All said a month ago in half year RNS and still nothing happens at MVR
‘we will soon begin to ship our MelodyVR viewers,’
End of summer has already happened, where are they?
‘we will continue to make real-time live events available on the platform’
3 live events to date, if this is so in demand where is the schedule for more?
‘John Gore organsiation, development of content has already commenced, with the recording of Broadway productions underway’
Where is the content, why is this not available yet?
‘America summer concert series has validated the appetite for our content and will underpin the scaling of our install base in the near term’
So the demand is there yet MVR still aren’t adding regular content to their offering.
Website still has no links to YouTube or Quest
Why!
Chill out Themis it’s coming over the hill
Stop panicking it can only get better
Themis, building a global business whilst partnering with the biggest partners on the planet takes a bit longer than flipping a burger or building a shed. It will be massive. If you don’t believe in the management it’s soooo simple. Sell up and invest in a team you do believe in. You will feel better than constantly whining.
Surely if you know “ Puddin “ can’t you give us a clew or event riddle to keep us occupied this weekend ? ; ) xx
I can’t say I’m afraid . Other than we haven’t even been in first gear.
Where do you think the SP will go?
Sp will be 72.5 p this time next or there about
Decimal point missing
Decimal point missing ?
Oh did you mean 725p
£1,11500.00 .... LOL
Wear my hat!!
Lol - This will be taken over before it reaches 72.5
Interesting that you think the board will sell before £0.72, the VR business has several years to mature, MVR has already accredited partners and board members with outstanding CV’s, the cash reserves are aligned with expenditure related to a product launch (VR Viewer), this product is probably in an alpha product if not beta launch, having Oculus alongside with technical support. The board still retains over 25% of shares enabling control over matters. They have stated they want this company to exceed a Billion, in two years time this could easily exceed £2! What do others think on this board?
Mel do you work for melody?
I agree with Mel. He talks sense.
This has not launched properly yet.
Wait and see.
And the big question is how much longer do the faithful LTH’s have to wait? Melody catchphrase “coming soon”
The reality is I read all of the comments on this board and I have done so for about 2.5 years whilst holding patiently and adding where I can but what I struggle with is why just one show this year, wireless? This makes no sense when we know the tech works. I get the fact that VR is slow to react but what else is holding them back? This has to be the most frustrating share I have ever held, is it the mgmt, is it the strategy, is it something else? Who knows, but at some point they have to do something soon otherwise they have to come back to the market for more money and that’s not too far away. Probably not a good idea to spend the afternoon in the pub, had a few shandy’s ?? and then i come on here......maybe a bit of frustration showing. I would like to get the 16th October and get the warrants out of the way and let’s see what happens after that. Come on Melody, for crying out loud, it’s time to deliver....!!!!!
I think one thing we all agree on is that the potential of this company is immense but what do they currently have to offer? Supposedly major deals with major companies but what are these "Deals"? will they ever come to fruition? This company has promised live shows but so far virtually nothing. If they dont produce the live sold out shows soon where is the revenue going to come from, Sell these shows along with advertising and generate some income and trust. Meanwhile just a lot of hot air, maybe their hardware and/or software isn't up to it yet. So little being offered including poor promotional work. Meanwhile SP reflects the general consensus this is a share in trouble.
and one more thing they are changing to a subscription based model but why would anyone pay to subscribe to their minimal offerings? surely a subscription base would require a major catalogue?
It is frustrating, but for good reasons, VR has gained ground over the last 2.5 years and so have MelodyVR, however the market has still to be convinced, as reported several competitors have already retreated and laid off staff, Oculus launched the GO with limited uptake the Quest was launched and received with more enthusiasm, but the real uptake in numbers was the ‘free viewer’, so the immediate future for ‘non gaming’ is somewhere in between!! MelodyVR have to launch a VR Viewer with its partners, the quality of the optics has to be excellent with an easy to use interface. Match this with a diverse lineup of music artists which will encourage a new clientele to sign up to a subscription.
To extend and reinforce the VR offerings, they joined up John Gore productions to offer the same or a New clientele a unique experience of theatre in their own home.
So to reflect, New VR Viewer, New Music content, New Theatre Productions, Integrated Subscription & Payment System, Signed Contracts, Agreed Timetable of Artists for Live Shows with all the Technology tested and integrated with several worldwide distribution networks. The board has attracted investors, fantastic staff, raised funds and maintained cash flow, demonstrated several ‘one off’ events and still maintained confidence with industry partners, all in the last 30 months!! Yes, it’s frustrating, but it’s calculated and building to be a great success.........for all LTH!!! GLA
June RNS ‘EVR Holdings plc (AIM:EVRH), the leading creator of virtual reality entertainment content and operator of the MelodyVR platform, is pleased to announce that it has launched a closed beta of the MelodyVR platform for iOS and Android devices ("the mobile app") as well as a compatible VR device ("the MelodyVR Viewer"), both of which will be made available to consumers this Summer.’
The viewer is just a holder for the phone, it’s not a device and is nothing special. So why is it taking MVR so long to launch it. It has to be because they still haven’t got themselves sorted regarding the subscription model which they’ve been telling us about for months and months.
Themis. To market the viewer and a subscription model it will take someone like Vodafone, O2, Verizon etc
You are obviously clueless about the time it takes to negotiate these contracts along with the back to back contract with the labels. Add the that the marketing plans of these big companies and it’s a tad complicated.
Patience !!!
Horsey. put the burger flipper down an engage brain before typing!! Ever thought the back catalog might be released with the subscription model? Doh!!
Horsey
I reckon this will be the best week yet to be a holder.
You?
Obvious increase in activity on this board . Fill your boots son.
