Pompeyrod, good evening, don't rub it in :-)... interesting you suffered the same with your washing line post, nothing is made to last, only 1mm thick metal with no galvanizing still replacement was only just over £7 so no complaint.
Things are now moving and so much news to come, getting very exciting now.
All the best Pompey.
Ian ..that’s 1 faux pas (admitted) in 2,317 post. not a bad track record..I think we lth’s can live with that.
Can sympathise re washing line.. mine went last weekend..man man Dave put in a new spike
@ 30 degree offset. He’s back tomorrow to dig hole and do a proper job with postfix mix.
Before the pubs open ;-)))
Afternoon James, sorry for the delay, the rotary clothes washing line ground socket had weakened over time and with today's wind, and with it being 'overloaded' in my opinion by the dear wife :-) .. it snapped and toppled over depositing the washing, I then had to hurriedly go shopping for a replacement and fix it, or else...
Yes, I have already put out a feeler for Bigmj on the MTR board yesterday, it was a nice polite message with a sorry for the intrusion to the rest of the board, and it has currently received two recommends so far. :-)
Yes, this morning was a big 'faux pas' on my part, I mistakenly attributed the total shares in issue to Bigmj, not his personal holding. I blame the TR1 layout for that :-)
I then attributed the current share price today without noticing that on the 30th of June a 10:1 share consolidation had taken place.
So to correct my post which used figures from May:-
Total shares in issue back then were 1,522,076,607 and Bigmj had a TR1 holding of 123,766,628 at a share price then of only 1.775p... which would equate to him having a holding worth £ 2,196,857.64 or 8.13% of the total company.
The 10:1 consolidation on 30th June reduced the total shares in issue to 152,207,661 of which Bigmj now held 12,376.663
with the share price now 10 times higher and with growth at now 22p would in today's money equal £2,722,865.86 which was the figure you stated for a worth of 8.13% of a £33,000,000 total company worth.
I will have to be more careful in the future, haha, as you say I got there in the end...
All the best
Ian
No worries Ian, I think you got there in the end lol
Have you considered “reaching” out to this chap over on the MTR board - not sure about BB etiquette you may get a response??
Ah, on the 30th June 2020 ...
Share Consolidation
Following the approval of Resolution 4 at the AGM, the Company is proceeding with the 1 for 10 Share Consolidation with a record date of 5:00pm today. The 1,522,076,607 Existing Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each in issue in the capital of the Company, together with the 3 additional Ordinary Shares to be issued on 30 June 2020 to ensure the Company's issued ordinary share capital is divisible by 10, will be consolidated into 152,207,661 New Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each. Such New Ordinary Shares will have the same rights and be subject to the same restrictions (save as to par value) as the Existing Ordinary Shares.
That explains that..
Strange, even that figure is too much?
Morning , James, you are perfectly correct I inadvertently read the wrong figure :- it should be :- 123,766,628 and not the figure I posted of :- 1,522,076,607...
That is the total in issue as per the TR1- https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/MTR/tr-1-standard-form-for-notification-of-major-holdings-y5lyjgcprw1ts6k.html
Thank you for pointing out my error.
All the best.
Ian
@Ian- not sure about your numbers there for MTR.??
The Mcap for MTR on Investing.com is £33m so 8.13% equates to approximately £2.7m.
Well I have just been having a nose into our in the past Big holder 'Bigmj' now I've no idea if he does still hold EUA stock but it will soon show up in an RNS if he does.
He did hold nearly ALL the outstanding warrants at 0.6p, so around 12,800,000, ish, and in holding that many warrants you know someone held a lot more shares!
Well, who is Bigmj, well here is his post confirming he is this person in real life:-

RE: Morning Tigers - Wed 11:25
"yes this is my sporting background but I am an equally successful entrepreneur and investor"
A link to his sporting life:- https://mikejosephofficial.wordpress.com ... Interestingly we have a celebrity investor!
He is CERTAINLY currently heavily invested in Metal Tiger (MTR) as this TR1 from the 18th May 2020 shows:-
Metal Tiger plc - TR1
Name - Michael Joseph
% of voting rights attached to shares (total of 8. A) - 8.13% ... ... ... !?
The total number of voting rights of the issuer - 1,522,076,607 ... ... ... ... What!!!
As you can see he has verrrrrrry Big pockets...
I will let you do the maths on his current worth with a holding of 1,522,076,607 shares and at a current price of 22p ****
And that is not his ONLY stock.
I have put a feeler out for him to perhaps comment on EUA's current Bid position, have to wait and see if he cares to respond.
He is a lovely Gent and I wish him well.
Just a peek into Bigmj for a Sunday...
All the best everyone and good luck.
Ian
