Grappa I take big stakes in AIM mining companies and all my EUZ shares are in my ISA and pension. I am actually retired. My average is 4.5p and so I am around 65% down but this is just a paper loss from profits made from EUA, RMM, HZM etc.
Myles now às 5% of EUZ so it is in his interest to get a higher SP going forward. Myles and co have spent too much on admin in my opinion over the years. However, this last year they have done what they needed to and if they can be granted the mining licence and a much increased mining area by December 2024 then all good.
Sheds….the RNS in Jan 23 clearly states on “ Successful Mining Licence Application for the Toral Project “ another 1,5 million share options….
Seems like he has pre empted this event and given himself 3 million shares.
I personally think the second 1.5 million should NOT have been awarded as the successful MLA is not a given….especially with no PFS.
They should for go the shares. We need a new agreement to base everything on performance
They were entitled to these as soon as the MLA was in, the first performance condition (option agreement) was effectively already met when they were passed last year. The time to object to this award was in 2022 but I agree it's still a pretty deplorable look given the SP.
Just when one thinks ..I’ve seen it all…..this must take the cake !!!
Performance milestones achieved! Wow, that was a low bar! 🤣
I hope this isn't your pension pot Chri5p as you seem to be backing EUZ and Denarius heavily. Always worth spreading your risk in a diverse portfolio.
Great news Cjen. Their SP is up 35% over last few days which is good news for EMI. It also might be worth saying that if the new resources area increases substantially they might refuse the option 2 and table a bid for the whole of EMI. I did buy a few Denarius shares a month ago on top of my EUZ holdings because I do think they're also well cheap.
Denarius Metals Accelerates Its Path to Production in Spain with the Acquisition of 50% of Rio Narcea Recursos and Its Aguablanca Mine in Extremadura and Andalucia, Spain
Two part timers at the helm of EUZ….all falls into place now. Sad fact but unfortunately true.
They must be milking it quite frankly. And I think they have milked EUZ dry !!!
Skated through the first 20 pages and it sends a shiver down my spine.
The song, "start all over again" springs to mind
Take a step back, turn around
Look at the world that you've let down
My, my, such a disgrace
The damage is done you can't replace it
These are the things your mind will tell you
These are the things your heart will say
These are the things that leave you hopeless
These are the times you say
There is no way, no way, no way
But as long as you are breathing
You can start all over again
It your heart's beating
You can start all over again
Goodbye Sorrow, you can start all over again
Hello Tomorrow, you can start all over

Rinse and repeat. Great work if you can get it....
I was also strangely thinking about LR the other day after I read this article…..
https://dy6metals.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Prospectus-DY6-LODGEMENT-VERSION-FINAL-3-APRIL-2023.pdf
What a frightful awakening I got !!!!
Funny - I was wondering about this the other day! At least he picked up the phone and was happy to talk to shareholders... total black hole since, IMO.
Tell you what i would like for Christmas :-)
I would love to hear LR's side of the last 18 months. Not in any personal way, just an honest appraisal of the route taken and any options to that route that were available .
Was he on course with a plan and had the rug pulled from under his feet, did he keep his shares ? , why did CB jump ship. what did DB think ?
Did MC stay on in both roles to save a few bob and try and rescue at least a small proportion of the SP for long term holders ? so many questions..... but for me its water under the bridge but i cant help a bit of curiosity :-)

Bricks - they seem to be pushing it hard recently tho... unless it's all a bluff.
Somehow I wasn't following @europametalsltd on Twitter... and they have been posting frequently recently... Sharing in case others aren't aware. Seem to be synchronising with posts on LinkedIn - finally.

Obviously no research has been done by the idiot poster trying to punt a share that imo is actually doomed. Denerius has some major mining houses backing them like Aris and now this one…. https://financialpost.com/globe-newswire/gcm-mining-corp-acquires-6700000-common-shares-in-denarius-metals-corp-and-files-early-warning-report
Quite frankly EUZ has to get another project otherwise they are doomed.
Moonlight first now Toral…..all history. What next from this lifestyle company imo.
Remember when Option 2 is in place Denarius will need to pay us £2 million within 12 months and before they get the extra 29% will need to fund a PFS for hopefully a much larger area.
The reason I am more concerned about opinion 2 is that Denarius would now own 51% and they could go slow, change the plan, force EUZ to raise money. So the acceptance of option 2 for me is critical.
Quote from Crisp
"My average due to selling a load averaging 19p is 4.5p but 10p is my target"......you sure Crisp :-)
When They bought Toral as far as I can see, following the placing to raise the money, they had 1.28b in issue @ 0.13p so the company was worth £1.6m
Today its still worth £1.6m having raised over £10m in placings .....and Crisp thinks they have done with placings :-)
I actually have one worry and that is the financial strength of Denarius to complete the option 1 funding but also the huge monies that Denarius will require to fund a PFS on the much larger expected area in including Antonina + paying us £2 million. However, if Denarius fails in Option 1 we retain 100% of EMI and with the MLA which hopefully will be granted. If Denarius can't financially take up Option 2 then for me that is more worrying.
I did wonder about the Mkt cap v current deals with denarius. Excuse my figures as i am not up to speed anymore but lets say 1.6m mkt cap against 4m in promises ? Humour me :-)
Presumably the money from denarius is accounted for in future drilling and commitments and maybe conditions the money is spent on the agreements and not on future projects ?
So to buy another project which is their stated aim, can they use Dearius cash ? Also can they use Denarius cash for remunerations etc ?
In short how much of the money from Denarius is available for working cash for EUZ and how much is for the Iberia project ?
Lols…doesn’t expect a placing soon….I suspect a sale of the 20% that remains in EMI to Denerius and the funds to be put into another project…..rinse and repeat.
