for people that panic sold done that so many times in the past when was getting used to stock market- its human nature to react to situations to panic sell on drops and buy to get in on spike not to miss the boat and the MM's know that and use that to their advantage for their own greed. It's PI's that work hard for a living that want to improve their lives that lose out!
Thanks M.A.T .
Rightly or wrongly, that is my assumption (and hope) also.

@Leslie. So are you clarifying that it is 5% increments then?.
Forgive me if I mis-interpreted your post (as the nuances in interpreting someone stating facts and being sarcadtic can often be lost in plain typed words).

didn't take much as I have been saying. they are short of shares this will go vertical by lunch time on a few more buys. I was getting quoted 0.5 on any sizeable buys
Can sell everything for 0.45p. This could end up going blue. Crazy that sellers were being mugged first thing for 0.38p
5% (ffs)
B1ll - 'a non-UK incorporated issuer' - if that is the case then 55 notifications apply. So can anyone answer that question please?
Drilling Summary
Less than 4 weeks to go - Both objectives of the latest drilling campaign were achieved via holes TOD-022 and TOD-023, where new significant intersections were identified, and the Company believes that the results of this limited but effective campaign will enable the independent JORC (2012) Inferred resources to be upgraded to the Indicated resource category.
Under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTRs), shareholders and holders of financial instruments falling within DTR 5.3.1R(1) must sometimes make notifications.
The DTRs include rules designed to ensure appropriate levels of transparency around the ownership of companies whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market such as the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The rules also apply to UK-incorporated companies trading on an exchange-regulated markets, such as the Alternative Investment Market.
They require shareholders and holders of financial instruments falling within DTR 5.3.1R(1) to disclose to the issuer and to us when their holding reaches or falls below a given threshold.
Several exemptions and revised thresholds apply to certain market participants, for instance custodians and market-makers..
The relevant rules are in Chapter 5 of the Disclosure & Transparency Rules (DTRs).
If you are unsure about how a rule applies to a given set of circumstances, seek professional advice.
In accordance with the Transparency Rules Directive “DTR”, a person must notify the issuer of the percentage of its voting rights he holds as shareholder or holds or is deemed to hold through his direct or indirect holding of financial instruments falling within
DTR 5.3.1R (1) (or a combination of such holdings) if the percentage of those voting rights:
reaches, exceeds or falls below 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10% and each 1% threshold thereafter up to 100% (or in the case of a non-UK incorporated issuer on the basis of thresholds at 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75%) as a result of an acquisition or disposal of shares or financial instruments falling within;
DTR 5.3.1 R; or (2) reaches, exceeds or falls below an applicable threshold in (1) as a result of events changing the breakdown of voting rights and on the basis of information disclosed by the issuer in accordance with DTR 5.6.1 R and DTR 5.6.1A R; and in the case of an issuer which is not incorporated in an EEA State a notification under (2) must be made on the basis of equivalent events and disclosed information.
So my interpretation of this is that D.B only need to fill in a Tr1 as 5% increment thresholds are passed. IMO.
Please can anybody clarify the terms?.
I posted this yesterday, but to no response.
Thanks.

Hi Guys...please as I cannot make it...can someone who is going ask LR the following questions ?
1. The agreement between Lundin and Goldquest. Is it still valid and in force ? If the answer is yes….will they exercise their “buy back in” clause and will JV be formed to take this to a mine ?
2. Deutsche Balaton's role as a partner. What are their intentions and are they actively involved with EUZ in terms of the decision making process at EUZ and future strategy going forward ? Why was the TR1 not released on the 9th Sept if they were notified on the 9th Sept ?
The mms we’re going to blatantly rob people this morning but didn’t last long onwards and upwards good luck all other stick with it
Sell 3000000 shares at 0.0435p
All the cheap shares are getting mopped will go blue soon imo, quick turnaround from this morning's drop
44 to sell getting stronger
Oh ok...The agreement with Lundin is not an off take agreement...Its a 1.5% royalty on the Net Smelter Return (NSR) from the Toral Project.... But I think it was mat that said he would check to see if it is still valid with LR.....
Last line of LR's statement
@Gizzard....an off take agreement already exists with Lundin as far as I am aware.....did we get any confirmation from LR that the Goldquest and Lundin agreement is still in place ???
A few got mugged here this morning, I added heavily at 0.4. watch go blue soon

We need his interpretation of this stunning news.
no message from oiltap this morning is he still in bed zzzzz
All coming together very nicely indeed.
"The results of our exploration activities will be communicated to all stakeholders within our local area in addition to the wider resource community and offtake groups."
An offtake agreement is an arrangement between a producer and a buyer to purchase or sell portions of the producer's yet-to-be-manufactured goods. An offtake agreement is negotiated far in advance, often before construction of the manufacturing facility and actual production has begun.
Creeping up now. 0.42p to sell everything so clearly a background buyer. Don’t let the market makers mug you. The price will be a lot lot higher in 4 weeks. Well done to buyers who bought the sell off
