 2022.
The sooner the better -keep the momentum going.
Consideration
-- Ricca to pay an up-front payment of US$1m to Firering within 14 days of entry into the Agreement.
THat shouldn't be far away either.
The first batch of prepared half-core samples arrived at Intertek Laboratories in Perth on 21 September 2022 for assaying.
===================================================
So 1.5 months ago......results are imminent..
Was reading thickness of some drills continuous mineralization, wow some up to 80 metres like drill 004 and 006.
Have to say looking at timing of commence drilling and assay result from Atlantic Lithium it passed 3 month circa...
For Firering commence drilling was on 28th June, more of less 3 months was middle of September when as rightly bankrupty pointed out there was a sp spike up .
Then till now a delay of more than a moth, maybe to organise Ricca earn in agreement.
Assay results should be due starting Monday coming, but I am happy to wait, I don't know why but have the feeling they should be great...
Bigwil7
sometime this quarter for assay results as from company statement
but before that if I am reading correct we should/could get rns on receiving $1miion from Ricca ?!
Possibly I would imagine also news of accelerating 2nd drilling complain down the line...
This week’s clear winner in terms of the new enthusiasm for critical metals was Firering (FRG), with its shares up three quarters. The rise was off the back of an $18.6m investment to fund the advancement of the Atex Project and https://www.share-talk.com/traders-cafe-with-zak-mir-a-week-in-small-caps-saturday-5th-november-2022/
Thanks for your comments LuckyLuciano.
"We are delighted to be partnering with Firering, which is now awaiting assay results following the recently completed 3,000m drilling programme that has identified visible spodumene. "
When do you reckon these results will be available??
Solid Assay results push this to plus 20p!
I see Brendan Borg as answered the question we all wanted to ask on twitter!!
From somebody who knows his onions!

I found that there is not much comments here as well, I suppose it take time for a company recently quoted on AIM and with such small market cap to enter the investors radar...
IMO this is a good thing, very good and imo is reflected in the sp action.
Volumes are increasing and sp is rising fast with hardly any retrace, anyone invested can not ask anything better than this.
I doubt the mm is short of shares here, there must be quite a lots of shares actually in mm domain, considering that FRG sp since quotation on AIM has/was coming down.....
I love for FRG to remain under the radar of investors, but have the feeling at this rate of daily sp increase, it will attract the inevitable investors that make investment decisions, only by looking at which share has gone up the most at the end of the previous day......
Anyway what a nice place to be invested here.....coming drilling assay has become ever more a catalyst new now and for the conspiracy theorist (bankarupty are you listening?) they are sure to confirm high grades and viability of the project.
Extract from latest financials:
•Detailed geological mapping, auger drilling and soil sampling provide evidence of a
much larger pegmatite field than originally thought.
But also....
•Potential new pegmatite field identified in the NNW of the Atex licence area.
Got involved here a few days ago and added yesterday.
Really good to then read the positive and knowledgeable messages here and yet there's not much on advfn, funny how that is sometimes.
Found it difficult to buy on-line which can be a good sign, seemed to me that some of the mm's are short of stock imv which played out yesterday morning.
On a purely selfish note, I would have preferred to have added at lower level as only just come across the opportunity here. Have got my first tranche, looks like I will have to stump up for others. Hey ho.
Have a good weekend.
LuckyLuciano.......IMO the main KEY is · Potential new pegmatite field identified in the NNW of the Atex licence area.
just a theory...lol....nice weekend!
Are you watching this?
Market pricing in $19million investment from Ricca with still drilling assay news to come shortly.
Little sp retrace to the close even if is Friday and high volumes.
More to come next week, still awaiting my 20p plus prediction...lol
LOL
We will be ok indeed...bankrupty, mind you, you should start to thing of changing you nick name..lol
It seems the market tis weaking up to the potential of FRG.
I mean to find $19 million on the floor, especially for a company that needed so badly cash to prove the huge potential of its deposit. You are right in this corner of Africa is not a matter of if...(the lithium is there and plenty)Ricca move before assay result is clear.
West Africa is producing beast high grade lithium results that possibly beats Australian hard rock miners, is not a coincidence if Ganfeng lithium the Chinese giant, has moved in this area so early...
As mentioned before if Ricca valued $19 millions 50% of Firering before start the mine, and if we add £4million of cash in FRG bank, imo FRG should be at least 24p, without taking in consideration that now its operation are hugely derisked, no share dilutions, all the news flow coming and DFS in sight.
glad I bought more recently...
Should have done the same today, but money committed on FRG start to become a bit too much..
DYOR
ctd.
they have the knowledge...that's why they can use their experience to connect and carve up the roast...sorry I mean transfer the valuable knowledge and experience to enhance shareholder value...that's better! lol.
tongue in cheek of course....lol.
We'll be ok here!!
My point 2. at 1247pm yesterday....."2. Remember we have very visual Spod in virtually all of our samples....presently at the lab......awaiting assay results very soon....and RICCA makes it's move today......to share in the action."
and podcast interview released today “…The amazing thing is this deal has been done even before we announce the assay results. The credibility of the project has increased significantly…”
....no I didn't write it...lol...it was obvious...!
and yes Lucky....they/it is all interconnected....it's what they do...these directors....they know what is there...it could all be one "BIG" company....but then they'd be on one salary and options.....best split it up...resplit it up...have 5 directorships...5 salaries...5 options....5 pensions.....and five loads of PIs to fund it/us??? lol.
We as PIs will get the spoils....but do ok with it....if we keep focused and open minded...and watchful!
I guess the back room BOD meeting goes something like this.....no you say it ....no I can't because I'm to close by being on the other board...well who can...we'll get Stu in! The PIs will never connect.the dots....lol!
