Funding is a given - we should have simply been off a higher base SP. let’s hope we get something staged and innovative to see us through.
On skin in game, I would like to see more but based on options/shares held below, LR is down £126k from SP peak in Sep.
Funding for next phase is a given...I agree...On the innovation side possibly a scenario to consider....the placing will be done at a far higher level than the current SP as the Scoping study with financials will be shared with the investors.....
You think this is a possibility Oiltap ?
Another possible scenario is forward selling of some of the resource....highly likely IMO.
Yes I see....someone estimated along the lines that only 20% of the licensed land rights are included in the JORC....
This is very interesting and a good question....if this scenario was modeled in the the SS ?
I would imagine for prosepective investors it would have been ??.....Cannott however be certain until such time as we are lucky enough to lay eyes on it ....;-)

They have committed cold hard cash it’s in the accounts if you read them. For that cash they are given options as an incentive.
Hi Bobby...this was in the last RNS....I hope management are actively working on it ;-)
To achieve the range of outcomes indicated in the Scoping Study, funding in the order of AU$9
million (£5 million) will likely be required. Investors should note that there is no certainty that Europa Metals will be able to raise that amount of funding when needed to progress development. It is also possible that such funding may only be available on terms that may be dilutive to or otherwise affect the value of Europa Metals’ existing ordinary shares. It is also possible that Europa Metals could pursue other ‘value realisation’ strategies such as a sale, partial sale or joint venture of the Toral Project. If it does, this could materially reduce Europa Metals’ proportionate ownership of the project.
I am hoping for a sale....based on NPV ....then who ever buys it.....buy those shares :-)
Best of both worlds and a very happy Christmas ;-)
Being realistic IMO the only way the current management team can save reputations is a quick sale of the Toral and a happy shareholder base.. I have painted a few scenarios and the one I like best is a sale of the asset based on estimated current NPV....UK pounds140m ....I estimate a dividend of 2.5p per share...a very far cry from where we are today....I honestly believe they are working very hard to right the situation...as there is a lot at stake here for a lot of people.
2.5p - I'd bite your hand off!
Do the maths.......I'm spot on ;-)
and I also believe it will happen soon. LR's slingshot can only come about now ....with a sale....think about it.
I hope you're right.
Yep...I guess about 5, 575,000,000 shareholders as well :-)
Then need to do something!!! Dont think anyone expected this share price and still dropping.
I just hope these drilling results are positive. I can still only see positive results stabilising the sp at this level anyway.
Only funding news or buy out news can lift this now IMO
SP drop completely over done, only EUZ could but themselves in this state. It was totally unnecessary the BOD must feel fed up considering all their hard work and strength of the asset. Distressed sellers are forcing this down. What bargain this - absolute steal.
Massively overdone!!
It wouldn’t surprise me if the BOD buy at these levels nobody expected this. I’m in the process of selling a property if this is still down then I’ll be buying 80 Million easy money to be made here.
Someone’s selling I can see this doing 100% from these levels on drill results tbh
Hi Oiltap...I found this in the RNS.....so it appears that only 20% of current license was included in modeling .....
In September to October 2018, Europa Metals completed four reverse circulation drill holes drilled to the East of the input resource block model as reported in the Company's announcement of 31 October 2018. The results of these holes are currently not included in the input block model used in the Scoping Study. An updated geological model and mineral resource estimates are to be completed and reported in due course.
so if 20% = 16 MT..
…..what does the other 80% yield which as yet is not included in the SS …..
Another possible 20MT at least ??
36 MT will be awesome…..Is this on ??
Any takers ?
