I noted also that there was no "is pleased to announce" just "announces"
As they found new intersections and this very likely will increase the 4resource figures!
Looking really really good!
One word ‘Stunning’
Both objectives of the latest drilling campaign were achieved via holes TOD-022 and TOD-023, where new significant intersections were identified, and the Company believes that the results of this limited but effective campaign will enable the independent JORC (2012) Inferred resources to be upgraded to the Indicated resource category.
But no increase in resource levels?
The results look very strong and can't wait until updated JORC, which could be as early as next week!
Main positive on a quick scan seems to be the "additional mineralisation discovered in the hanging wall" which "is of significant width" this material from 023D was not originally intended for assay so a bonus. Also the copper which might relate to that found in the shallow drilling so perhaps a seam? Main disappointment appears to be the grade discovered in 023. Bottom line is the fundamental purpose of the campaign - that is "Inferred resources to be upgraded to the Indicated resource category" is on track.
Mindboggling numbers! This company valuation is ridiculous on the back of these!
"Following receipt of the final assays, work has begun on an update to the JORC (2012) resource estimate for the Toral project, which we anticipate will take circa 4 weeks. Such update, along with a new geological model, will inform the next phase of work for Toral, in combination with Wardell Armstrong LLP's metallurgical testwork, in order to move the project towards a potential mining licence application."

If it's not obvious by now that AIM is a poorly-regulated flea pit where high rollers do what they want at will with the help of powerful 'friends' and us little folks carry the can every time, it should be.
And no the FCA won't be interested. And no, nothing will change any time soon. The only light at the end of an oft VERY long tunnel for people like us is that you can make some good money along the way on the ups. That's the best we can hope for in this madhouse.
You Have obviously missed a lot of posts then Bricks
I have been reading some of these posts and it surprises me that besides Oiltap....no one else has picked up that DB has for absolutely "nothing" picked up 10% of EUZ ...and I mean it....at absolutely ZERO cost.
This to me smacks a bit of insider trading and I would like Researchanalyst1's take on this aspect. It seems highly suspect to me and anyone going to see LR on Monday should pose this question.
1. Does he know what DB's intentions are and does he condone what they have done by acquiring 10% of EUZ at absolutely no cost.
2. What plans will he be putting in place to stop this from re-occurring as it seems they have actually just "fleeced" 10% of EUZ.
3. If he was given the TR1 on the 9th September as stated in the RNS of the TR1 why was it only released to the market on the 24th Sept 2019 ?
EUZ seem to be carrying the legacy of FCR with "drama" just about every time an RNS is released. Its really starting to miff me off......
Of course makes difference to where this is heading. It’s due for a 300% rerate before it even starts looking ‘undervalued’...let alone reflecting the value of the asset. right now it’s essentially a ‘free for all’ and the market knows it (IMO).
Under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTRs), shareholders and holders of financial instruments falling within DTR 5.3.1R(1) must sometimes make notifications.?
The DTRs include rules designed to ensure appropriate levels of transparency around the ownership of companies whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market such as the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The rules also apply to UK-incorporated companies trading on an exchange-regulated markets, such as the Alternative Investment Market.
They require shareholders and holders of financial instruments falling within DTR 5.3.1R(1) to disclose to the issuer and to us when their holding reaches or falls below a given threshold.
Several exemptions and revised thresholds apply to certain market participants, for instance custodians and market-makers..
The relevant rules are in Chapter 5 of the Disclosure & Transparency Rules (DTRs).
If you are unsure about how a rule applies to a given set of circumstances, seek professional advice.

In accordance with the Transparency Rules Directive “DTR”, a person must notify the issuer of the percentage of its voting rights he holds as shareholder or holds or is deemed to hold through his direct or indirect holding of financial instruments falling within
DTR 5.3.1R (1) (or a combination of such holdings) if the percentage of those voting rights:
reaches, exceeds or falls below 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10% and each 1% threshold thereafter up to 100% (or in the case of a non-UK incorporated issuer on the basis of thresholds at 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75%) as a result of an acquisition or disposal of shares or financial instruments falling within;
DTR 5.3.1 R; or (2) reaches, exceeds or falls below an applicable threshold in (1) as a result of events changing the breakdown of voting rights and on the basis of information disclosed by the issuer in accordance with DTR 5.6.1 R and DTR 5.6.1A R; and in the case of an issuer which is not incorporated in an EEA State a notification under (2) must be made on the basis of equivalent events and disclosed information.
So my interpretation of this is that D.B only need to fill in a Tr1 as 5% increment thresholds are passed. IMO.
Please can anybody clarify the terms?.
Thanks.

Well Herts it sounds like we have a similar average and you haven't suffered the years of pain that I have - so you're ahead already :) The fact is we're undervalued on current resource but the understandable blight of AIM scepticism is weighing heavily. If the assays demonstrate that the prize is increasing we'll be off again.
Bought in the other day at .045 and this morning at 0.051 so a little underwater. With all these background trades where do we all see the sp over the next week or so especially with half decent assays. For me it’s good these warrents are being flipped pre news
Oiltap- when you say baked in- I would say eaten one end ND out the other!
If we are expecting news at any moment from now I can only hope that those wanting a last minute to up at this level will buy in
Delayed print from 10.14 this morning
Massive drop it’s only 6% it’s aim
Massive drops on small sells again no rise on the buys. Hoping this will rise steady soon and stay there!

Worry about a holdings RNS , they have to adopt a prudent approach hence the reduction in holdings. It has absolutely no bearing on the forward potential of the upcoming results.
Hope you weren't scared and sold out.
I know, the date is 5/9 but he only got it this morning and sent it to Strand right away. Can only report what he's given I guess.
LR was only informed today and got onto Strand immediately.
Operations continue on Assay and Met...
