Nice to have held onto the bulk of those gains today despite the number of sells that came in...mm's still filling?
Ok, now we see a good volume. @16:15h 617,000 shares traded!
Something is happening. Either these are automated trading system that are trigering out purchases as per technical signals or an interested party is buying today! for an upcoming event.
No probs.
They should really have already been filed, not sure what the actual rules are. I do know my list is definitely out of date but without those TR1's there is not a lot I can do about it.
Thank you dan! You are always posting relevant information, that is very helpful.
Do you know when the TR1 are to be filed? What are the conditions or requirement as per LSE?
Hi Everyone, I have just realised that in the official investor site of FOOT there is an special section dedicated to Stratford Store (which apparently I was going to visit yesterday taking the opportunity that I was in London but... very cold day and I had my flight back at evening so I couldn't)
I do not recall the existence of this menu previously, is this new?

This is the most up to date list I have, but it does need updating when the latest TR1's are filed -
Number of shares in issue – 104,474,390
Free float = ?
Shares not in public hands
Family – 65,829,313 63.01%
Pentland / JD Sport 22,299,964 21.34%
Holder breakdowns -
The John Wardle 2016 Settlement 36,148,866 34.60%
Pentland Group plc / JD Sport 22,299,964 21.34%
Thomas Makin 7,800,000 7.47%
Amy Mason 7,800,000 7.47%
Clare Nesbitt 7,800,000 7.47%
David Makin 6,270,000 6.00%
These need TR1's so the list can be updated -
Hargreave Hale Ltd. 7,926,830 7.59%
Henderson Global Investors Ltd. 3,658,537 3.50%
Merian Global Investors (UK) Ltd 3,123,784 2.99%
Cavendish Asset Management Ltd. 2,512,202 2.40%
You are absolutely right dan.
By the way, to see the current shareholding structure, is the info. that appears in the official FOOT side valid?

I am missing those holdings which are below 6% - is there any way to look on all institutionals with holdings lower than 5%?
Not likely to be many huge buys as the free float shrinks to next to nothing.
Strange. The volume is normal (as during last days & weeks) so there has not been a huge buy, instead the price has gone up to 52p...
come on foot
Hold on to those golden footasylum shares guys and gals, RNS due? Or just a very small free float? 75p? nah … they paid that last time, ill wait for £1
Well JD did pay 75p a couple of weeks ago, so it seems a fair target to me.
Float must be very low and many will be holding for at least 75p.
Low float I think although kicking myself for not buying back in at 40p
Something leaked?
Or is our low float kicking in?
Back to 50p, there's a surprise...
Someone just paid well over!
Buy just landed at full ask!
The hare's finally moving - they'll take my whole pile for 46p but i'll wait thank you very much for asking
Someone has woken up!
SP seems very stable today compared the last couple of weeks...
Important to remember JD paid 70 & 75p for millions of shares less than three weeks ago .. Rise imminent
Most of todays trades have been buys that look like sells, and Peel have gone 2p above everyone else on the bid, could be we are about to start moving back towards 50p.
Purely to keep MA out, At that share price be crazy not too. Unlikely MA will get involved if they take much more, he is never going to over pay for something. Anyone working in this industry ( not penny share dealers) know that MA had his eye on FOOT but it seems JD have been very smart here. It kills MA from getting into the same shoe/trainer range and no one is abut to set up another FOOT or JD in this market. ( plus suppliers wouldnt support it and you just would not get the accounts) So effectivily JD just killed off the MA threat.
Personally very annoyed because I KNEW he had his eye on it :(
(Also remenber who the original JD guys were and who started FOOT)
doubt they would get rid of foot. Pentland tend to buy and hold.
